Madaharsa
Chapters 1. School Reunion.

I'm Binar, a thin girl with long unraveling hair who has just entered her 30th year. A pretty real age for girls like myself to get married and build a household of my own. However, in fact, until this moment I still feel comfortable living with both beloved parents.

I'm not uninterested in building a relationship, there's only one reason that requires me to choose to stay single and spend time with my mom and dad. Even I had no interest in venturing out of the island like Genta, my beloved older brother, did.

I was not born into a rich family. Father is a retired PNS in a government agency, while mother is a mighty and great woman, who has a lot of important roles at home.

To me, my mother and father were angels that God sent to earth, and I loved them so much.

"Binar, it's done yet, son?" My mother's voice was heard again.

I turned to the clock on the wall of the room which seemed to have shown at exactly seven o'clock,

"Yes, Mom, in a minute!" reply me with a slightly raised voice. Gawat, I am still busy looking at myself in front of the mirror when the time is very narrow. This is the event I have been waiting for and should not be missed.

Yes, tonight I'm going to attend a high school reunion held in the multipurpose building of the school.

I again confirmed my appearance once again. A pretty light blue dress with a big belt, nicely attached to my skinny body. Don't forget a sweet little ribbon embedded in my long hair that was severed.

My face has also been polished thin make-up to look fresh and beautiful.

I smile when I make sure that there is nothing less than my appearance. Because I want to perform perfectly at the school reunion.

After picking up the matching colored handbag, I rushed out of the room and went down to the first floor, right where father and mother were waiting. They seem to be as enthusiastic as I am.

Seeing my arrival, my father and mother were flabbergasted. They both praised my performance as much as I could look perfect tonight.

I smile shyly and thank you.

"So you're ready to meet him?" mother said suddenly with a seductive tone.

Hearing that my face reflexes reddened. "Who do you mean?" I pretend I don't know.

"There's no need to blush and blush like that, mom and dad know, well, there's one thing that makes you so excited about coming to the reunion." This time, my father opened his voice.

I could no longer avoid and could only grimace in embarrassment. In order to avoid further temptation from my two men, I decided to leave.

"Wait a minute, I'll get the car keys first" said the father as he passed away.

I'm appalled. "Loh, I can go alone, Dad, Mom," I said.

Mother took my nose and said, "Mother forbade me, but she insisted on delivering her beautiful child. How could I refuse."

I could only sigh at the words of my mother. Yeah, well, how else, dad sometimes still treats me like his little girl who's ten years old.

Before long, he came while holding his polaroid camera. "We took a picture?" said the father while lifting the object with a smile.

I nodded in spirit and began to embrace mother. We did several photos from three, two, to myself. When we finished, we decided to leave.

I kissed mom's hand lovingly before getting in the car and leaving home with dad.

I'll just say yes, a little too late won't be a problem.

"Look at the stars, son!" Father pointed at the cluster of stars that were decorating the sky tonight.

I looked up and muttered beautifully. "Well, Dad?" I said to him.

Dad nodded. "of course. Mom and Dad used to love dating in the city park while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of the night. Moreover, your mother loved every sparkle of stars flashing. That's why we call yourself 'Binar'."

I nodded my head in understanding. I didn't think my name turned out to have such deep meanings and memories for them. "Why not the 'Star', Dad?" tanyaku.

"Because star names are already very marketable, so I chose another name for you." My father answered my question in a witty tone.

I laughed in response to Dad's joke. We were joking along the way, so it didn't feel like we had arrived at school.

The school where I attended High School twelve years ago still looks the same. It's just that there are some towering parts of the building. They must have added a floor there.

"Call Dad, when you're coming home, I'll come pick you up" he said.

I nodded my head. "Thank you, Dad" I said sincerely. Just like my mother, I kissed my father's hand lovingly before finally getting out of the car.

"Have fun!" Dad waved his hand and told me to go in.

With a cheerful step I walked towards the only gate that was there. There were already several invited guests who came almost together with me.

I haven't really been able to remember them. It could be a classmate who is different majors with me.

"The shine!" While being busy looking at the faces of those people, I was startled by the sound of someone calling. Apparently it was the voice of Arunika, my old friend. We made a promise to come together.

Arunika looks beautiful and elegant with the modern gamis she wears. The woman who had just given birth to her first child three months ago had no significant changes to her body.

"Binaaar!" greet Arunika enthusiastically. He hugged me as tightly as possible. "You're so pretty, Binar!" sincere praise.

I of course blushed. "You are also very beautiful, Arun," I said.

"You didn't wait long, did you?" ask Arunika again.

I shook my head. "No, I just came too."

"Oh, thank goodness!" reply Arunika. He then spread his gaze around the school building, before exhaling. I could see there was a blaze visible from the lightning in his eyes. It turns out I'm not the only one who's enthusiastic about this show.

"How are you ready to go back in time, Binar?" tanya Arunika with a face full of readiness.

I also nodded steadily. "Ready, dong!"

Hearing my answer, Arunika then took my hand and exclaimed cheerfully, "let's go in!"
