It turns out that the new orange can go out of the house after lunch.
His mother needed his help to hang the curtains. After that they put up paintings and posters that they brought from Jakarta.
Their house is small and crowded. But the atmosphere was already more like a real house now.
"Where are you going?" ragnala exclaimed as the Orangas took up their coats and gloves, then walked to the door.
"Ehm.com not going anywhere," said Orange. "I just want to go with the same god as Magenta."
As soon as Orange said their names, he saw the two enter the courtyard of the house.
The orange closed the front door and rushed to greet them. God brought a shovel of earth. Magenta dragged a pair of tree branches and a roll of black cloth, which he dropped before his feet.
"Make what, huh?" ask Orange. "Why are you guys here?"
"We must make a scarecrow here" Magenta said seriously.
"What?" exciting Orange.
"You will not be safe before there are scarecrows in the yard of your house" said Dewa.
"Look, yeah." said Orange.
"It's a lot of hype" Magenta commented. "It's perfect for making scarecrows. For a moment doang must have been runny. I'm the same God who has taken care of all his needs."
"But I don't have time to make a scarecrow" protested Orange. "I have to go to the sacred cave right now!"
The two guys with the same face were both strangling stifled.
The god gripped the handle of the shovel and looked at Orange in surprise. "Don't...!" yells.
"So I'll give you a warning..." Magenta.
"I must see with my own eyes,” Orange said to them. Then he added, "I'm asking you to come with me."
"Can't!" Gods screeching.
Magenta just shook his head. "You know, we're not going to the sacred cave. You can't go there either."
"But if we go together..." Orange urged the two twins.
"Can't!" call them together. It was obvious they were really scared.
Suddenly, Orange got an idea. "OK, okay," he said. "You have to take the middle road."
They looked at the orange suspiciously. "What does middle road mean?" ask Magenta.
"I want to make a scarecrow with you, as long as you want to help me after we're done" said Orange.
"can't. We both won't come" God insisted. "We don't want to go to the sacred cave anyway. Point!"
"Yes, we won't be coming" Magenta added firmly.
"You don't have to go to the cave, really," said Jingga. "You just need to keep Empu Brajasena busy, so I can pass without willpower."
"Huh? How's it going?" The god asked while leaning on his spade.
"We think later if we've been there," said Jingga. "You guys can keep him talking, maybe I can just walk around his cabin diem-diem keep going up to the cave."
"But you can't go to the cave!" exclaims Gods.
"Anyway, I still want to go" Orange said to them. "With or without you. So what do you want to help me with?"
They're staring. The god whispered something to his twin brother. Magenta replied in the same way. Then Magenta turned to the Orange. "But the scarecrow was made first, right?"
"You will not be safe if you have not made a scarecrow," the god added.
In fact, Orange was eager to say that the scarecrow would not be able to protect them against anything. Actually he wanted to say that their idea was really ridiculous. But he needs the help of those two guys. He knew he wouldn't get past Empu Brajasena and his wolves if Dehwangga and Magenta didn't help him.
"It's like I'm the same God who wants to help you" Magenta promised.
"But the two of us can't go any further than Empu Brajasena's lodge" God asserted. His voice vibrates.
The orange bent down and began to pick up the largest wooden branch to erect the skeleton of a scarecrow.
Magenta helped him tie cross-cross bars in the shape of a cross, while the Gods had already begun digging holes in the corners of the grounds where wooden branches would be planted.
Magenta was right. The wet and loose soil is suitable for making scarecrows. In a short time, the Gods had already finished digging the hole.
Orange and Magenta then carried the skeleton of the scarecrow across the yard and stuck it in the hole.
The god crowded the hole with the ground he had dug and trampled the heap of land until the skeleton of the scarecrow body stood firm.
Magenta picked up the coconut shells and the black cloth scrolls he had brought with the Gods as they came. Then stick a coconut shell that has been hollowed at the end of the stick that sticks.
The god put a cloak and a veil on the head, then wrapped it around the scarecrow's neck.
Actually the feeling of orange is less tasty. It felt as if he believed in an absurd superstition. He is taking part in the ancient traditions prevailing in this village. Tradition based on fear.
The villagers made scarecrows because they were afraid. And now he's following along too.
Should I be horrified? ask the orange in your heart.
The new orange was relieved when their work was finally finished.
Magenta began drawing grinning eyes and lips with scars using black markers.
The two eyes of the scarecrow seemed to be swerving toward the orange. His mouth looked grinning. His arms swayed in the wind.
"OKAY. Good, you know," said Orange to his two new friends. "Now we're leaving." He pointed to the top of the mountain.
"You've been thinking about it, haven't you?" ask God slowly.
"For sure!" sahut Orange with loud.
But once they started down the street, the heart of Orange was not as good as he said.
The road was winding up the mountain. Soon there was no home on the left, and they walked through the forest covered in piles of dried leaves and yellow powder sprinkles of acacia flowers.
They don't talk. His eyes were straight ahead.
The afternoon sun began to disappear behind the trees. Blue shadows began to creep on the ground. The higher they climb, the colder the air becomes.
The heart of the orange began to beat violently as Empu Brajasena's hut appeared before them.
The orange tries hard to stay calm. But question after question flashed through his mind.
Is Empu Brajasena in his cabin?
Where is the white wolf?
Will their plan work?
Is Empu Brajasena really a magic shaman?
Can he be lied to?
The three of them stopped at the end of the road and observed the cottage that appeared in front.
The afternoon sun had disappeared behind the trees. The expanse of wet grass in front of them showed various shades of gray.
To the left of the hut grew bushes shrouded in thick fog.
"I want to hide behind the bushes" said Orange to Dewangga and Magenta. "You guys go to the cottage. Try not to let Empu Brajasena see me as a wolf."
