The Estuary of Desire Baruna

In the early hours of the morning, Baruna and her friends came out of the night club.

"I'll pull it off first, Bar!" jeffrey steps ahead of Baruna.

Jeffrey, Tobias and a few other friends left Baruna, who was still standing in front of the club waiting for an online taxi he booked, to come and pick him up.

While waiting, Baruna sat on one of the benches by the roadside. Every now and then Baruna pressed her forehead, a slight dizziness struck her, as a result of drinking too much that night. Baruna leaned her back on the back of the bench and sighed softly.

"Why was the cab so long? My eyes are sleepy and my head is a little dizzy" he said as he looked at the screen of his phone, figuring out the position of the taxi he booked through an online transportation app.

"Ahh, fuck! From earlier failed to continue, what is the application again error?" Baruna snorted angrily as she had not managed to book a taxi to take her back to the villa where she was staying that night. Several times he tried to rebook a taxi through the same app. However, his efforts continue to fail and fail again.

With an annoyed face, Baruna then moved from her seat and walked down the sidewalk on the side of the road, hoping to find a taxi meter that was still ngetem around the area. The atmosphere was very dark in the area, so Baruna turned on the flashlight on her phone as a street light.

For a moment Baruna stopped her steps and sharpened her ears, when she heard the sound of the foot of someone who was running not far from where she was at that time. Slowly Baruna directed the flashlight beam on his phone towards the arrival of the sound. From behind the flashlight, Baruna saw a woman running closer to him.

"Help me! That man wants to do evil to me!" exclaiming the woman with breath gasping pointed at someone at the end of the road. She quickly slipped behind Baruna's back, hiding from someone who was chasing her. The woman looked very frightened. With her hands wet from the cold sweat and trembling, the woman continued to hide behind Baruna's back as well as holding her hand.

At the same time, a glimpse of Baruna looking in the distance appeared a man also running quickly towards him. That man is chasing that woman.

"Who are you, and why would that guy come after you in the middle of the night like this?" ask Baruna. He was very surprised why there was a woman still wandering at night, especially when it was a man who seemed to be chasing and wanted to catch her.

The woman was silent and did not answer Baruna's question. His body trembled even more in fear, when he saw the man who was chasing him was now in front of Baruna.

It was so dark that Baruna could not see the faces of those people.

"You don't have to dodge me anymore, Flo! Now come home with me!" the man's strangulation before Baruna confirmed a threat to the woman.

"Help me, I don't want to go home with him. He's a bad guy!" whispered the woman, continuing to whine hoping that Baruna would help her.

Baruna was glued to her place, she was silent and could not do anything about it, because she did not know what kind of trouble was going on between the two unknown people.

"Come, Flo, I'll take you home now!" firmly the man again, while quickly approaching towards the woman and pulling his hand very roughly.

"No! I don't want to. Please don't force me!" the whining woman tried hard to release the grip of the man's hand that pulled her. But his strength is not comparable to the man who now grips him very strongly.

"If I don't want to come home with you, then what do you want?" furious at the woman while giving a cynical look to the man before her.

"I will force you! You should go home now. I'm ashamed to have a little sister who likes to wander through nights like this!" sniff the man.

"Curtain! Since when do you think I'm your sister! You are just a very selfish person. You're the worst person I've ever known!" reply the woman snarled.

"No need for a lot of talk! Now come with me!" yelled at the man again. Roughly the man then pulled the woman and dragged her.

"Help me! I don't want to go with her" the woman choked in an increasingly frightened voice. He continued to set his gaze towards Baruna, who was just silently peeking at the place she was originally.

Watching all the events, Baruna felt sorry to see them. The woman looks very depressed with the men's threat of pulling her by force. Despite not knowing the woman, Baruna's heroic instincts floundered again, she disliked seeing a woman forced like that, and she felt compelled to help and free the woman from the man who forced her.

"Wait .. Stop this. Unhand her! A man doesn't deserve to force a woman in such a rude manner!" baruna's cry stopped everything that was happening before her eyes.

"Who are you? You don't have to interfere! Just so you know, she's my sister, so I have every right to do anything to her, and it's none of your business!" the man, not accepting.

"I don't care! Clearly, I would at least like to see a woman forced like this! It would be my business too, if you had malicious intentions towards him!" grin Baruna cynically to the man.

"Alaahh, lots of bacots! No need to be a hero!" the man's beaver. He became very angry because Baruna interfered in his personal affairs.

The man then released the rough grip of his hand and pushed the body of the woman he recognized as his sister behind him.

With lightning fast, the man attacked Baruna and aimed a punch at Baruna's face.

Even though it was very dark in that place, Baruna still easily dodged the man's attack. Undaunted, Baruna attacked the man brutally. A fierce fight was inevitable between the two men. Both of them are very clever, giving each other kicks and punches and dodge each other very nimble.

Plaakk!

A hard blow landed Baruna on the man's cheek, so that the man lapsed and crashed some distance back. At that moment, Baruna turned her body again and gave a kick right in the man's stomach.

Brugh!

"Aarghhhh!" The man fell to the ground and groaned in pain.

Baruna smiled at jumawa. He was very proud of his fighting skills. Although the man he was fighting against was also quite capable in terms of martial arts, but Baruna still could easily handle it.

Baruna then approached the man's body which was now lying on the ground. Baruna pulled the collar of her jacket and dragged it towards a slightly brighter spot.

Baruna widened her eyes as she began to be able to clearly see the man's face.

"Diaz!" his screeches.

Baruna was very surprised because she remembered that the man before her was a man named Diaz. The man who had almost desecrated her brother Ardila, some time before.
