POV: Kirigaya Kaizo

With their chirping, the birds gave the sign of morning dawn. Warm sunlight shone through the bedside window into the room, awakening the sleeping Kaizo.
After talking to Victoria this morning, she went back to sleep soundly once again, but it didn't seem like too much time had passed. Kaizo had a fever not long ago, but now it was almost completely gone.
"Mm, uh..." He rubbed his blurry eyelids, moved, and prepared to get out of bed.
"Yeah!"
His elbow suddenly touched something chewy and soft.
(Also, wasn't there some kind of beautiful voice just now?)
Kaizo blinked confused as to what it was, she turned her gaze towards the direction of the voice. He saw a plume of furry white fur, accompanying him beside him as he slept.
"What's this?" The incredible sight before his eyes shocked Kaizo. However, he immediately thought of something.
(Sneaking into my bed, the only one who would do such a thing is.).
"Is that you, Nyx!?" He hurriedly threw away his blanket.
"W-uh! W-what are you doing to me!?"
"Huh?" Kaizo froze, speechless.
Hidden behind a blanket was not a sword spirit that liked to dress naked in thigh-high socks.
What he saw was pure white fur, and a pair of long large ears dangling down and dazzling pale golden hair. A beautiful rabbit lady.
"Hey, Aura! What are you doing?"
"No-no, that's not true! I-I'm Miss rabbit now!" Aura flushed, embarrassed. The rabbit's ears on his head twitched.
"I asked you something, Aura..."
"It's 'Miss Rabbit'."
"Alright, Miss Rabbit," following his request, Kaizo repeated obediently and asked, "This clothes of yours, what kind of actions are you doing?"
"This, I..." In response, Aura could only rub both of her kneecaps awkwardly while stuttering and could not speak.
Seeing the normally stubborn and self-conscious Aura being able to wear such an expression, it gave Kaizo an indescribable feeling of adoration.
(By the way, these clothes are too provoking, aren't they? Practically make anyone attack him.)
A closer look would reveal that, the bunny lady outfit that Aura was wearing was the most disrespectful. It was a very exposed set of erotic clothes, made of a lingerie-like material, with soft fur sewn everywhere.
There were swollen feathers on both his hands and feet, and a tail-like feather ball hung from behind. However, the biggest attraction of his entire outfit was the leather collar tied around his neck.
(The graceful, aristocratic, rich princess wore that collar, the combination was enough to make people think wrongly.)
"I-I was changed to Miss Rabbit because of magic, chuu!" The girl said it stiffly, as if she was reading out lines from a script.
"What is 'Chuu'?"
"That's a rabbit cry."
Turning his gaze away from the twin peaks and the huge valley right before his eyes, Kaizo shook his head and spoke, "I can't imagine the rabbit's cry sounding like that."
"Ka-Kaizo, I made you breakfast!"
The door of the room suddenly opened. The one standing there was the Knight Captain, Eve.
"What!?" Kaizo was silent once again. Eve, who was standing before her was dressed like Aura with clothes that covered modesty.
The only difference is that he wears dog ears and not rabbit ears, and the fur on his hands is not white, but brown. The ears above his head were swinging constantly as he moved.
"No-no, don't say it again!" With a red face and biting her lips, the embarrassed Eve looked like she wanted to find a hole to hide in.
"O-ooh, ji-if my sister sees me dressed like this, I don't know what she'll tell me." Tears flowed from the corner of her brown eyes, probably because she felt embarrassed.
(Now, what's the situation? What the hell is going on? Why was Eve pure-hearted and obedient to the dress code in such an impolite way?)
"Don't mind my clothes, okay."
"Uh, how do you expect anyone not to bother with that?"
Eve ignores Kaizo's puzzling answer. He cleared his throat with a cough, and pushed the small silver dining carriage from the corridor.
"Aah?"
The smell of freshly baked toast instantly filled the room.
"Well, let's have breakfast, I'll make this for you."
There was a freshly prepared breakfast in the dining carriage, the steam on it had not spread. Including dishes, perfectly baked toast, Veilmist-style thick mushroom soup, delicious soft eggs, potato salad with added tuna, and lastly for dessert, there is yogurt with strawberry jam.
At first glance, although this is not top class, one can say that every dish has been prepared carefully and very well.
"You're so expert! Did you do all this yourself, Eve?"
"Y-yes, I prepared this in the kitchen tower. Just because I don't want to forget my culinary skills, it wasn't made specifically for you!" Eve threw her face away, an embarrassed expression suddenly appearing on her face as she bowed beside Kaizo.
"Eve, how can you do this?!"
Ignoring Aura's protest, she spoke to Kaizo, "I-I'll feed you food, open your mouth, come on."
"N-no need! I can do it myself."
"Absolutely not, you're the one who's hurt anyway."
"My wound is completely healed."
Taking advantage of the moment Kaizo's mouth opened, Eve stuffed an omelet into her mouth quickly.
"W-how?"
"Sa-very delicious!"
The omelet was not only quite sweet, but it was also so soft and delicate that it melted in his mouth. Eve's extraordinary masterpiece affirms the saying that the simpler the dish, the greater the test of her cooking skills.
"Is that really so! That's amazing." Eve smiled shyly, the dog's ears on her head moving up and down.
Looking at Eve who was usually serious and resolutely putting on such an expression, Kaizo could not help but feel the butterflies in her stomach.
"Hmph, Eve, you're too cunning to do this." Aura said as she puffed her cheeks slightly angrily.
"aura?"
"Then I'll massage Kaizo." After saying this, Aura immediately began massaging Kaizo's shoulders with gentle force.
"What!?"
"How does it feel?"
"You're so good at this, my fatigue is slowly disappearing, wow."
Not only did Kaizo utter empty words of praise, the Aura massage technique was truly a professional standard. The comfortable sensation made all the tense muscles in his body relax one by one.
