Cika's eyes were swollen because last night she kept crying, today is the day of Zayden's departure to Germany. Even Cika's appetite to the point of decreasing her body looked thin in a few days.
Cika seemed to rush out of her room after she finished changing clothes. He didn't want Zayden to leave before he came.
"Honey, where are you going?" ask Tri gently.
"M-ma, I have to go to the hospital! Z-zayden wants to go to Germany for treatment!" cika said in a hurry.
"Let Nevan take the car, honey! You need to calm down! Mama doesn't want you to do anything!" said Tri with sorrow.
"Sir, Ma! Cika set out alone!" cika said quickly.
"But..."
"When we leave, Ma! Assalamu'alaikum!" cika said quickly.
"Wa'alaikumussalam!" muttered Tri slowly.
"What a pity to you, dear! Do'a Mama may you be reunited quickly with Zayden in good condition. Aamiin!" muttered Tri with a wistful.
Tri felt his heart was sliced when he saw the face of his son even Cika wore sunglasses to cover his eyes that were swollen due to continuous crying last night, contemplating trying to be sincere with Zayden's departure for the man's health.
Cika wiped her tears that fell back without her command. He did not want to cry but his tears kept flowing as he remembered Zayden.
"What would I be if you left, Ay?" muttered Cika slowly.
Cika grasped the steering wheel firmly, her heart so hurt when she found out Zayden was leaving her.
"Wait a minute, Ay! I just want to hug you as a sign of our temporary separation!" cika said with a chuckle ended with a cry that began to sound.
"Why are we like this, Ay?" muttered Cika with a wistful.
Cika stepped on the gas pedal of her car back, this time the car she was driving drove quickly to her papa hospital.
Cika was impatient to get there immediately after a long journey according to Cika finally the girl arrived at the hospital. Cika opened the car door impatiently, the girl ran towards Zayden's room where the man was being treated.
"Zayden!" cika shouted loudly to remove the tightness that was squeezing her chest.
Everyone stared at Cika with a very strange look but Cika did not care at all, the girl continued to run towards Zayden's room until Cika got there.
"Sus, where's Zayden? Where's my fiance Sus?" ask Cika impatiently.
"Mas Zayden had just come out with his parents because in 10 minutes they would go to the airport using a hospital ambulance just in case Zayden would rebel because last night raging even almost hurt himself if Zayyen mas did not come that night," said the sister who made Cika more sad.
"Where did they go, Sus?" ask Cika with a huff.
"Through there, Miss!" said the nurse who was possessed by Cika.
"Thank you, Sus!" cika said after that he came back running.
His mind was not at all calm. "Lord, let me meet Zayden and hug him before we part!" muttered Cika with a wistful.
Cika smiled bitterly as she saw Zayden together with his parents and two brothers. There was also his father who saw the departure of Zayden with his parents later.
"ZAYDEN!!" yelled Cika loudly.
Zayden looked back. His heart was beating so hard when he saw Cika running towards him, Zayden's eyes were glazed over now as he missed Cika so much. He wanted to hug Cika but he could only silently stare at Cika.

Cika hugged Zayden very tightly. At first Zayden did not return Cika's embrace at all but heard the sobs of Cika made himself unbearable.
"Hikss..I want to come!" cika said with a cry. Zayden's hardened arm makes Cika realize that she can never go with the man she loves.
Zayden hugged Cika very tightly, it was also very hard to leave Cika but this was for the sake of her recovery. Even all the doctors stood guard next to him so as not to be cheated like last night where Aiden took over his body until it ended up harming himself. Right now he is holding back from Aiden being present, he does not want everything to be messed up because of Aiden's presence.
Zayden let go of Cika's embrace forcefully. "Gue has to go!" zayden said flatly while in his heart he was holding himself back from crying.
"Hiks... You promised you'd come back? I-I'll be waiting for you, Ay! Until then!" cika said firmly.
"Don't wait for me! I'm afraid to let you down!" zayden said firmly.
"Life must go without me! I'm sincere if you marry someone else, as much as I can come if I'm healed!" said Zayden who increasingly made Cika's heart throb pain.
Fathan approached his son. "Now, son! Zayden went for treatment!" fathan said with a soft.
"Pull your word, Ay! I will wait for you for whatever it is even until I age! I will not accept anyone who will propose to me unless you come!" cika said firmly.
"Son, you can't say that! You should be happy without me!" zayden said with a huff.
"HAPPILY I'M LO, ZAYDEN! YOU REALLY EASILY TELL ME TO BE HAPPY WITH OTHERS WHEN HALF MY HEART AND SOUL BRING! LO SELFISH! YOU DON'T WANT TO FIGHT WITH ME!" yell out emotion.
"Son! Yes already!" fathan said with sorrow.
"Zayden is evil, Pa! Why didn't he fight together? Why, Pa? Is it because she doesn't love Cika anymore?" cika said with tears.
Tiara and Zidan who saw himself became unbearable. "Zayden will definitely come back with you, baby! Mama will make sure of that," Tiara said slowly.
Zayden came back closer to Cika, he opened Cika's glasses and how surprised Zayden was when he saw Cika's eyes swollen from crying.
"Oh, please don't cry anymore! I took my words back! Wait for me to come home and we'll be back together!" zayden said with sadness.
"Hiks... Sure, Ay!! How long will I wait for you to come back!" cika said with relief.
Zayden turned to look at his twin and sister. Zayden hugged Zevana fondly. "Get yourself all right, Dek!" zayden said softly.
"Hiks.. Brother is healing fast!" zevana said with a sob.
Zayden nodded, then he looked at Zayyen with a hard to interpret look. "Jaga Zevana and yourself!" Zayden.
"Sure!"
Zayden hugged Zayyen and it was the first time they embraced him after a dozen years that Zayden hated his twin.
Cika hugged her papa as Zayden began to step into the ambulance. However, just as Zayden wanted to enter suddenly Zayden shouted loudly.
"Arghhh....You can't take me anywhere! This body is mine!" aiden shouted loudly which scared Cika.
"Dok, quick injection of a sedative for Zayden!" said Fathan who did not want to suddenly Zayden run away.
"Doctor hurry!" said Zidan who tried to hold the rebellious Zayden even his wife fell and fortunately was helped by Zayyen quickly.
"Oh, you promised to be healed! Fight Aiden, Ay!" cika said that made Aiden even more angry.
"How dare you tell Zayden to fight me! Just so you know Zayden is a very weak man! Hahaha.he doesn't deserve to be in this body!" aiden said with a loud laugh.
"Take off me asshole!" aiden shouted loudly.
The doctors helped hold Zayden. And fortunately, the doctor who held the injection so deft that the injection was stuck in Zayden's arm, the liquid inside the injection had entered Zayden's body to make the man weaken.
Cika who could not bear to cry back in the arms of his father. "Pa, Zayden must be cured, right?" ask Cika with a witty look.
