"So tomorrow you go home to Jakarta, Run?" ask mak Ute while they are shopping in the afternoon. Seruni nodded. "Aren't you going to stay here any longer?" ask mak Ute again.
Seruni. "I'm bad for my boss, Mom. Mak knows for myself, where I work this new one is a company. It's no longer a discotheque that I can more freely stay away."
"Well, this is exactly what I wanted to talk to you about but I forgot. It just so happened that you opened up about your new job. If Mak can figure it out, how is the story that you could work for the company? I mean, instead of getting in there must be a series of tests to go through?" ask mak Ute with a frown in wonder. Seruni had never told him how he got into Angga's company so easily.
"I don't know if I'm lucky or not, Mom. It just so happened that my new boss was the guest I happened to be serving at the karaoke table that night. He offered me a better job and it was in his company."
"Well, then what's your position in the company?"
"Emmm ... Secretary, Mum."
Mak Ute nodded in understanding. "It doesn't feel like you could be taken for granted if your boss doesn't want it, Run. Looks like she likes you."
Seruni laughed and heard it. Mak Ute is not at all wrong guessing. Right, Angga has a crush on him. Seruni knew exactly how the man was trying to attract his attention in various ways.
"Why can you conclude that?"
"Allah, the man gave something so special let alone that quite an important position in his company, surely because he had a taste. He always wants to be close to his target. Impossible, if there's no taste."
While lighting a cigarette and walking continuously beside Seruni who was hampering his arm, mak Ute laughed as he said that.
"I don't want to be overconfident, but that's the truth, Mom. The man was in the middle of a surgery with his girlfriend. I even got run over by her boyfriend while she was in the company."
"Isn't he?" Mak Ute shook his head to hear it.
"Yes, but I told the woman that I was purely intent on working for the company not to hire my boss."
"Falling in love is complicated, Run, the source of the problem!" mak Ute said while taking a deep breath.
Mak Ute also pity Seruni, despite being judged by two men, but he remains unlucky in love affairs. To Bima blocked the blessing of parents who are crazy for honor, while to the other, Seruni who has no feelings.
"Why don't you just pick your boss, Run?" ask mak Ute.
Seruni. "Mommy, I don't know, it's just that since I lost my life ten years ago, I feel amused when I have to come into contact with another man who suddenly talks about feelings. In disbelief. In fact, often remembered Bima and so hated. Apparently, Jakarta finally reunited me with him. At first, I really hated him, Mommy, but seeing his efforts and efforts in breaking my heart, I somehow became devastated as well, too, though it felt like I wanted to shoot Bima when we met again at that time."
Mak Ute is getting coarse. Seruni is indeed unlucky in love affairs. Not exactly lucky.
"Yes, you've been patient. Later if you don't get blessing, elope with Bima."
Seruni pursed her lips. "This sister," he said, pinching the woman's puffed arm.
"Stop, I want to talk to you."
Seruni looked at mak Ute who was also staring at him.
"Come, Madam." Seruni nodded politely, heading to the corner of the building not far from the position she was standing with Bima's mother just now.
Mak Ute looked at him from a distance, looking as if the two were having a serious conversation. Many times he saw that Madame Tono was pointing at Seruni's face. At first, mak Ute still let, but not when he saw the woman pushing Seruni strong enough that Seruni hit the wall behind him, mak Ute could no longer stay silent and just watch.
"Hey! You can't treat Seruni like this!" mak Ute exclaimed loudly until his shout provoked the reaction of several people.
While approaching the mother of Bima, mak Ute looked at him sharply, ready to hit the drums of war.
"Don't interfere, you're just pimping! Don't let me report you!"
"What do you want to report? My place? I also pay taxes on this Mother Earth! You think because you're rich then the earth I'm stepping on feels yours too huh? I don't like you doing Seruni, your heart's business can't manage it! Your son does love Seruni so don't blame Seruni!"
"Close your mouth! You're just like him! It's filthy! It's disgusting! People like you don't deserve to be among us!"
"What's? Disgustful? There's dirt on my face apparently? Are your eyes too myopic to be the judge of others?"
"Mr ... Never mind. We're good to go." Seruni tried to mediate.
"If I don't remember Seruni being here, I've crushed your rude mouth! Once again I see you're evil to Seruni, I won't stay silent!"
Madame Tono clenched her fingers. He looked around, seeing that they had become a spectacle. He stared in anger at the departed mak Ute and Seruni.
"What do you see?! Back to work!" he shouted loudly to everyone who immediately dispersed it.
Madam Tono closed her eyes, she did not expect that the rumors of Bima and Seruni were now getting warmer. Bad breath, every day must dispel all the news that makes his head want to break. Not to mention, Bima who is stubborn and does not want to break her relationship with Seruni.
The woman later recalled that Laras had said that Atikah was currently pregnant with her son's child. He wanted to ascertain the truth of the story from Atikah because Bima did not admit that Atikah was actually pregnant with her child.
"Indeed, Atikah should have married my son, not that bitch!" grunted Madame Tono while stepping quickly into the car with the driver. She wanted to talk about Bima to her husband. Mr. Tono had been silent, he did not want his husband to side with Bima to marry Seruni.
"Where is a person like that worthy of being my daughter-in-law? Is he unconscious!" he muttered full of frustration. He had to move, separating Seruni and Bima before the two were determined to marry secretly. He is not at all willing if Bima continues his intention.
He was also upset with the pimps who always defended the Seruni. But, he did not want to argue with him, mak Ute was certainly not an ordinary person, not his opponent, he did not want to argue at length with mak Ute who was also not less fierce than him.
