If Tomorrow Never Come
Chapter 50. Time to think

“Sial an!”

Reza slammed the steering wheel of his car to the left quickly, when suddenly a blinding light appeared from the opposite direction. He stepped on the brakes and pulled his car over to the shoulder of a rocky road. Pebbles flew from under the wheels and a puff of dust floated over the body of the car before it stopped completely.

“Huufh!” Reza exhaled, almost harmed if not immediately dodged earlier. His eyes stared pushyly forward at the dust fog that was beginning to slowly dissipate. Reza hugged the steering wheel of his car and put his chin on both hands.

“Congratulations.” The name just flashed through his mind, Reza smiled bitterly as she raised her fingertips holding back something warm that was slowly pressing out from her nose.

“How long will it take you to answer my application, what if I don't have much time left.” Reza looked at the red viscous liquid between her fingers, then rubbed it with a tissue.

There was an empty feeling in his heart facing Galuh's attitude towards him. What this is a reaction from the attitude of a man who used to live a good life like himself. Should he lose the most important dream of his life?

A week had passed since he revealed his heart again, asking the woman to marry him. And a week later the two of them no longer met, no longer greeting each other. A week, a time that really tormented Reza's heart.

Both survive, maybe in this way will be able to test the seriousness of Galuh's true heart feelings on Reza. What he also has the same taste as what Reza felt to him.

Maybe it's too soon for Galuh, but not for Reza. He just wants Galuh, not another woman. He loved the woman, and was determined to have her. Reza is completely in love with her and wants Galuh to be her life partner.

“What I'm too selfish for, asking so much of him. While there was nothing he did not know about my true state,” muttered Reza inwardly. “Will I be able to see him cry and regret his decision?”

“Shame, I'm ashamed to have made Abang khilaf.”

Reza smiled remembering Galuh's words to her, the woman's attitude was so adorable. And Reza likes his innocence, his shyness.

Unknowingly his eyes closed, remembering the softness of his female lips. The fragrance of her hair and the fine hand of Galuh on her waist. All of that raised Reza's spirit again.

Maybe it's good he stays patient waiting, giving Galuh enough time to think. The woman deserves a chance to think, while she busies herself with her work.

Many things must be done, preparing for employee holidays for example. That way, he will continue to meet Galuh and they will have more time together.

Everything it’s gonna be okay!

Reza revived the engine and drove home with a much lighter heart.

Galuh tries to focus his attention on his work, on what is the choice of his customers. He nodded and smiled in response to the young boy's chatter, when the mother bought him new shoes and put them on his feet.

“I take this red one only, Ma'am. It has been tried and fit very well at the feet of Tiara,” said the young mother in front of him while trying to calm his son who was getting bored for too long at the counter.

“Good Ma'am, soon I have the goods ready.”

Ten minutes later Galuh was able to breathe a sigh of relief, he managed to finish his job well. For a moment he sat on a long bench, staring out the large window glass of his counter.

Galuh exhaled, trying to expel the anxiety that was now bothering him. For a week he had not heard the man greeting him, waiting for him at the counter to take him home together.

“Aah, why it's like this. I asked for some time to think about answering his proposal, not to shy away from me.” Galuh rubbed the softly Reza's gift ring on her ring finger.

The sound of footsteps approaching broke Galuh's daydream, he smilingly looked at Luna who was standing looking at the doorway. “Ciee, someone else is upset,” Molok Luna.

Grimacing to hear him, he patted the empty bench next to him giving Luna the code to sit there.

“Have you heard from the handsome boss?” luna asked so much that she dropped her ass beside Galuh. He folded his legs with one hand against his chin, his eyes fixedly staring at the woman beside him who was only silent while shaking his head.

“No news yet, Lun. Some days I did not even see him at all,” said galuh follow-up do the same thing with Luna, folding legs and propping her chin with both hands.

“What is this?” Luna pulled Galuh's hand and raised it, “Ring!”

Luna gasped and immediately shut her mouth, “Did the handsome boss propose to you?”

Galuh nodded with a downcast face, “Already.”

Plaque!

“Luna!” pekik Galuh was surprised as he rubbed his arm that was clamped Luna.

“Terus why Lo so limp kayak gini? In the case of handsome bosses entrepreneurs, kind hearted success at a young age rich have a lot of effort, why Lo so mlehoi kayak bakwan cold like gini?!” Cecar Luna, make Galuh close his ears tightly.

“Lucky life Lo, Luh. After dating can be a handsome guy, rich anyway. Lah Ie? Boro-boro is rich, who wants to date also no.”

Galuh grimacing, “But I haven't answered his proposal, Lun. I'm asking for time to think, it's all too soon for me. We also just know,” said Galuh.

“Lo actually likes not the same Reza? Lo srantang-sruntung road together with him, go home with him, meet the Lo family in the village and they also agree with the relationship you two.”

“I didn't take Reza back home that time. He himself who initiative followed me to the village,” elak Galuh.

“We all also know how Reza's business to get close to Lo, The mall kids are also already on know the relationship you two. What are you afraid of, Luh?”

“I'm still not sure how I feel myself,” Galuh Gamang said. “Differences between us are too conspicuous, I feel like a stranger in the scope of Reza's association. Especially after the party incident that time.”

“Lo is not a child anymore, Luh. If you love Reza, accept her proposal. You just need to hear what said Reza and his family who already received Lo with open arms, do not hear what said people out there who envied Lo.” Luna's face before she goes back to her counter.

Galuh tired, hours of rest he refused to go to the cafeteria and preferred to stay on his counter.

Galuh forced his eyes to close. But Reza's shadow again appeared and slipped into his mind. Not only his figure that haunts the night before his sleep, even now his soft voice is clearly heard entering his eardrum.

“Pity, You must be exhausted to sleep at work.” That strong hand rubbed the strands of hair on his forehead. Galuh frowned, the touch felt real. Slowly his eyes opened, and the long silhouette with a bluish-colored decoration behind him was very close to him.
