Keenan's gaze and Zetta's gaze met for a while. Like Zetta, Keenan was surprised to see Zetta in the room. There were four men, some of whom were notorious for having bad reputations for women, and Zetta was alone among them.

But apparently it was not only Zetta who was surprised by Keenan's presence. The CEOs in the room were surprised. Everyone did not expect Keenan to come when they were trying to prank the man's ex-wife, even though only through a card game. The CEOs were disinclined by Keenan despite the man's much younger age. This is because Keenan has a qualified business ability and is quite influential among entrepreneurs.

Realizing that she had been staring at Keenan for a while, Zetta turned her gaze in the other direction and pretended to be unaffected by the man's presence. Although of course Zetta was wondering in her heart, why did Keenan appear suddenly before her like this? Is this just a coincidence or is there an element of deliberate?

Keenan also took his eyes off Zetta, then approached the table that served as a place for card games.

"Good day, Mr. Andara." Keenan greets CEO Andara who is Zetta's potential co-worker. "Good day, Mr. Keenan. Sorry, I didn't know you wanted to come here" said Andara.

"Ah, no. I'm the one who should be sorry for coming here without telling you first."

Keenan and Andara have been working together for a long time, but it is not known by many parties, including Zetta. The woman did not know if her potential business partner was a colleague of her ex-husband.

"Since you've come here, how about joining us in playing cards?" tawar Andara's.

Keenan takes a chair and puts it next to Zetta, taking the gap between Zetta and CEO Graham. The man sat there because he had secretly seen what Graham was trying to do to his ex-wife.

"I just look, don't play" Keenan said, looking back at Zetta at a glance. He could see the clothes that Zetta was wearing at the moment had gotten wet in some parts. Keenan immediately felt that at this time Zetta must be very cold.

"Oh, yes, Mr. Andara. Could you please call one of your subordinates who can be ordered?' pinta Keenan later.

Andara looks a little confused, but still does what Keenan asks. He called one of his subordinates whom he used to tell.

"What can I help you with, sir?" ask your subordinate when he arrives in front of the boss.

"Mr Keenan seems to need something" Andara said, pointing at Keenan.

Andara's subordinate turned to the man.

"Please bring me a towel" said Keenan.

"Wheel?"

"Yes, towels. Bring it right away, I need it" Keenan said.

Everyone in the room looked at each other. It was predictable if the towel requested by Keenan was for his ex-wife who was currently wearing wet clothes.

"Alright, I will bring it soon," said subordinate Andara finally. He slightly bent his body, before then leaving the place to pick up something that Keenan had just asked for.

Card games are resumed. Zetta is back playing her cards, and this time it looks like the CEOs who challenged her to the cards have also started to give up. Seeing the presence of Keenan, they became ambitious again to make Zetta lose.

Keenan secretly took note of the card in Zetta's hand and slightly closed his seat with the ex-wife's seat.

"Take a new card" Keenan told Zetta.

Zetta turned to the man for a quick glance before then picking up an additional card. Without being asked by Keenan, he did want to do it.

"Dump this card" said Keenan again.

Once again Zetta turned her head towards the man and looked at him strangely. He knew Keenan was good at playing cards, but there was no need to teach him this either. After all, since when did this man care about her?

Keenan who realized Zetta ignored him could only sigh. He wanted to stay away, but suddenly he heard Zetta coughing several times. Along with that, Andara's subordinates came with a towel that Keenan asked for.

"Thank you" Keenan said to the man, then put the towel on Zetta.

Zetta put down the card in her hand and let out a long sigh. It seems that at the moment he cannot continue negotiations with CEO Andara. At first he was still able to endure the cold condition of his body due to the rain, but the presence of Keenan nearby at this moment really made him feel very uncomfortable, moreover, the man had since just continued to show a pretentious attitude towards him.

"Mr Andara, it looks like there's something you need to talk to Keenan about now, so I think we'll have another conversation" Zetta said, standing up and removing the towel that Keenan had covered, then just put it down.

"You're leaving already?" ask Andara.

"Yes, it just so happens that I still have to settle other affairs as well. So we'll just postpone the conversation."

"Ah, okay. I will tell you when we meet again" Andara said.

Zetta thanked you for understanding Andara, then resigned. The woman then passed from the room without looking back at Keenan.

Keenan stared at Zetta's back and disappeared behind the door, then turned to look at Andara as well.

"I think I'll be back another time. Mr. Andara is having a lot of guests, so it is impossible to talk to me" Keenan said later, staring in turn at the other CEOs in the room.

The old men were silent. Somehow, they feel that at this time Keenan is not happy with all of them.

"Oh, yes, Mr. Andara. I hope you no longer try to bully my ex-wife like you did. If you're messing around with Zetta, then you're also looking to play around with me. I really will not tolerate it, even though in the past we have worked together a lot," Keenan said again in a serious tone, before finally coming out of the room.

You look stunned while gulping with some distress, as well as the other CEOs. They did not expect Keenan to still protect Zetta even though she was no longer his wife.

Meanwhile, the weather outside seemed to be getting worse. The rain fell more and more accompanied by strong winds. Zetta looked in the shade while looking at her parked car. The cough is getting worse, obviously if the condition of his body is not fine.

Keenan saw all of that and went straight to Zetta.

"The condition of your body is very bad, you should not drive. Let me take you home, bargain Keenan.

Zetta turned his head and looked back strangely at Keenan.

"No, thank you. I'm fine and I can drive myself" Zetta said.

Keenan sighed at her hearing the rejection from his ex-wife.

"You don't have to be shy, Zetta. If you need help, whatever it is, you can tell me. I will definitely help you" Keenan said again.

Once again Zetta looked at Keenan with a strange look, but this time he did not have time to answer anything because suddenly Theo contacted him.

"Yes, Theo, what's wrong?" zetta asked with a face expression that changed instantly.

"Ah yes, I did go alone, not taking Arshi. I've wanted to go back, but my body is also very cold because it was exposed to rain water" said Zetta again.

Keenan was stunned to hear Zetta's tone at the rather spoiled Theo. Zetta had never shown this side of herself to Keenan before. Unknowingly Keenan felt a little angry, especially when he remembered all Zetta's rejection of him. He was a bit upset that Zetta's attitude at the moment has been very different, but Zetta used to be so obedient and never denied anything he said.

Ah, Keenan forgets that Zetta is no longer his wife, but an ex-wife.
