Rose: Adam's Anxiety

Almost in the early hours of the morning, Adam had just returned to the hotel. He opened the room door very slowly, worried that his actions might wake the wife who must be sleeping.

"Ah, my fatigue seemed to disappear when I saw you in this room, Hon" whispered Adam as he looked at the peaceful face of his wife who was struggling in the dream.

Satisfied to enjoy her beautiful face Rose, Adam rushed into the bathroom to clean the body. After that she took the white T-shirt and shorts from inside the closet. Then Adam climbed into the bed and hugged his wife's slender body from behind.

"Just home?.

Rose is not sleeping. But he deliberately pretended that Adam would not feel suspicious.

"Did I wake you?" adam asked while smearing the white nape of his wife. "Who are you drunk with?.

"I'm saturated alone" Rose replied reasoned.

Both are silent. Rose let Adam's hand rub his queen's stomach. There was one question at the end of her tongue about a dream Rose had seen where Adam showed a photo of Rolland and his family.

"Adam?.

"Hem??" adam with eyes that began to sleep. "Why Hon? Do you want anything?.

Rose smiled faintly.

"Since when have you been friends with Rolland?.

Adam was instantly on guard when Rose asked about his friendship with Rolland. There was a smattering of worry in her heart, she was so afraid that Rose knew that Rolland was her twin brother. His eyes that had been almost closed, now even wide open so scared after hearing Rose's question.

"Dam, why don't you answer?"

Realizing something was wrong, Rose finally turned around. Her forehead puckered looking at the look of her husband's strange looking eyes.

"Hon, I'm so tired. What did you ask?" adam pretended not to listen. His heart was almost out of place.

"Forget it" Rose replied in defeat. "What happens at the project site? Everything's fine, right?.

Hufftt, it's a good thing Rose doesn't talk about Rolland anymore. Oh, my God, I almost died of fright.

"There are people who deliberately want to ruin my work and Rolland's, Hon. He hired some people to drill the ground not far from the site so that the building we were building collapsed. And unfortunately at that time the workers were resting in the basement. There were about seventy more people who ended up being hit by the ruins of the building because they did not have time to escape. Even that incident took a death toll. One worker died of blood loss!" said Adam lirih.

Rose took a deep breath and hugged Adam. Even though she already knew about this incident, Rose still felt sad. The workers were innocent, but a man named Kenzo ruthlessly subverted them. This made Rose's blood very boiling. He hated cowardly people like that guy.

"Did you guys find out who did it?" rose asked as she rubbed her husband's hair.

"Here, his name is Mr. Kenzo. He was one of the owners of the company that had a bit of a problem with the Rolland-owned company. Mr. Kenzo seemed to hold a grudge because his proposal submission was rejected, so he was determined to pay people to damage the resort construction so that the good name of Dantian Group and CL Group became bad. Fortunately, his brother Rolland was able to quickly dispel the media who suddenly came to cover. Otherwise, tonight I would definitely not be able to hug you like this. Really, really shitty!" answer Adam.

Adam then remembered someone who had already tracked down who was the mastermind of the accident at the project site. He then looked up so that he could look into his wife's beautiful eyes.

"Mr.X?" parrot Rose pretended not to recognize herself.

Adam nodded.

"He is one of the great business people in our country whose identity cannot be traced. And just now, when we were all trying to figure out who caused the accident, it turned out that someone else had investigated it first. Then strangely, again the identity of the person can not be traced."

The corner of Rose's lips twitched faintly. If only her husband knew who she was talking about, Rose was sure Adam would be very surprised.

"Dam, is Mr.X part of that project or not??.

Adam remained silent. Deep inside her bead, there was a huge question mark about Rose's true identity. Adam had long realized that there was something hidden by his wife. And he was pretty sure that something was a big deal. Honey, no matter how hard Adam tried to uncover, there was still no result. This is also the forerunner of why Adam can keep an eye on Rose for a year. Not only because he was already captivated by his charm, but also because of the big secret hidden by his wife.

"Rest. You must be very tired" said Rose then rubbed her husband's eyes to be closed.

"Hon?.

"Hmm?.

"Who am I in your heart?" ask Adam.

"My husband."

"others?.

"People are entitled to what is in my body" Rose replied.

There was a long breath coming from Adam's mouth.

"If one day you find something new, will you leave me?.

Rose's forehead shriveled back. It's not just an ordinary question, but it's a certainty. Rose immediately realized that her husband was nervous about something, and her mind immediately led to the question of her husband's friendship with Rolland.

"Dam, in that household there are limits that we must always remember. I am your wife, we are legally married in the eyes of law and religion even though there is no party. Even though I am an orphan, I know how far I have to go. As a wife, I must always obey what my husband says. And no matter where you are, I will always be with you. Rose lowered her head when she heard the smooth snoring sound in her chest. He smiled, Adam is asleep.

"Sleep well so that your heart is no longer agitated, Dam. Don't be afraid, I'll never leave you unless it's God willing" Rose whispered then kissed her husband's forehead fondly.
