Rose: De Javu's

Rose was so restless in her sleep that she accidentally dreamed of an incident about a woman hidden in a room so dark.

"Honey, hey... Hon, wake. You why?" adam asked as he patted her cheek Rose who continued to shake her head while muttering a not-so-clear word.

Again Adam had to witness how unsettled Rose was when the shadows of an incident appeared in his dream. This time I don't know what he saw.

Rose's breath was so hunting that she made it out of the nightmare. His body, which was only covered in blankets, looked shiny because it was bathed in sweat. Rose then looked at Adam as she blinked her eyes.

"What's up, hm?"

"I saw a woman in chains on her neck and legs, Dam. He's very pity. I'm fucked up" Rose replied in a choked voice. He did not have the heart to say the name of the woman he saw in his dream.

There's no way that Karina I saw was Adam's mother, right? Impossible, I've never even seen what his face looks like. Karina who appeared in my dream must not be Karina Haque Mama Adam, definitely not.

Adam looked closely at Rose's dreamy face after answering a question from her. Adam was not stupid, and he was convinced that what had just appeared in Rose's dream was a past part of what had happened to his mother. Why is Adam so sure? Rose nodded. He went back to daydreaming, thinking of the strange dream he had just seen. Ever since Rose met her family, she's been having more and more unfulfilled dreams. Weird right?

"This, Hon. Drink up!"

Adam's voice instantly broke what Rose was daydreaming about. While trying to smile, Rose picked up Adam's glass and drank it slowly.

"It's not good these nights daydreaming, Honey. Remember, you're pregnant. So don't think too much about something that doesn't matter. Understood?" reprimand Adam while wiping the corners of Rose's lips that were wet with drinking water.

Rose's lips instantly clenched back as Adam's index finger stuck to her lips. She then looked at Adam's bead closely, looking for sure that her husband had known something about her that she did not know.

What was Adam really hiding? I'm sure he must know something important about my past. Butwhat?

As Rose and Adam were silently pondering the various questions in each other's minds, Rose's cell phone rang. Adam who was right next to the table immediately picked up the phone and saw who was calling.

"Replace, Hon. Looks like he wants to tell you important news."

"Please get me my phone, Dam. Hopefully what we plan to do will go according to plan" Rose said expectantly.

"Hello my dear, am I interrupting your sleep, hm?"

"Not at all" Rose replied briefly. "How, Reina? You called me in the middle of the night like this couldn't possibly not tell me the good news, right?"

There was giggling laughter from inside the phone as Rose raised such a question. Adam who heard Reina's laughter became even more curious. He put his ear to the side of the phone so afraid he missed the news that will be conveyed by Reina.

"Rose, Mrs Karina is not dead. Your mother-in-law is alive and breathing until this very moment. Do you know, Rose. Zidane is the biggest man I've ever known. You know where she's been hiding Miss Karina all this time?"

Don't ask how big Adam and Rose's heart is right now. If Adam thumped at the news of his mother who is still alive, another case with the cause that makes Rose feel that way. Rose's heart pounded as she waited to see if Reina would mention that her mother-in-law was found in a very dark room with her neck and legs tied in chains or not.
