Fiona wakes up early because Akbar is not feeling well since last night, she feels Akbar's body temperature is very hot before dawn which makes Fiona wake up immediately.
"Battle!" call Fiona slowly.
Akbar opened his eyes slowly, he looked at his wife with a very different view, empty once and it made Fiona very worried about her husband's circumstances.
"But we're going to the hospital!" fiona said anxiously.
"M-mi, take care of yourself! P-papi can not always take care of Mami," murmured Akbar softly.
"But what the hell is that talking? Mom called the children for a moment," said Fiona, holding back her tears, her mind was already bad for her husband.
"So soon, Pi!" fiona said slowly.
Fiona got off the bed slowly. He came out of the room to call all the children and his son-in-law because last night all the stay in this house was looking after the sick Akbar.
"Danish, Daniel, Dareel, Delisha, get out, son!" call Fiona with a voice that has already shaken holding back her cries.
Danish, Daniel, Dareel immediately opened the door of their room followed by their wives and lastly Delisha who was helped Ikbal walk because her legs were swollen.
"What's up, Mi? Why does Mami's face look so panicked in the morning!" ask Danish gently.
"Mommy is calm. What's the same story with us?" ask Daniel slowly.
"Badan Papi is very hot. Let's take him to the hospital! Mami was afraid," said Fiona who made everyone panic immediately with an unpleasant feeling.
"Honey calm Mami for a moment. I want to see Papi" Dareel told Mikaela.
"Yes, Mom!"
All of them walked towards Fiona and Akbar's room. Delisha looked panicked and always muttered that her papa was okay.
Fiona is placated by their three daughters-in-law because Delisha is also placated by Ikbal.
"Battle!" call Danish slowly.
"We're going to yuk hospital, Pi. Danish help the way so that Papi can heal quickly," said Danish slowly.
"Papi's legs can't be moved, Nish!" akbar replied with a stammer because he found it difficult to speak.
Daniel opened the blanket that covered his papa body. "Try slowly, Pi!" daniel said slowly.
Akbar tried to move his legs but could not. Akbar shook his head which made all his children stare at Fiona.

"The fire is healed! Healed for Delisha yes!" delisha said with a soft look.
Akbar just smiled faintly. "P-papi is very dear to Delisha. Princess papi! Before you go to the hospital, Papi wants to tell the Papi kids everything. Please take care of Mami with all your soul and body yes because not always Papi can take care of Mami. Papi is afraid not to be able to talk to you when he arrives at the hospital later," murmured Akbar who made bad thoughts of wife and children Akbar made their hearts not calm at all.

Danish, Daniel, and Dareel carried Akbar slowly. Akbar's eyes never escaped from his wife's face, as if to say that Fiona should not cry because of him but somehow his voice is very difficult to remove.
"But papi can't walk. Mami was so scared," muttered Fiona who made Delisha sad.
"The fire won't leave us, will it, Mi?" delisha asked with great fear.
"No, Honey. We pray for Papi's recovery," said Fiona trying to calm her son even though he himself was very afraid in fact.
Delisha tried to convince herself. They followed Danish, Daniel, and Dareel who were holding Akbar.
They used two cars to get to the hospital. Of course with Fiona who continues to accompany her husband even in fact Fiona did not sleep well last night.
"Honey calm yourself!" Ikbal said gently because he did not want anything to happen with his wife and three children.
"It's quiet, Dek!" mikaela said that she was holding Deon because her son was still asleep. Mikaela couldn't just leave her son for fear that Deon would cry when she woke up.

Naura stroked the shoulders of her sister-in-law and her best friend. Naura knows how much Delisha loves her parents, it's only natural that Delisha is this kind of person but Naura is also worried that Delisha is pregnant.

Akbar has been treated by a doctor in the ER room. Fiona and all of her children waited anxiously even as they were still wearing their nightgowns, the rush to get Akbar to the hospital made everyone not care what their clothes looked like.
"Fiona!" call Fathan slowly.
Another Fathan and the others went straight to his hospital after getting word that Akbar was in the hospital.
"What's going on?" asked Fathan to hug his sister affectionately even Fiona cried in the arms of his biological brother.
"Every night Papi has a fever, Pakde. And this morning his feet were not able to move even on the way Papi could not speak," replied Danish with sadness.
"Yes Allah... Ma, please hug Fiona for a while Mas want to come in to see the state of Akbar," said Fathan to his wife.
"Yes, Pa!" sahut Tri slowly.
Fiona only briefly hugs Tri because she seems to want to be with her children.
"Mommy can't think of anything. God willing, Papi must be healthy," said Danish hugged her mother tightly to calm the Mami who looked devastated.
"Mommy don't cry!" nadine said with sadness.
"Bapi Akbar must be healed" said Nadine with teary eyes because she could not see people grieving.
Shortly as Fathan enters the ER room of the gurney where Akbar is lying on the take out.
"Sir, where is Mas Akbar going?" fiona asked in tears as she looked at her husband's condition.
"We have to move Akbar to the ICU room where it's really unstable!" said Fathan who made everyone's heart uncertain.
"Mas!" call Fiona in tears but Akbar can only stare at Fiona without being able to speak.
Akbar's eyes were completely empty which made Fiona and the others unable to see Akbar's current condition.
Fiona and the others followed Akbar's gurney slowly, they could only stare at Akbar from behind a glass window as Akbar's body began to mount a device to detect the heartbeat of what had happened to Akbar which was clear they were all very afraid of losing Akbar.
"Fio, is Akbar down?" ask Fathan slowly.
"No, Brother. Yesterday morning mas Akbar was fine only he said his chest hurt a little and the night Akbar's body was hot until now. Fio thought it was a normal fever" Fiona said in a trembling voice.
"You are patient! Akbar's blood pressure is very high maybe it's the cause of his legs can not be moved and there is swelling of the heart," said Fathan who made Fiona limp.
"Can't be!" fiona said with tears.
"DOCTOR'S CONDITION IS GETTING WORSE. SUDDENLY MR AKBAR WAS UNCONSCIOUS!"
"Battle!!" delisha shouted in panic.
Everyone seemed to panic when they saw the special doctor who handled Akbar start to arrive. This is very sudden for Fiona and her children, it seems they are not ready if they have to lose Akbar.
