Without notice, the graduation day has arrived. Kezia wears neat clothes and prepares a toga that will be worn. His face seemed bright even though there was still a row of poignancy that he was trying to hide. Today is one of the important moments that he is very much waiting for, unfortunately his parents can not come because of Eliana's poor health condition.
The show starts soon. They were gathered in the old hall building. The magnificent building with old architecture and brown color dominates the color of this building. All the students sat down. The family was in a separate room.
Ceremonial events are routinely held every year was started. Starting with a welcome, speech from student representatives to the inauguration of graduates and graduates. Kezia got the chance to take the stage with Fritz for best graduation and graduation degree. Families of outstanding students are also encouraged to accompany.
Angga and Indira walked over to Kezia who was waiting for him. While Albert's doctor came along with a beautiful woman beside him.
“Fritz, isn't that.” Kezia whispered in Fritz's ear.
“Ibuku..” says Fritz. “I asked him to attend.” looks a smile that adorned the neat face of Fritz without a thin mustache as usual.
Carolin looks very beautiful with a simple dress that matches the clothes worn by doctor Albert. Kezia smiled happily for Fritz.
“Key, congratulations yes, brother is proud.” Indira said while embracing Kezia's body.
“Thank you brother..”
“Happy schnucki..” whispered Angga beside him with a slightly inclined body. The gesture looks very stiff.
“Kak raven hug me?” bargain kezia. Of course without a doubt Angga immediately hugged Kezia tightly.
“I'm so proud of you little boy.” whispered Angga full of feelings.
“Thank you young master.” ledek Kezia. For the first time Kezia hugged Angga tightly. This man was the one who faithfully accompanied him to study and became the most persistent person to encourage Kezia. With this thin distance Kezia could feel the beating of Angga's heart clearly. “What's sister, all right?” lirih Kezia's.
“About me why doctor?” goda Angga's.
“Sister's heart beats very fast and irregularly..” Kezia stick his ear on Angga's chest.
“Maybe I'm too happy, to the point that my heart will jump from its place.” Angga Sahut.
“Hemhh, basic!” Kezia pinched gently on Angga's arm and slowly released his embrace.
“Help me longer Schnucki, because maybe I can't hug you again next time.” Inner Angga. This time Angga again grabbed Kezia's body and hugged her very tightly. Kezia was glued to his place. He looked at the face of Angga on his shoulder. Angga seemed to close his eyes with a smile line that was difficult to understand. As Angga let go of his embrace, Kezia was still looking at Angga's unusual face. But Angga even rubbed Kezia's face with his big palm.
"I'm fine schnucki." he said. "Look over there, they'll take our picture." Angga turned Kezia's face to the camera and Kezia tried to smile even though he felt uncomfortable.

After graduation, Indira deliberately held a party at Angga's house. The house is so beautifully decorated. Everyone smiled and shared stories.
Angga looked at Kezia who was sitting across from him with a laugh so loose. The laughter that Angga always looks forward to. Her chest felt warmly the affection of her entire family including Kezia.
“I take a shower for a while yes.” pamit Angga while moving.
Mahesa who sat next to Angga agreed. Angga walked to the stairs with occasional laughter that was present among his family.
Suddenly Angga's head felt very dizzy. Angga stood there and no one noticed. There was a warm melt coming out of his nostrils. Yes, fresh blood. Angga immediately rubbed it with a handkerchief in his pants pocket. But his head is getting dizzy, until finally everything looks dark.
“BRUG!!!” angga's body collapsed.
“Dada!!” shouts Sean who looks towards Angga.
They're aghast. As quickly as possible Kezia ran over to Angga. He grabbed Angga's head and placed it parallel to his body.
“Gosh son, you why?!” anna started to cry hysterically.
Kezia tried to win. He held tightly to Angga's wrist trying to feel the pulse that was as irregular as his heartbeat earlier this afternoon.
“Om please prepare the car immediately!” kezia's voice sounded trembling.
Mahesa hurriedly called Hendra and prepared the car. Kezia loosened the tie and Angga's shirt. As well as releasing the Jas that still wrapped Angga's body.
“Key, is angga okay?” lirih Anna's.
“We must immediately take him to hospital” stressed Kezia.
“Dada…. Don't stay Sean..” cried Sean added to the panic.
“Relax dear, the chest will be fine..” said Indira while holding Sean.
“Mima, please save Dada, mima.” cried Sean with tears unraveling. Undoubtedly, the first feeling Kezia felt when she saw Sean. It seemed like his suspicion was correct that Angga's heart was starting to beat abnormally. Kezia continues to try to master his emotions in the midst of the eternal that reaches his heart and mind. It turns out that it is as difficult as this to control feelings when the patient is the closest person himself.
Little Sean nodded slowly and hugged Indira who looked very limp.

