HH CHAPTER 24 - Warning

"Maybe next week, it's smooth" Parto told Theo's estimates of motorcycle riding.

"Alright, then leave my sister. His name is Theo," Megan replied.

She has no cash so Megan goes to the ATM center in the apartment, she takes some cash for her to give Parto and Theo the rest will use Megan's handle.

"Why did you give me money?" Theo doesn't want to take money from Megan.

"Wouldn't you want to shop for groceries, just use the money. I'm sorry I can't keep you company, it looks like I'm leaving for filming tomorrow. Tia just told me," said Megan who had just read a message from her manager.

Without Megan guessing, Theo shed her tears.

"Why crying?"

"Because I'm sad to be parting ways with my wife,"

"Then, how about we date today?"

"Dating?"

That day, Theo gave up his bedtime to go with Megan somewhere.

Megan takes Theo to go to the natural heirata place. He had long wanted to go to such a place but Tia had never been willing to accompany him.

The woman bought an animal mask for him to wear with Theo. So, they have nothing to fear if any paparazzi will take their portraits.

"Animal garden?"

"I've been wanting to come here for a long time, it's my first time,"

"This is also the first time,"

There was finally something they had done together for the first time.

They joined hands and walked without thinking about anything. They were busy admiring the animals they saw.

"Look at that, brother. There's a honey bear,"

"Ah, there's a loris there, too,"

"I want to see a giraffe!"

"Let's buy food for them,"

"I buy you a drink first, brother," Theo said to go to the drink outlet.

"Mineral water only" said Megan who did not want sweet drinks.

Theo buys Megan what he wants, he stands in front of his wife so he can cover Megan's drinking face.

"Let's drink up, brother!"

Megan took off her mask and drank the mineral water her husband gave her. After his thirst was gone, he put on his mask again.

"It turns out to make you happy just by looking at the zoo, yes," Theo commented.

"Fellow, right? I used to want a family vacation in a place like this but they never granted me my wish" Megan said.

Come to think of it, Megan was always busy with her own story.

"What about your mother in the village?" ask Megan later.

"My mom was healthy when I was living in the city, surely now my mom is gardening behind the house and the vegetables are sold in the market" explained Theo.

"So, your mother lives by relying on vegetables in her garden?" ask Megan again.

"If living in the village such a thing is common, surely big brother will not feel at home living in my house. There were manuals and lots of mosquitoes, "Theo couldn't imagine Megan going to his house.

"If mother brother how? Why not stay together?"

Megan sighed because remembering the mommy, they had been out of touch for a long time because they always had disagreements.

"She was the worst mommy. If when I stay, she comes to the apartment you better call Parto to kick her out" Megan gave a stern warning.

"How can I expel my mother-in-law, I don't want to be an ungodly son-in-law" Theo refused.

"Yes, run away, lest he know about our relationship. She was always trying to match me up with her man of choice" Megan told me.

"What kind of mother-in-law is she, sister?" ask Theo curiously.

"Adult, handsome, rich and distinguished" Megan replied.

Theo gulped his saliva because all those criteria were not on him.
