Currently Mada and I are in one of the fast food restaurants that have a short distance from my home. The man forced me to offer to drive me home. However, on the way home, he took the time to take me to lunch together first.
I suddenly froze when Mada turned out to bring me my favorite food menu since school. I thought he had forgotten that little thing, or it was just a coincidence.
"You still like this, don't you?" ask the man to me.
I gasped, because it turned out that he chose the food not because of mere coincidence, but because he still remembered it clearly. "I didn't expect, you still remember what my favorite was."
Mada smiles. "Of course I still remember the little things about you, especially about the two of us."
Hearing Mada's words, I fell silent. Our memories are too beautiful to forget. However, as former lovers, not discussing the past is a very sensitive thing for us. Maybe not for me, but certainly for Mada.
"What do you remember about us?" I deliberately provoked the conversation because I wanted to find out what Mada was thinking right now.
"many things. You?"
I frowned, as Mada threw the question back at me.
"Just like you," I replied, which made the awkwardness between us a little clear.
We both chose to be quiet and busy with our food, before Mada finally reopened his voice. "Bi, may I ask you one thing?"
I'm nodding. "What?"
"What do you think of us now?" he asked with a serious look that I had never seen before.
I heard Mada's question. The man seemed to be waiting for the answer that came out of my mouth. His gaze now seemed to drill me deeply, to penetrate the recesses of my heart.
I'm torn. My heart is beating very hard.
"Honestly, I'm glad to see you again, Mada. Being able to see your face again, makes me feel like I'm back in the traces of the school days we went through together." I tried to answer honestly, though not completely.
Let Mada think, I am an ex-lover who has not been able to rise from our past memories. After all, I just want to say something so as not to regret it in the future. It's up to Mada to not see me after this.
However, deep down, I hope to be able to return to our love story that had been extinguished for twelve years, because until this moment I still have feelings for him.
Mada wants to open her voice again. However, I cut his words off instantly.
Whether a demon from which I came to rule, I suddenly threw out the most shameful ridiculous invitation of my entire life. That's about how we re-tread the memories of good times during courtship first.
"Not for long, just thirty days." Instead of apologizing for being presumptuous, I instead submitted time to Mada.
Mada was completely silent. He could only be dumbstruck as he looked at my face with a surprised look, before finally being able to control himself.
"Can." He answered while smiling.
My heart just rumbled. Unexpectedly, he accepted the strange offer. I became misbehaved myself, what else when Mada deliberately touched the tip of my finger lying on the table.
Thank goodness he didn't bother to ask me my reasons for the time I just proposed. Maybe he just thought that I was just mentioning the origin.
"When do you want to start?" ask Mada softly.
I kept pretending to think, but I couldn't think clearly. My brain is full of all sorts of things about Mada.
"Just next week, when we meet again." Mada re-opened her voice when she realized that I had never answered.
After lunch, Mada and I continued our journey. It wasn't until an hour later that we got to my house.
I offered Mada to stop by for a moment, but Mada refused subtly because she still had to take care of her work.
"Next time I must have stopped by the house" said Mada.
I nodded my head and remained there until Mada left.
"Binar, who is it?" Mom's voice suddenly sounded. He apparently came out of the house because he saw me coming with someone.
"That's Mada, ma'am," I blushed.
Hearing the name of Mada called, the mother suddenly smiled widely full of temptation. Yes, both father and mother did know about the man named Mada. In the past, Mada even often interacted with them when they were at home.
Mother and father did have time to regret our relationship that had to run aground, but did not have a significant conflict. But they respect our decision.
Like a girl who had just heard a story from her best friend, my mother immediately took me into the house while teasing. He was busy asking questions about the time we spent.
Not that I was upset, I was even more embarrassed. Mother's treatment was exactly like I was a dozen years old. Understandably, after breaking up with Mada, I have never been in contact with anyone.
More precisely can't. Something made me stress myself not to act like a normal human being in general. However, it seems that the determination of my heart not to be related to the opposite sex seems to have to be soft, when I meet the same man again, namely Mada.
"Mom" I said, stopping our steps as we climbed the stairs.
"Why Honey?" asked the mother who immediately looked at me with a curious look.
"I invite Mada to look back on our High School days in the next thirty days."
Hearing my words, my mother fell silent. His face that had originally looked so happy had now turned sad. There is no need for a psychic to know the meaning of those thirty days. Mother of course knew very well what she meant, and she chose not to discuss it.
As a result, we resumed our steps towards my room on the second floor in a quiet atmosphere.
After talking for a while in the room, my mother invited me to take a short break, while she went down to the kitchen to get me a drink. "Wait a minute."
I nodded and chose to change clothes.
Not until five minutes later, the mother returned to the room with a tray filled with a glass of water and some medicine.
I accept it with pleasure. "Thank you, ma'am," I said.
"Sama-sama Darling. Tell me you need something, right?"
I kissed my mother's cheek for a long time and hugged her tightly. He returned my treatment before walking to the door.
"Mom" called me suddenly.
Mom stopped her steps and looked at me meaningfully. "Yes, honey."
"Let me be a normal girl for thirty days huh, Mom? After that, I promised I would never put it off again. I'll obey whatever father and mother choose." A sweet smile was on my face for the great woman who had given me this much power.
The eyes were slightly shaking. However, he tried to answer it in a normal tone. "Of course, honey."
