While on his way to the hospital, Rafael's feelings are filled with concern about how Aealeasha is doing. He was very worried about his ex-wife.
Even though he could not tell Alesha the truth about his true purpose because he was worried if he returned angry and did something beyond reason.
"I'd better not tell her that Aealeasha's been in Jakarta all this time and has been having trouble with Austin."
Rafael, who is now focusing on driving, briefly recalled the incident a few moments ago. Regarding the intimate moments they did and made her feel like an opium.

Rafael is still busy thinking about two things, namely about his actions to Alesha and also the circumstances of his ex-wife. He was really very dizzy, but at the moment it was a lot to worry about the woman who ended up in the hospital.
Moments later, Rafael who had arrived at the hospital, now immediately parked the car in his place. Then ran to the emergency room.
It was not difficult for him to find the woman he was so worried about and so saw the baby sitter waiting outside along with the boy he already considered his biological son.
"Papa's son is here apparently. Arza just calm down because mommy's gonna be okay." Rafael reflexively cradles Arza and kisses the left right cheek.
He could see if the child in his carrier was worrying about the mother, so he tried to comfort by hugging tightly and gently rubbing the black hair.
Meanwhile, the woman who was currently still guarding Arza and immediately rose to her feet when she saw the handsome man who was rarely encountered lately.
"Mr Rafael, the little boy is forbidden to enter, so I'm guarding outside the room. I was with one of the restaurant staff and now I'm in administration."
Feeling that that was not what he wanted to know, Rafael now stared very sharply. "How did Aealeasha pass out? Does he not eat?"
When Rafael had just shut his mouth, he heard the voice of a woman coming out of the emergency room.
"With Aealeasha's patient's family!"
"I'm his family!" Reflex Rafael hands Arza over to baby sitter. "Let me take care of everything. You better go home with Arza. Here are many viruses and can attack Arza immunity."
Rafael now kisses the boy's forehead which always makes him love him very much.
Then enter the room after the baby sitter nods his head full of doubt. Until he met with a doctor who handles ex-wives.
"Are you her husband?" ask a doctor who treats the patient. Without wasting any time, Rafael immediately spoke to the point.
"Yes, I'm her husband." Reviewing a smile to hide the feeling of raging in the heart.
"So, you already know if the wife is pregnant and experiencing stress?"
Rafael's face was now filled with all sorts of wrath once he learned the harsh reality of his ex-wife.
