Kaivan awoke from his sleep. He still sees Alula sleeping. He immediately prepared to go to the office. Kai wears the clothes he wore yesterday, because Kai doesn't bring any more work clothes.

After wearing his work suit. Kai took a small box out of his briefcase. Kai took a paper and a pen and was seen writing something. Then he put the paper on the mirror of Alula's dressing table. Kai also keeps a small box on his wife's dresser. Kai approached towards Alula who was still asleep. He rubbed Alula's face and kissed her forehead. Then he rushed to the office.

"Where is he?" Alula asked as she did not see Kai in her room.

Alula walks to get a towel, as she passes through the makeup mirror, Alula sees a scrap of paper stuck in the mirror and also a phone box that is the latest phone output.

"Darling I went to the office, sorry not to wait for you to wake up. I don't want to disturb your sleep. I've bought you a new phone and I've applied your old sim card to your new phone. Don't forget to eat breakfast and enjoy the day!" Alula smiled as she read the paper.

Alula starts cleaning her room and prepares to go to college for a new year's school meeting.

Kaivan sat in his room. He really misses his wife. Kai took his phone. He was about to call Alula, but his intention was to undo when he remembered Alula's cold attitude last night. Kai recalls that night, when he insisted on sleeping with Alula. His daydreams were instantly renewed when his cell phone rang, he saw the name of Aunt Julia on his phone.

"Yes, auntie?" Kai replied in a lazy voice.

"Kai, you're here now! Arabella is being treated, yesterday she tried to hurt herself because of your frustration" said the person, Julia. Julia is the mother of Arabella.

Kai looked surprised by what he heard.

"All right, I'm there" said Kai.

"Yes, hurry. Bella's in hospital at the hospital. Elizabeth."

Kai immediately stood up and rushed to go to the hospital mentioned by Arabella's mother.

"I don't want to deal with Bella anymore." Kai hit the wheel of his car violently.

"Kai, are you coming?" Greet Julia when she sees Kai coming to the hospital where Arabella was being treated.

"How's Bella doing?"

"He's already human. Yesterday he hurt his wrist" Julia explained.

Julia and Kai immediately walked towards the room type VVIP A.

"Darling?" Call Arabella when she sees Kai coming in. He immediately grabbed his body.

"Tante lives first" Julia said from her son's nursery.

Kaivan approached Arabella's bed.

"Why did you hurt yourself?" Kai looked at the pale face of Arabella.

"I'm just frustrated that you showed me, especially when I saw your honeymoon video. My heart is so broken," Arabella began to cry.

"Why are you doing this to me?" Further.

"I'm married, Bell. I just want to run my marriage normally."

"Perset*n with that marriage. I don't give a shit!" Arabella grabs Kai's arm.

"Back to me! Divorce her! You promised to marry me when you divorced her."

"No, I didn't hear!" Arabella covered her ears with both hands.

"Bell's? Please forget me. I want you to get a better man than me. Learn to forget me!" Said Kai in a serious tone.

"No!! until death I will never forget you! You're mean to me!" Arabella cries out howling.

Kai is increasingly frustrated with the attitude of Arabella who does not want to accept this reality.

"I can't be with you anymore, Bell. Please understand and accept my decision."

"You're really mean, Kai!" Arabella tightened her tears.

"I can't leave Alula because I've fallen in love with her. Moreover I've taken something precious from Alula."

Arabella rounded her eyes perfectly. He seemed to understand what Kai said.

"That bitch seduced you?" Shouting Arabella.

"No, I forced her," Kai said.

"You don't have to lie to me. I know you, I always ask you to fuck but you never want to. It must be that woman who seduced you with all her might. I really hate him! I don't care, you have to be with me back!" Arabella is screaming hysterically.

Julia came in because she heard her son crying and screaming.

"Kai, what did you do to Bella?" Julia asked worried.

"Kai wants to leave me, mom," Arabella talks to her mother.

"Can't you rethink your decision, Kai? Auntie already knew from Bella, if your marriage and your wife were only a temporary marriage."

"I'm not going to divorce my wife, aunt," Kai looked at Julia.

"Aunty, please reconsider your decision!" Julia's Word.

Arabella immediately pulled Kai's arm. The man's body collapsed from being unprepared for the sudden pull of Arabella. Arabella hugged Kai tightly.

"Bel, let me go!" Kai's orders to Arabella.

"Don't leave me! I can't live without you!" Shamir Arabella. Then Arabella smiled at Julia who was taking pictures of herself and Kai who was hugging.

Kai immediately withdrew from Arabella's arms.

"I'm home first, auntie," Kai immediately left Arabella's treatment room without waiting for a response from Julia. Kai should have known that Arabella was stubborn and would not follow his orders.

"Mom, where do I see the picture!" Arabella smiled cunningly and wiped away her tears.

"It's a baby" Julia gave the phone to Arabella. Arabella sent the photo to Alula's contact. Arabella gets Alula's contact number from Nino, because Nino belongs to the same group as Alula, the High School group.

"I hope you realize your position. You're just a disgusting fly that's interfering with my relationship with Kai," Arabella smiled slyly as she looked at her picture.
