Halal Love of the Senior

Halal Love of the Senior
Mitoni 2's

Adelia goes into the house to do fashion gantos or change clothes. The makeup artist has prepared seven cloths and seven kebayas for the future mother to wear. The fabric that was first used was patterned sidomukti which symbolizes happiness. After that Adelia stood in front of the guests, then Adi asked them, "Sampun pantes dereng?" (It's not worth it yet?)

The guests then replied, "The slopes pantes." (Not fast)

Adelia then changed to wearing a sidoluhur cloth that symbolizes glory. Adi asked the guests again as before and was answered with the same answer. It was done until the sixth cloth used by the future mother.

The third cloth worn parangkusuma, symbolizes the struggle to stay alive. The next cloth is patterned cement rama which means so that the love of the two parents who will soon become father and mother will last forever/not divorced. The fifth fabric is patterned with lyrical patterns that mean that the presence of the child is pleasant for those around him. The next cloth used chicken claws in the hope that the child who will be born later can be independent in meeting the needs of his life.

The last fabric that Adelia wore was a lasem patterned striated fabric that symbolized simplicity. This striated fabric is simple but manufacturing is difficult. Requires patience because it is made from sheets per sheet of yarn. Adi asked the guests again for the last time, "Sampun pantes dareng?"

The guests compactly replied, "Pantes." (White)

After the procession of changing clothes, Adelia assisted Adi, sitting on a pile of clothes that were considered inappropriate earlier. This procession is called angrem, its position is like a hen who is incubating eggs. This procession symbolizes the prospective mother who takes care and maintains the baby in the womb. Next Adi serves Adelia to get the desired food. They then eat together in one dish, this procession is called dahar kembul.

Adi then did a procession of breaking the ivory clove given by Bu Hasna. The ivory clover is fond of the puppet character of Kamajaya and Dewi Ratih who are famous for their good looks and beauty and have a noble nature. Adi then chooses one of the coconuts to break down without looking. If elected Kamajaya, it is expected that the baby is a boy, and if Dewi Ratih then a woman.

The mitoni procession is closed with a rujak dodol. Adi patronizes Adelia who sells fruit currants to guests. They bought rujak with the crew (money made from clay). Adi received the crew from the buyer and put it in the senik (money container) brought by the wife.Β This procession is a hope that the child gets a lot of sustenance for himself and his parents.

After all the procession passed, the show's readers closed the day's event. Adi and Adelia along with their two parents received congratulations from the guests. Those who came later were given parcels to take home.

Once the guests have all gone home, Adi leads Adelia into the house. He knew his wife must be tired of all the procession. "Ai, would you like a break in the room or in the living room?" ask Adi.

"In the room, Mas. I also want to soak for a while" replied Adelia.

"Okay, Ai's gonna take all this off first. I'm getting water ready for a soak."

Adelia nodded, obeying her husband. The makeup artist followed Adelia into the room after asking her permission first. He helped Adelia remove the kebaya, cloth, and hijab that covered the pregnant woman's head. After everything was off, the makeup artist walked out of the room.

"Ai, the water is ready," said Adi who just came out of the bathroom.

"Yes, Mas. Thanks though. I'll take a shower." Adelia shuffled from the dresser to the bathroom.

"Don't be long, Ai. Ten minutes is enough. Magrib soon."

"Yes. Mas Adi change clothes first. It's been waiting for the makeup artist," said Adelia before closing the bathroom door.

After removing the layer of clothing worn, Adelia carefully went into the bath. Warm water coupled with aromatherapy that was dripped Adi, making it more relaxed. The pregnant woman rests her back on the wall of the bath while closing her eyes. Enjoy the time to unwind.

Meanwhile, Adi opened the beskap, cloth and all the equipment he had been wearing. After that, go out of the room and hand it to the makeup artist. The traditional clothes worn by Adi and Adelia belong to the makeup artist, so they must be returned.

Ten minutes later Adi returned to the room. Checking his wife who was soaking in the bathup. Because if not checked, often his soul mate is asleep. "Ai, have you soaked it?" He knocked on the closed bathroom door. After a moment of no reply, he finally opened the bathroom door that was deliberately unlocked.

As soon as she opened the door, she saw Adelia close her eyes. It is expected that his wife will fall asleep again. Slowly Adi approached the heart. As soon as he reached the side of the bath, he crouched down. "Ai, let's get up. Soaked it. It'll be cold." The father-to-be stroked the wife's cheek with the back of her hand.

"Eh, I overslept again huh, Mas?" adelia asked after opening her eyes.

"Yes, Ai. Let's go out first, then rinse his body." Adi helps his wife stand up and get out of the bath. Adelia rinsed under the shower, while her husband cleaned the bath. After rinsing the body, the pregnant woman dries the body with a towel. Then I came out of the bathroom wearing a bathrobe.

Adelia came out of the room. The women then perform Magrib prayers at home. Ms. Hasna who had faith in Ms. Sarah, Adelia, and also Dita. After the Magrib prayer, they chatted in the living room while eating together with Lesehan. Only Adelia sat on the couch because of her already big pregnancy, making it hard to get up when sitting on the carpet.

"Capek no, Ma'am?" ask Sarah who is sitting next to the princess.

"Not too, Ma, it's been soaking, so it's good" replied Adelia.

"Later after Isya just rest if tired."

"Yes, Ma. If I'm tired, I'm gonna take a break."

"We, when does KKN start?" Ms. Sarah turned to a young mother who was feeding her only child.

"God willing next week, Aunt." said Dita.

"How much does Ale go?"

"The plan is to stay with the mother, Auntie. Later Mas Rendra who went back and forth. Thank God my KKN area is close to my father's house, so if anything is easier. Hopefully the friends there can also understand my situation," said Dita.

"Yesterday the same friends of the group, I said if you need funds or sponsors Mas Rendra ready to support. If there is a fee, I am also willing to pay the most. Yeah, we both know each other. Friends have agreed because they are also happy that the expenditure for KKN is not large," continued the young mother.

"Alhamdulillah then. Hope his friends don't change their minds."

"Aamiin's."

"Pubu, mam," said Ale who wanted to be fed again.

--oOo----

Hi, see you again. How are you guys? May you always be in good health. Coincidentally in Jogja it has been two days the air is very cold. What about at friends' place? What same?

I thank my friends who are still faithful waiting for the continuation of this story, despite being rich clothesline hanging. God willing I will continue and finish this story but slowly yes.

I sometimes feel bad about getting DM or inbok and ask when the story continues. I want it to be routine like before, it's just that my brain capacity is limited and busy in real life that takes up time so I can't focus on writing here.

If I were to write a new story here on the theme of domestic conflict, about a third person, inspired by a true story would anyone like to read?

Even if it becomes the story, I will tell you more. Please check my Instagram or facebook to know what stories I am currently writing.

So long ago, God willing I am still up again for this month.

Greetings to all Friends of the Heart
