Cleon and Chelsea arrived at a hospital in Birmingham. Cleon immediately carried Alula out of his car. While Cleon was holding Alula, Kai seemed to have just arrived at the hospital parking lot. When Chelsea called him, Kai immediately ended his meeting and immediately drove his car at full speed to get to the hospital. Along the way he curses himself for leaving Alula alone at home.

"Cleon? Chelsea?" Kai ran and shouted frantically seeing Alula being carried by Cleon.

"Darling, it's me!" Kai follows the nurses who are pushing his wife's gurney. Chelsea and Cleon follow behind Kai.

Not long after, Alula was put into the delivery room. Kai immediately called his parents and Alula's parents to let them know that Alula was going to give birth. They hung up their phones and rushed to the hospital.

"Sir, please accompany your wife to give birth!" Nurse to Kai.

"I'm going in first!" Kai says goodbye to Cleon and Chelsea.

"Yes. Make sure my niece is born safe!" Said Chelsea with a very worried face.

Kai nodded, he immediately entered the delivery room.

"Calm down! Alula will be fine!" Cleon clasped Chelsea's hand to calm down.

Chelsea also nodded.

"Darling, it's me!" Kai stood beside Alula who was about to give birth.

"Kai, this really hurts!" Alula squeezes Kai's hand tightly until her husband's hand is flushed.

Doctor Kim did a first check on Alula. Dr Kim also did another examination.

"Come Madam!" Doctor Kim gives aba-abq. 2 nurses are in the room to help the delivery process.

"Honey, let's get excited!" Kai cheers on Alula.

"Not that I'm not excited, but this hurts a lot!" Alula closed her eyes.

"Let's go!" Kai said back.

"Kai, this hurts even more than when I felt the first night with you. You forced me back then and it hurt a lot, but it hurt a lot more!" Racau Alula is back.

Kai glanced at Doctor Kim and the two nurses in the room. The two nurses seemed to be holding smiles.

"Darling, focus on pushing!" Kai's orders returned with a worried look.

"Come madam! Take and breathe out slowly!" Doctor Kim's orders are back.

Alula also seemed to push with all her might. While Doctor Kim continues to give his instructions.

Doctor Kim also seemed to stop giving orders.

"Dok, why did you stop?" Ask Dr. Kim.

"Master, I see your wife's labor is very slow. This can happen because the cervix has not fully enlarged. I am worried that if left for much longer, the baby will have an infection, because the amniotic fluid has broken from earlier" Dr. Kim explained.

"Then what, Doc? Do your best!" Kai shouted to Doctor Kim.

"There's no other way. Your wife had to give birth by caesarean section" Dr. Kim concluded.

"Then do Doc!" Kai shouted back.

Doctor Kim nodded.

"Prepare for an emergency C-section now!" Doctor Kim orders two of his nurses. They immediately went outside to prepare for an emergency caesarean section to be performed in the surgical room.

"Sir, you better take care of your caesarean approval letter and complete the other administration!" Doctor Kim's orders to Kai.

Shortly the two nurses entered and took Alula to the surgical room.

"Darling, wait a minute!" Kai immediately ran to the administration of the Hospital to sign a letter of approval for the caesarean section to his wife and to take care of the treatment room after the cesarean section was completed.

After that Kai immediately ran back to reach the surgical room.

"Kai?" Call someone when Kai is running.

Kai turned his head and he saw both his parents and his in-laws were walking around in a panic.

"How's Alula?" Ainsley asked worriedly.

"Alula will be operated on, Ma," Kai replied heavily.

"You said the doctor allowed her to give birth normally?" Ask Sofia.

"Yes, but the doctor said that the delivery is very slow because the cervix has not enlarged yet" Kai explained.

"Then let's get to the operating room!" Take Ainsley. They immediately walked to the operating room.

"Sorry, sir! You can't go in! This was done to keep the operating room sterile," the medics stopped Kai from entering the operating room.

"But, I want to accompany my wife to give birth!" Kai said with a huff.

"But this is already the rule of the Hospital" the medic replied.

"Have Kai, don't hamper their work!" Chelsea kept Kai away from the operating room door.

"Then please quickly carry out the operation!" Kai's orders to the medics. Then the surgical room door is closed for immediate surgery.

During the cesarean section, Kai is seen pacing back and forth in front of the operating room door. Chelsea, Cleon, Sofia, William, Halbert and Ainsley just looked at Kai who did not want to silence his body.

"Darling, wake up!" Sofia comes to her son and embraces Kai's trembling body. Kai was still in the face of Alula who was in pain like that.

"Mom, Kai regretted leaving Alula at home" Kai grabbed her hair.

"I promise I won't hurt her again Mom!" Kai shed tears at his mother's advice.

"Kai? How's Alula?" Tanya Nino who looked just arrived at the Hospital.

"Yes, how's Alula? Bi Esther told me that Alula was going to give birth" Alden asked.

"Alula is still inside the operating room," Kai replied lethargicly.

"Hopefully Alula and my niece are fine" Nino said.

"Chel, Cleon? Thank you for bringing my wife here. If you don't come, I don't know what's going on" Kai sincerely told Chelsea and Cleon.

"Yes, Kai. Equally," Chelsea chimed. Cleon smiled as well. He saw that Kai really loved his wife.

"Chel, thank you!" Ainsley thanked his daughter's best friend.

"Yes, auntie," Chelsea rubbed Ainsley's back gently.

After 30 minutes, there was the sound of crying babies from inside the operating room. Kai immediately stood up from his seat and approached towards the surgical room door. Everyone came straight to the door.

Dr Kim went outside the operating room.

"Congratulations, sir! You're officially a father" Doctor Kim smiled at Kai.

"How are my wife and children?" Ask Kai worriedly.

"Your son was born healthy. While Mrs Alula is still very weak due to the effects of the anesthetic that has not disappeared. But you don't have to worry! Everything's fine. Mrs Alula and the baby will be transferred to the treatment room for recovery" Dr Kim said.

"Thank you, Doc!" Kai was relieved to hear the doctor's words. Others also breathed with relief.

Before long, medics took Alula and her baby to be moved to the treatment room. All scramble to see the face of Kai and Alula's child, but they can't see, because the baby is being held by the nurse.

They follow a nurse who takes Alula and her baby to a President Suite treatment room.

The nurse moved baby Alula into the baby box in the room.

All appeared to enter the treatment room Alula and her baby.

"Sir, this is your baby!" The nurse gave the baby with a heart to Kai.

"I'm glad I forgot about Alula. Otherwise, maybe I'll be very heart fed seeing his son who looks so much like his father" Cleon whispered in his heart.

"Kai, your son's face is so flecked with yours. That's because when Alula was pregnant with your child, she was hurt by you and ran away to York City" Nino gave an original analysis.

"Yes. Kai why does his face look so similar to yours? I didn't see my face on our son's face" Alula asked, looking at his son's face.

"Yes, Al. Your son looks a lot like Kai," Chelsea said.

"What do we call?" Ask Alula to Kai.

"I named our baby Jasper Allen, which means treasure of the Allen family. While the character of Jasper's name is attractive, attentive, insightful and passionate, gentle and also kind" replied Kai.
