After Beverly exits the room, Kai grabs her cell phone on the table.

"Hallo, Daddy?" Say hello to Kai when his phone connection is connected to his father named William Allen.

"Dad, why did daddy hire that girl? I mean Beverly as the financial manager at Kai's company?" Kai clucked in annoyance.

Kai looked surprised at the question from his father.

"Next year you're 25, son. You can get married to Arabella!" William Rayu.

Kai entered the meeting room held this afternoon. It seems Rachel was beside him to help his superior presentation.

"So you're the son of Mr Peter?" Kai smiled kindly to a man who was already sitting in the meeting room.

"Yes, I am the son of Mr. Peter" said the young man, standing from his seat.

"I'm Kaivan Allen," Kai reached out his hand to shake the prospective client.

They also put themselves in their seats. The meeting went very well and warm. They discussed the construction of high-end real estate that will be built in the city of Birmingham but suddenly the warm atmosphere was changed when Alfin put forward an idea.

"Sir Kai what if we set up a real estate building in the largest green space in the city?" Alfin gave an idea that contradicted Kai's thinking.

"I don't think we can build a housing complex there, it's a green place consisting of conservation, forests, parks and also a local nature reserve" Kai rejected the idea.

"Come on, Mr. Kai! We will greatly benefit if you build a real estate area there, imagine how many people are interested in living there !" Alfin tried to persuade Kai.

"Sorry Mr. Alfin, I can't agree with your idea! I do not want to damage the natural environment for the development of a real estate, imagine by you how many ecosystems and habitats will be lost if the land we make a residential area," said Kai firmly.

"All right, let's cancel this deal!" Alfin tore off his cooperation paper in front of Kai.

Kai tried to dampen his emotions that have been in ubun when he saw the attitude of this client.

"Well if it's your decision, I won't force it. Let's just end the meeting today," Kai still forced his smile and was not provoked by Alfin's provocation.

"Look !! You will regret not cooperating with me, and look at it later ! I'm going to wipe out your company !" Alfin grinned evilly in front of Kai.

Kai felt unable to hold back his emotions again hearing the threat Alfin posed to him. He wanted to hit her in the face immediately.

"Calm down, sir ! If you're hooked, our company will be exposed to the media for being at odds with Mr. Peter's company" Rachel tries to temper her notoriously grumpy boss's temper.

Kai was all his strength to hold back his mounting emotions.

"I'll wait for that day, sir. Where you destroyed my company," Kai smiled sarcastically at Alfin.

Alfin and his secretary immediately passed from the meeting room. The sound of the door being slammed very loud.

Kai slammed a vase of flowers on the meeting table. He also scrambled the files on the table.

"It's so rude of him to dare threaten me!" hardik Kai's.

Rachel who was beside him felt confused to calm his superior.

"Look at Alfin ! Whose company will be destroyed." Kai smiled sinisterly, while Rachel only had goosebumps looking at that smile.
