Approximately 4 hours of Delisha surgery is performed and the operation runs smoothly. Currently Delisha has been moved in the ICU room to recover his condition, after it was declared all conditions are good then Delisha will be immediately moved in the treatment room.
After Akbar and Fiona entered and his three twin brothers, it was now Ikbal's turn to enter. Zayyen could only swallow his own irritation because Akbar and the others strongly forbade him to enter, even they easily allowed Ikbal to enter to see Delisha. Though Zayyen is Delisha's boyfriend until now they have not broken up even though the Delisha family is very expecting him and Delisha to break up. This is where Ikbal is now, sitting in a chair next to Delisha's gurney. Ikbal slowly took Delisha's soft hand.

Ikbal's tears fell on Delisha's hands. This is the second time Ikbal has cried because two girls are equally meaningful for his life.
Ikbal wiped his tears slowly, he felt Delisha's hand clasping his hand even if it was just slow.
"Hey, why cry?" Ikbal asked quietly as he saw Delisha shedding her tears with her eyes still closed.
It seemed that Delisha felt like she was crying so much that the girl was crying. "Son, I'm not crying, baby! Can you call me darling?" mutter Ikbal gently.
Ikbal stood up slowly, he brought his lips closer to Delisha's forehead.

Ikbal kissed Delisha's forehead full of appreciation even impressed long because he loved Delisha very much.
"Cheal fast, honey! All dear Delisha!" muttered Ikbal whispered in Delisha's ear after kissing Delisha's forehead for a very long time.
"So, come out first! Mama is also sick so I have to take care of my mother later Brother comes back again to look at Delisha," said Ikbal slowly.

Finally the three words came out of Ikbal's mouth, the man who sounded so cold to everyone that it finally melted down as well with an innocent and beautiful girl like Delisha.

Zevana treated the bruise on the corner of Haidar's lips. The girl was indeed with Haidar even treating the man but her mind wandered somewhere, her heart still hurt to hear the confession of Haidar who loved Delisha not himself.
"Zeva, why the hell? My wounds are on the corners of the lips not in the eyes!" haidar said with annoyance.
Haidar clucked irritably as the sister of his best friend daydreamed. Zevana intends to treat it or not anyway?

While Zevana looked towards Haidar then the girl felt guilty to Haidar who looked in pain.

Haidar just clucked in annoyance. If Zevana wasn't his best friend's sister, maybe Haidar would've kicked Zevana out of his room. Haidar felt uncomfortable for a long time with Zevana like this. Zevana came out of Haidar's room, she was a little surprised by her brother who was at the door. "Why are you here?" tanya Zevana tried to be fine in front of the chaotic looking Zayyen.
"You're meeting Haidar!" zayyen tried to smile at his sister.
Zevana shook her head. "Just be tomorrow, brother! Brother Haidar has already gotten a lot of blows from people. Zeva did not have the heart to see it let alone her hand until it cracked because of the footsteps of Danish," said Zevana honestly.
