HH CHAPTER 33 - Mother-in-Law

"Guts!"

Shouted the director when satisfied to see Megan's acting.

"Your acting is getting better, Megan!" his praise.

Rarely does the director praise the film's cast, Megan's acting certainly increased.

It was because Megan's mood was pretty good lately so it made the female acting flow just like that.

"Can I rest now?" ask Megan.

"Rest, we start again when the set is ready" he replied.

Megan walks to her seat, where Tia is busy making calls from people who want to use Megan's services.

"Where's my phone?" megan asked as she sat in her folding chair.

Tia gave the woman's phone even though her mouth was still talking to someone on the phone.

"No more messages today" murmured Megan who checked the mailbox on her phone. Usually Theo will be diligent in sending messages but from yesterday her husband did not send a message at all. "Is he that busy?"

Then Megan looked at her gallery and smiled slightly as she played the video sent by Parto. The video in which Theo is studying motor and portraits the young man with his SIM.

Even as Theo walks around the motorbike with the stray Parto in a dead end alley until they are chased by a dog.

Megan missed that innocent young man.

"In a few weeks we'll meet" he murmured.

Tia who was done making the call shook her head looking at Megan who was dreamy like that. "Thinking about your husband?" tanyakanya.

"Where there is," the elated Megan who instantly regained consciousness.

"Oh yes, there are some ads that want to work together. You're gonna take it, right?" tanya Tia made sure.

"Take everything, while you can set the schedule," Megan replied.

"Alright, this may be the effect of the gossip," Tia added.

Although it sucks for the most part, it is also because there are many netizens who support Megan and Ruben's relationship.

"Because it already seems you have to talk to Ruben to make a break-up drama," proposed Tia if indeed Megan wants it all to end.

"Didn't Ruben make a claim unilaterally, I will, too" said Megan, who will follow the man's play.

"Why did he call me?" ask Megan.

Tia glanced at Megan's phone to find out who she meant. "Maybe the money's up!"

"It could be," Megan was eventually forced to take the call. "What's up, Mom?"

"Megan... Is that how you talk to your mommy?" Berta shouted at his daughter.

"How much do you? I'll transfer it right now" Megan doesn't want to mince words.

"Am I asking you for money?" ask Berta.

"Isn't our relationship like that?" Megan doesn't want to lose.

Berta sounded out a sigh. "I don't want us to fight, I'm at your apartment door right now. Quickly tell me the password!"

"What?" Megan was shocked. "Why is mommy there? I'm filming out of town so there's nothing in the apartment!"

"I'll wait for you to come home, I've been deceived and have no place to stay" Berta explained.

Lothawat! What if Berta meets Theo.

"Mom, I'll help you rent a house but get out of my apartment" Megan asked.

"You're so outrageous Megan! I haven't even eaten and tired, I need a place now!" Berta.

At the same time, Theo returned to the apartment after the young man had been working at the hotel.

Theo exits the elevator and finds a mother at Megan's doorstep.

"Who is that?" batin Theo as he approached.

Berta was still talking to his daughter on the phone, he was seen mentioning Megan's name several times.

"Whose mother? You know Megan?" asked Theo out of curiosity.

Whatever concerns his wife he must be sensitive.

Berta looked at the young man who was reprimanding him. "Contactments? I'm Megan's mommy!"

"Jeez, mother-in-law..." Theo exclaimed in his heart.
