DEMON GIRL LOOKING FOR LOVE
First Snow

Legolas opened the door of his house and was about to leave. Today it was snowing so heavily that she had to wear thick clothes and a scarf that covered her neck. He sighed for a moment because he felt winter was the season he disliked the most. While today he had made an appointment with Chloe and was about to go out together on a date with the girl he loved.

"The first snow of the year, this made the whole city very cold." Ursula was outside after returning from the supermarket. "Olas, where's Cia? He's been gone a long time. Is he okay now?"

"Looks like he's okay." Legolas answered while developing an umbrella he carried. "Cia won't come back, don't ask me again."

"Winter isn't good for a girl like her." Ursula said after that into her house.

Legolas' long breath from his mouth. Winter is not good for him either. The month of December and the end of the year are times that always make Legolas uncomfortable.

The young man began to move his feet out of the area of the house he rented. But his steps came to a halt when he saw Leviathan walking under the snow with an umbrella and thick clothes covering his body. Even the demon youth was wearing a mask to cover half his face.

"You got the flu?" Legolas asked as he saw Leviathan sneezing as she stopped her steps before him. "You're not working?"

"I asked for permission to go home because I had the flu." Answer Leviathan. "Living in the human world makes me very uncomfortable coupled with this winter. It was fortunate that my body was currently completely human."

"What do you mean?" Look Legolas.

"Devil who used to live in hell will always feel cold in the human world, plus winter as it is today. Any demon body would not be able to withstand the cold weather. When his demon body was hit by snow it was more painful than being hit by embers, the flames of hell. It would also process faster the changes inside the demon's body to make it fuse."

"You're talking about Cia?" Legolas asked understood for whom Leviathan said that.

"Yes, because only he's a demon who still has a demon body while living in this human world." Leviathan answered with a characteristic smile, with half-closed eyes. "You want to go on a date with Chloe, right? Good luck to you."

Leviathan immediately walked away from Legolas who became pensive after hearing his words about Lucia. Inexplicably Legolas's concern for Lucia is now growing. Thinking of looking for the girl but having other feelings forbid her to do so, she convinces herself that her life is now back to how it was after Lucia's departure. The young man continued to think like that to convince himself not to look for Lucia's whereabouts and try not to think about it anymore.

"Come on Cia, get out of here." Cedric cried with an umbrella and opened the car door where Lucia was sitting. The young man waited outside while looking down to see Lucia who was still not out of the car. "You okay?"

Right now the two of them had already arrived in front of the mall to buy all the things Lucia wanted. But the girl felt cooler than usual when she came out of Cedric's house even when Cedric opened the door, it felt like his skin was pierced and made his body feel a burning sensation.

"Cia, what's wrong with you?" Look at Cedric who saw the strangeness in Lucia who seemed to think of something.

"I feel cold." Lucia replied turning to Cedric who was waiting for her impatiently.

"Therefore let's get out quick, inside won't be this cold."

Lucia finally listened to Cedric. The girl got out of the car with Cedric paddling her from the snow that was still falling. For a moment Lucia looked up at the sky and without thinking she took out her glove-free palm and put her left hand out of the umbrella. After that the snow hit her hand and the girl immediately grimaced in pain and instantly her palm that was hit by the snow let out smoke, then became blackish.

"You okay?" Cedric seemed to feel strange at what he saw. "Your hands are burning." Said Cedric holding Lucia's left hand and watching her hand that came out smoke and blackened.

Lucia pulled him from Cedric and immediately put him in the pocket of the thick jacket he was wearing. The girl realized that she could not get hit by snow drops anymore otherwise her body would be burned.

Legolas, along with Chloe, also arrives at the mall where Lucia and Cedric are visiting. They walked into the mall after walking from the bus stop using an umbrella.

"It's so cold today." Chloe said as she entered the mall door. "Because the mall looks quiet now. Anyone would choose to feel at home."

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have taken you away." Answer Legolas.

"Ah, not like that. I'm glad you took me away, Olas." Chloe said with a blushing smile on her pretty face. "Now Christmas the whole mall is already in decoration to welcome it. It's getting more beautiful."

Legolas watched every corner of the mall that had been decorated to welcome Christmas. A large Christmas tree is also installed in the middle of the mall with beautiful lights and trinkets. She and Chloe stopped by the Christmas tree.

"Three days after Christmas is your birthday, isn't it, Olas?" Ask Chloe. "That means your birthday's soon."

With a smile Legolas answered Chloe's words. Actually it was the day he came to the orphanage after being dumped by his parents there. So he doesn't know exactly when his birthday is.

"I'll have to prepare you a Christmas present and a birthday present." Chloe.

"No need, you don't have to give me any gifts." Legolas's face was delighted to hear Chloe's words. "We'd better go straight to the movies."

"alright. I can't wait to see that movie either." Chloe replied, holding Legolas's hand.

Legolas looked surprised when Chloe held his hand, but the girl smiled at him.

"It's okay if I take you?" Chloe asked a sweet smile at Legolas who was still looking at her in surprise.

Chloe immediately stepped forward with Legolas in her arms after the young man answered her words with a small nod that looked doubtful.

The two of them climbed the escalator to the cinema where it was on the top floor of the mall.

"Cia? Isn't that Cia?" Chloe suddenly pointed towards a shop when the two of them reached the second floor.

Legolas turned his head in the direction Chloe pointed to and saw Lucia along with Cedric being in a shop and they were picking gloves.

"Who's Cia with, Olas?" Ask Chloe.

Legolas did not answer and still noticed Lucia who took out her left hand from her jacket pocket about to wear the glove she was about to buy. A burn on the hand was seen by Legolas.

Without thinking anything, the young man stepped out very quickly and held Lucia's left hand, leaving everyone shocked, including Lucia.

"Has your hand been in the snow?" Legolas asked with a worried face looking at Lucia.
