Madaharsa

Madaharsa
Chapters 17. Disappointed Feelings.

Artanti did not understand what happened to the youngest princess. At first he seemed very excited about his dinner with Mada, but then the girl did not seem to want to see the man.

Binar continued to cry throughout this journey. His sobbing voice made Artanti worried and immediately stopped her car on the side of the road.

"Dear, Binar! What was? What happened to you two? Did Mada hurt you?" call Artanti while holding her two shoulders.

Binar shook his head. "I'm the one who hurt her Mom, me!" said Binar with a hoarse voice.

"Why Dear? What are you doing, son?" Artanti tried to calm Binar down so as not to cry. However, it felt useless because Binar continued to cry.

Fearing an impact on his health, Artanti hugged Binar until she was completely calm and no longer crying.

Lucky what he did paid off. Binar managed to stop her crying and calmed down. Seeing this Artanti slowly and very carefully asked questions.

"Then, can you tell me what really happened, dear?"

Binar looked at the mother's face with a clear look. "That diamond ring, I told Mada, right?"

Hearing the question the princess asked, Artanti was shocked. This has nothing to do with the ring.

"Yes, Son. I thought it was just a small talk because we happened to be talking about a lot of things, so I told Mada about the diamond ring plainly."

After getting an answer from his mother, Binar began to cry. His face even looked very pale.

"Mada bought it for me Mom, and I firmly refused!"

Artanti's eyes were wide. The woman looked very shocked at what she had just heard.

While crying, he immediately hugged Binar's body and said an apology many times. Artanti thought that the question was not an important question.Mada asked her in an ordinary tone as if they were just talking lightly.

Artanti did not expect that it would be part of Mada's plan on the last day of their date.

"I even had to say something hurtful to lie, Mom! I'm evil, I've hurt her!" Binar cried roaring in the car.

Artanti tightened her embrace. "Honey, I'm sorry, son, sorry!" The woman was crying too. A second later the cry of Binar suddenly disappeared, accompanied by the wavy body of the girl.

Artanti panic. He shouted calling out the name of Binar who was apparently unconscious.

...**********...

Artanti's cry came to a halt when she saw both of her youngest daughter's eyes open. The woman who had blamed herself since then, came to Binar who was now heard calling his name.

"Binar," call Artanti with wet eyes. Endra, the husband, also approached Binar's bed.

"Mom, I'm sorry!" Binar's hand stretched out forward, asking the mother to grab it.

Artanti quickly grabbed Binar's hand and hugged his body as tightly as possible. "It's you who should apologize, honey. Forgive me," said Artanti Parau.

Binar shook his head. He should not feel disappointed and angry, but the mother is not wrong.

"Thank you, Mom. Promise me you won't leave me here alone. I want to stay with my mom and dad until the time comes" Binar said. The girl also hugged her father's body.

Binar nodded his head. In his heart he convinced himself to forget the incident that night with Mada. He did not want to remember every bitter thing that happened so that the feeling of sadness was not lodged in his heart.

...**********...

"Mada, are you home?" Wilhelmina hurried over to her youngest son who had just arrived home. However, instead of finding the radiant face of Mada, he actually found a look of sadness listed there.

"Mada, what's wrong?" ask Wilhelmina. He followed Gontai Mada's steps towards his private room.

It was then that Wilhelmina's eyes accidentally caught a small red object clasped in the hand of the only son. Although at a glance, Wilhelmina could tell that the small object was a ring box.

Apparently Mada prepared a ring for Binar, and it is possible that Binar rejected Mada's love statement.

If so, Wilhelmina was quite surprised, because as she looked, they both still had the same feeling. So Binar should have no reason to refuse Mada.

Wilhelmina restrained Mada's room door and went inside. With great care he asked Mada to tell him everything.

Wilhelmina knew that Mada was not a good storyteller, especially a boy. However, there were times when Wilhelmina wanted Mada's openness.

"Men sometimes also need a place to talk, son, and Mama will always be a place to complain" said Wilhelmina.

Mada breathed out for a moment. "I guess Binar had the same feeling, Ma. We went through these thirty days well and I confidently thought that the feeling of Binar would rise again, as I felt."

"Binar must have had a reason, son, and he must have told you. Mama knows once Binar has the same feelings as you, it's all clearly visible in Mama's eyes" Wilhelmina said.

"Where can you be sure of that?" ask Mada.

"Because we're both women, and our fellow women can definitely know each other."

Mada. "Binar did tell the reason. However, I don't think that's a reason to be concerned."

Wilhelmina smiled faintly. "For you may be yes, but not for women who have more sensitivity than men, son."

Mada. He did not know what to respond to the mother's words like anymore, which was clear for now the disappointment was completely clumped in his chest.

Mada's not sure if she can forget tonight or not?

Seeing the son no longer open his voice, Wilhelmina decided to leave the room. "Sleep. Don't think about anything and don't hate Binar, honey. Mama's sure you'll meet again, even if not now."

Mada just stared at the mother's departure without saying a word. He immediately dropped his body on the bed while looking at the ceiling of the room.

There Mada can still see the shadow of a very beautiful Binar.

"Why Bi? Where are you going?" gumam Mada lirih's. Should he find out about Binar's departure through the girls' parents?

It could be, but it seems not for now because Mada's disappointment is still recorded clearly in his heart.

Mada held the ring box up high and looked at it for a while, before putting it in the nightstand drawer.
