The waves are slow and rhythmic, becoming the most melodic melody for Pearl Fajaryani—a simple girl who since childhood lived on Ivory Island, a small island far from reach.
Like the previous routine, every morning Tiara always come to the beach to wait for fishermen. He would buy some fish and then sell them at the stall. Before he died, his father had built a typical grilled fish food stall on the beach. From there Tiara can work and get rupiah coffers. Not much, but at least enough to eat everyday. Tiara lives with her elderly mother and her two younger siblings who are still Junior High School and Elementary School.
"Eh, what is that? How do you look like a human?" tiara murmured as she saw something orange-colored near the rock.
Tiara ran over and it turned out to be true, what she saw was indeed human. He was a man who collapsed and lay there. There was a buoy attached to his body, I don't know what happened before.
"Please! Help me!" tiara shouted in panic.
The man's face was already pale and there were many wounds here and there. However, his pulse was still there. Tiara kept shouting for the man to be saved before it was too late.
Not long after, several people came approaching Tiara. They were just as shocked when they saw the man. Then, they swiftly took him to the puskesmas.
Arriving there, the midwife immediately provided help with her alakadar equipment. Ivory Island is a lagging area. Facilities are very limited, including educational and health institutions. There is also no network there. In fact, electricity only relies on solar energy.
"How are things, Mom?" tanya Tiara to Anisa—the only midwife in Ivory Island puskesmas.
"The injury is quite severe, it doesn't seem to be able to awaken anytime soon" Anisa replied.
"That's it, Mom." Tiara looked at the stranger with pity. "Mmm, do we just take it to the city, huh?" continued.
Anisa let out a long breath, "That's a good idea, Ma'am, because the power and facilities there are more adequate. But ... Under these circumstances, how do we take it?"
Tiara fell silent. The area where he lived was difficult to access. Besides being narrow, the road there is also steep and full of rocks. Only the motor can pass.
"I will try as much as possible to help him, we just pray yes, Ma'am, hopefully this man can be helped," said Anisa.
"Good, Mom." Tiara nodded expectantly.
He saw a pale face that was still faithful to close his eyes. In his heart Tiara had guessed that the man was not an indiscriminate person. Proven from his skin is white and looks well groomed, also clothes that look like expensive fabrics. Unfortunately, there was no identity card in the dress, so Anisa could not reveal the man's name and address.
Time passed and it did not feel half a day Tiara was in the puskesmas. Since the morning had not eaten, now Tiara felt hungry. Then he went home and promised to come back in the afternoon.
"Hopefully she is sober," Tiara's inner voice along the way to her home.
Not asphalt or a smooth footpath, but a road full of rocks, which will be full of mud when the rainy season arrives. In the past, Tiara had thought to migrate to change the family economy. However, he did not have the heart to leave his mother and younger siblings. As a result, he stayed home and scavenged his alakadar sustenance. For years he lived a life that was a path in place.
"You're home, son? How are you trading today, in demand?" welcome Istiana—ibu Tiara.
"I'm not selling today, ma'am. This morning while waiting for the fisherman, I found a man collapsed near the reef. Now I've been treated at the health center and I was waiting for him" replied Tiara.
Istiana flinched hearing her son's words. Repeatedly he offered prayers for the healing of a man who was not yet known what his figure was.
After a long conversation, Tiara and her mother ate together. While his two younger siblings—Nila and Nasya, have eaten first and are now studying in the room.

A week had passed, but the man who had fainted the other day had not yet regained consciousness. Tiara did not get tired of visiting him, every day and afternoon he always came to the puskesmas. Either sit near the man and invite him to chat or just talk to Anisa from the door.
No exception this afternoon, Tiara took the time to come to the puskesmas after returning from the stall. As if getting durian collapsed, the arrival of Tiara this time was not in vain. The man is already human.
"His heart rate is good, Ma'am, but. She doesn't know what her name is and where her house is" Anisa said as Tiara walked into the room.
"What a pity," Tiara murmured as she looked at the man.
His face looked even more handsome compared to yesterday, when he was still fainting. However, his gaze seemed empty, even as Anisa and Tiara chatted a lot, the man was silent with his lips tightly shut.
"For a while, he'll be treated here first. Although her memory is not sure to recover, but at least her health condition improved" said Anisa.
"Yes, Mom. Just do your best for him" Tiara replied.
That afternoon, Tiara stayed there long enough, even until dusk was almost extinguished then she went home.
The next day, Tiara returned to visit. However, the man did not remember his identity. After being conscious for two days, then he got a little memory.
"I remember what my name is" the man said as Tiara came to him with a bowl of porridge.
"really? What's yourname?" tiara asked enthusiastically.
"Anu." The man answered briefly.
"Well!" Tiara. The name was very unique, and Tiara was less sure of that answer.
"Yes, my name is Anu."
Tiara remained silent for a moment, then stared fixedly at the man's face. There were no lies there, it seemed that it was true Anu was his name.
"What was your name yesterday?" Anu asked back.
"I'm Tiara." Tiara smiled faintly. "Mmm, do you remember why you were at sea? In your body there's a buoy, did you get on the boat and have an accident?" continued.
Anu looked straight ahead, then shook his head expressionlessly. Tiara could only let out a long sigh, seeming to have a lot of patience to know the information about Anu.