Hendra drives the car at very high speed. Snow started to fall and blocked his eyes.
“Stay watch the road ahead of you!” mahesa. Hendra nodded. Kezia continued to clutch at Angga's hand tightly, feeling his heart beating even more weakened.
They soon arrived at the hospital. Kezia immediately pulled the blankar and asked for help to lift the body of Angga. 2 health workers swiftly brought Angga. They took Angga to the recutitation room. Kezia chased after him quickly.
“Please miss wait outside.” said one of the officers. Kezia followed his orders. Although Kezia was a doctor, while in the hospital, he had to follow a medical procedure. Including not interfering without permission.
Mahesa sat in the waiting chair. Both of his hands held his head tightly. His face was pale. Kezia immediately calls Fritz to notify Angga's condition to Albert's doctor. He tried to calm down and strengthen his own heart. Angga need it to be strong, not dissolved in eternity.
Before long, Dr. Albert arrived at the hospital.
“You come in!” doctor Albert exclaimed at Kezia.
Kezia immediately followed Albert's steps and wore personal protective equipment.
“The breathing is still good, it's just that his pulse is getting weaker.” Said doctor Albert.
“Since this afternoon his heartbeat was irregular doc.” added Kezia.
“Good, immediately do a laboratory examination and move the patient to the ICU.” room doctor Albert told the doctor who previously examined Angga. “There's something I need to explain. Let's go to my room.” continued Dr. Albert.
Kezia invites Mahesa to come to Albert's doctor's office.
“Please excuse me. Mr. ryan's condition is currently deteriorating. There is no other way but to have to do a bone marrow transplant and it must be done immediately.” explained doctor Albert without stale.
Kezia fell silent, his shoulders sagging. He looked at Mahesa's face, which was beginning to water his eyes. There was clearly despair on Mahesa's face.
“Good doc, we will talk about it first and find a marrow donor as soon as possible.” said Kezia who kept trying to calm down. Doctor Albert nodded. “Om, we don't give up here. Although the possibilities are as small as possible, we still have to try hard.” Kezia looked at Mahesa trying to convince Mahesa there was still hope for Angga's recovery. Mahesa just nodded then bowed back. He wanted to raise his heart but seeing Angga who was lying helpless, it felt like his heart was also broken. He was not prepared to lose his beloved son.

Kezia was still looking at the helplessly lying Angga with various hoses and wires connected to his body. His chest felt tightness as he imagined the back pain should Angga feel. It never occurred to him that this would happen again and so soon. Kezia was still not prepared, he had not even done anything for Angga who always accompanied him.
Angga was one of the sources of strength for Kezia. Realized or not, Angga became a support system when Kezia slumped with all the difficulties of his thoughts and feelings. Then, which heart does not grimace to see this man who breathes even need help while with both hands he helps people a lot and gives hope including Kezia.
“Nona, how is the condition of young master?” hendra's voice obscured Kezia's daydream.
Kezia rubbed his face rough without taking his eyes off Angga. “We must immediately find a marrow donor sir.” Kezia said limply.
There was a deep breath coming from Hendra's mouth. The young master he had taken care of from childhood, was now lying helpless. Still vividly remembered in Hendra's mind when his hopeless young master met Kezia.
"Pak hendra, I will live another thousand years to be with Kezia for a long time" Angga said. Hendra could see the twinkle of happiness and hope that re-emerged from his two glazed eyes after a long period of dimming.
There was something that stuck in Hendra's heart, he wanted to realize the expectations of his young master. Although hesitant, it feels like he should reveal it to Kezia.
“Nona, sorry if I was presumptuous." Hendra started his sentence hesitantly making Kezia's gaze fixed on him. "Actually there are 1 person who has a match to do a marrow donor. But I don't know if young master is willing or not.”
“Who sir?” soon Kezia chimed in. Of course, he did not want to miss his chance.
“Nona cellina ..” replied Hendra.
Kezia was glued to his place. He looked at Hendra questioningly. “What is the reason kak angga used to be paired with miss cellina because of this?” search Kezia. Hendra just nodded.
Kezia breathed deeply. It seemed that he could not just stand by and wait for the miracle to come. “My earrings to the place of miss cellina, I will talk to her.” Kezia said confidently. Hendra just looked at Kezia and did not dare to say anything. He still could not guess what this young girl was going to do. “Come sir, our time is not much!” tepis Kezia's. And Hendra could only follow Kezia's request.
