"So when are you gonna ask that girl, Bim?" asked Mr. Tono the next morning when he and Bima were sitting at the dinner table.
"When I got back to Jakarta, Dad. I agree, don't you?"
"All decisions are in your hands, Bim. No, no matter what else. Pinanglah the girl, it would be better to get married sooner than there will be a khilaf."
"My life was ten years ago, Dad. The house that is being built near the village gate is a witness" said Bima honestly.
His father fell silent, but he asked nothing more about it. What is clear, Mr. Tono has indeed approved Bima to marry the woman of his choice.
"Anyways, if it is ready and matured your intention, yes, no longer delay."
Bima's mother was silent, not wanting to say anything. He could no longer forbid Bima to marry Seruni because Seruni was still good not to bring yesterday's case into the realm of law. However, he would certainly not be that easy to accept Seruni as his son-in-law.
"Where are you going, Ras?!" Madam Tono exclaimed to the newly descending Laras without greeting anyone, in neat clothes and in a hurry.
Bima was still lazy and did not want to reprimand Laras, he was still emotional looking at his sister's face that seemed not to feel guilty at all.
"I'm leaving first, Dad, Mom. Want to see a new house for Seruni, said his foreman, it's almost finished."
His mother did not say, only his father nodded.
"You're coming home in the afternoon?" asked Mr. Tono before Bima left the place.
"Yes, half two are leaving."
Again his father nodded. Bima can't wait to get this good news to Seruni. He will also go to a jewelry store to buy a ring for the woman he loves.
Arriving at the house with a bamboo room, Bima smiled. He saw the former building now stands a two-story stately house. Many people admire the house that is almost finished.
The part that Bima likes the most is the former room where regrets are still left in it. The room has now been transformed into a wider room, with bamboo-patterned walls painted specifically by artists from the village. Only that room whose entire wall was different from the other rooms, because the other walls were only painted pure white.
Bima had also informed Seruni that he would return that day, perhaps after the magrib would arrive.
"At least a week to finish this, Mr. Bima."
Bima turned her head, finding the foreman with a handyman behind her. Bima nodded.
Bima then went out of that place. He visited mak Ute, the woman served a cold drink to Bima.
"You happened to come, I have something to say."
"What, Mak? I also happen to want to tell you something."
"Yes, then you'll go first."
"I'll be proposing to Seruni soon, Mak. In the next few days."
Mak Ute smiled then nodded, of course he was happy with this news. But then his face looked serious again.
"I'm happy with you. But I have a bad story for you againit has something to do with your sister."
"Why else is he, Mommy?" ask Bima jengah. He was careless to hear anything about his sister at this moment.
"Then he fought with my men. Sari's head until it leaks. To not be too deep, it's been sewn in the puskesmas yesterday."
"Well, why is that, Mom?" bima asked astonished at once not feeling good.
"Si Bayu, it is already a subscription in this dimly lit stall. She is often the same Sari. I just found out Bayu's your sister's boyfriend."
Bima's hand clenched. Sure enough, Bayu is not a good man. Looks polite even though the guy's nose is striped too. Bima doesn't comment on anything about that anymore. Laras had not returned home, not to where his sister was.
Finally Bima left, escorted by his confidants to the airport with a three-hour trip. Now he just wants to focus on preparing for his marriage with Seruni, because taking care of his marriage will be quite a lot of process because they will not only get married normally, they have to carry out an office marriage first.
Seruni is also now a kara, so guardianship for her wedding must also be taken care of from now on. Bima's activities are indeed quite solid now, but she is happy because she will soon realize her dream of marrying Seruni.
Arriving at the Jakarta airport, Seruni was waiting for him. The girl wore a pretty dress past the knees with long hair unraveling.
"We'll eat first."
Seruni smiled then nodded, walking side by side with Bima which made her calm.
