Kai just came out of the bathroom. He saw Alula looking in the mirror looking at her face.

"Darling, what's wrong with you?" Kai asked when he saw his wife's gloomy face.

"Kai, look! My face is now pustular," Alula complained by showing a pimple growing on her forehead.

"I'm just asking, are you okay to see Bella in the weight of the law? He's been your ex-girlfriend for 3 years."

"of course. He must be punished according to his actions. What she was wearing was daddy. As a result of his actions, I almost lost you and I can't tolerate his crimes" Kai explained gently.

"Then let's go!" Kai immediately pulled Alula's hand out of the house to get to the hospital.

Alula was currently lying on the examination bed. Doctor Kim is conducting an ultrasound on Alula. Kai watched the monitor showing his wife's womb.

"Mrs Alula's pregnancy age has entered the age of 12 weeks. This is the last week of the first trimester. Usually at this age, pregnant women will experience abdominal cramps due to the size of the uterus that begins to enlarge," Dr. Kim began to explain.

"Is the cramp harmless, Doc?" Kai asked with a worried look.

"Good, doc. For the sex of the baby, is it already visible?" Kai watched the monitor screen carefully.

"In general, the sex of the baby will be seen when it has entered the age of 18-22 weeks of pregnancy. However, it looks like your baby is a boy, sir. I saw the buds that would form into the prostate," explains Dr. Kim back.

Kai smiled happily when he heard Dr. Kim's words.

"Honey, our baby's a boy!" Kai said with great joy as he rubbed the face of Alula who was lying down. Alula smiled to see her husband's happy face. He even saw Kai's eyes glazed over.

"But we'll see to it again when Alula's pregnancy reaches 18 weeks, sir" Dr. Kim said.

"Good, Doc. Then, in addition to gymnastics what can my wife do to deal with her cramps?" Ask Kai back.

"Of course, moderate exercise, adequate sleep and eating foods that have a complete nutritional intake. Make sure your wife's emotions are stable, too, sir. Don't stress him! Fulfill all her desires because her mood sometimes goes up and down! Do not make your wife emotionally and psychologically depressed!

"Well, doc," Kai nodded obediently to Doctor Kim's explanation.

"Well, why is my face so sore? Does it have anything to do with pregnancy?" Ask Alula.

"It is common during pregnancy, due to the increase in androgen hormones during pregnancy. When the hormone is stable, acne will disappear by itself," said Dr. Kim back.

Alula nodded in understanding with Doctor Kim's explanation.

"Darling, I told you not to worry about that!" Kai said to Alula.

"I'm just worried you're glancing at another woman."

Kai breathed softly to hear his wife. But, he must understand because pregnant women do have more sensitive feelings.

Doctor Kim also finished his examination. Kai and Alula immediately go outside Doctor Kim's room to go home.

"Darling, I want a doll!" Pinta Alula to Kai who is driving.

"What do you want a doll for? I'll buy it, baby."

"The big bear. So that when I sleep, I can hug her."

"If you fall asleep hugging a doll, then who hugs me?" Kai smashed his lips.

"Kan for the hose, baby!" Alula pinches her husband's cheek.

"alright. I'll buy it."

As Kai's car passes by the bus stop, Alula sees a young child eating a cupcake. Alula immediately gulped her saliva seeing the little boy so greedily eating his cupcake.

"Darling?" Alula turned back towards Kai.

"Yes?"

"I want a cupcake."

"All right, now we're buying, baby?" Answer Kai calmly.

"I don't want to buy it. I want you, Alden and Nino to make it."

Kai immediately turned to his wife with a surprised look.

"Please, not again !"
