Actually without Tia reporting, Megan already knows what Theo is doing because every hour there is a message coming into her phone. A message from Theo reporting to him.
Megan just read without replying.
Did your sister eat?
I was very nervous but could calm down if I remembered my brother's smile
Has the demon left yet? I miss the old us
I like my brother
But, Megan would read those messages over and over again with teary eyes.
"Strength, Megan! Don't depend on it" murmured Megan who tried to be unaffected.
Then the woman began to sort out her things for her to sell and donate. Starting from clothes, bags, shoes branded, Megan will reduce it.
"Do you want that stuff?" reprimand Berta suddenly.
"I'll sell it and I'll donate some of it to charity" Megan replied without seeing her face.
"Do you not have any more money until you have to sell it?" Berta was confused and thought it was all because of him.
Megan stops her work for a moment and invites Berta to walk together. They also went to one of the cafes near the apartment.
"It feels like we haven't done this in a long time" said Berta, who was happy to say he didn't argue with his daughter today. "Is the news true? Ruben cheated on you?"
"Just take it, I don't want to talk about it. Let's be a mother and a child for the next month or two" Megan said.
"What do you mean?" ask Berta again.
Berta was stunned because Megan suddenly did such a thing. "Megan? You're going back to England? You want to meet your daddy?"
"You know, can't she be called daddy anymore?"
"I know, I came back not because of daddy but for myself, before and after you got divorced I always worked nonstop so I wanted to rest" Megan replied
Berta cried because she felt like she failed to be a mother. "I'm sorry mommy, your life must have been hard but I've always been burdening you. You were even born to parents like this!"
It seemed that Megan knew what Berta was feeling because that feeling was deep in her soul, the feeling of being unworthy of being a mother.
"I hope mommy can live well after this and use the money as well as possible, not to be fooled again" said Megan later.
From that day on, relations between Megan and Berta improved but Megan slowly began preparing for her departure to England.
Megan didn't take any more jobs, all she did was complete the job that had signed the contract. Megan became a star of several advertising and cosmetic brand models.
Until the day of departure arrives.
"You should have waited for your film's premiere gala" said Tia, who was still heavily releasing Megan.
"Faster is better" Megan replied. He extended one hand to Tia. "Thank you for the whole time!"
"Basic fool!" Tia rejected Megan's hand and immediately hugged the woman. "You should come back here and don't throw my niece away!"
Megan just returned Tia's embrace without answering anything because she was still hesitant about continuing her pregnancy or not, which is clear lately Megan started taking vitamins given by doctors.
"I'll go first!" pamit Megan's.
He got into the car that was taking him to the airport.
