My First Love Story

My First Love Story
Episode 114

Hendra again drove the vehicle very quickly split the road that began to be covered with snow. Cellina House is located in the elite area of the city of Heidelberg with the form of buildings that maintain the majority of the old style.

Arriving at the Mayyer family residence, Kezia immediately descends and enters the grounds of Cellina's deserted home. Several times Kezia knocked on the door and a servant opened the door for her.

“Sorry to meet who?”

"Is Miss cellina there?”

“Oh, please come in. Miss is at home.” said the waiter while opening the door wider.

Without hesitation Kezia stepped foot into the spacious living room. Hendra faithfully followed behind. Not long ago Cellina came down wearing hot pants and tangtop. Her hair was tied up with a cigarette that was still lit between her right fingers.

“Wah, apparently we have an honored guest!” greet Cellina with her sarcastic grin.

“Goodnight miss cellina, sorry to interrupt her time..” greet Kezia in a low voice.

“What wind made you come to our house which almost seized this?” cynical Cellina who then sucks a cigarette in her hand.

“Nona, I need to talk to you for a moment, can you turn off the cigarette first..” pinta Kezia. Although Cellina has a bone marrow match with Angga but Kezia feels sad to see his lifestyle.

“You want to talk, talk, no need to set me up!” he cried while exhaling cigarette smoke in front of Kezia. Kezia did not tolerate the harsh treatment of a beautiful woman in front of him.

“Nona, currently brother ryan is in need of your help. He needs a donor for a back marrow transplant. I ask the kindness of the lady to be her donor.” pinta Kezia with full earnestness.

“Hahahhaah! Apparently you're begging me. Then prostrate at my feet!” cellina exclaimed as she pointed at the tip of her foot haughtily.

Hendra looked at Kezia for a moment and hinted that Kezia would not do so. But for Kezia, what is the meaning of his pride compared to the value of Angga's life. He was more unable to see Angga lying helpless in appeal to the harsh treatment of Cellina.

Cellina laughed with satisfaction at Kezia sitting in front of her. He bowed while firmly grasping Kezia's chin. His eyes looked at Kezia sharply with hatred. Of course, for him Kezia is the usurper of his place in Angga's heart.

“I'll be willing to help ryan but on condition, you have to make sure he will make me his wife and help my father's company which is almost bankrupt! How, are you ready?” cellina said as she tightened her grin on Kezia's chin.

“I will try to persuade him..” Kezia's voice rattled. Cellina's request sounded heavy, but wasn't there no choice but to agree to her request?

Cellina smiled faintly as she let go of her grip violently. It was clear that satisfaction was emanating from both eyes.

“Good, now you guys go and give me the good news!” cynical Cellina with her sarcastic smile.

With the rest of his energy Kezia rose up. Many thoughts whipped in his head cavity but at the moment he could only budge.

“Thank you Miss Cellina, I'm sorry.” said Kezia who received a strong push from Cellina's hand .

“Quick go!” shout Cellina .

Hendra held onto Kezia who was about to fall. He immediately took his young lady out. He opens the car door to Kezia who looks shocked by Cellina's treatment. Is it really the way he took? Giving Angga's life to a girl like Cellina, can she let him? But didn't Cellina and Angga ever love each other, then what should he be afraid of?

In fact, Angga's feelings aren't that simple right now.

“Pak hendra, take me home first. I have something to talk to the family om mahesa.” pinta Kezia. Hendra just nodded in response.

“Nona, do you love young master very much? Sorry if my question is presumptuous.” said Hendra while glancing at Kezia from his middle spy.

Kezia took a deep breath. There's a tightness that tries on the shelf. “I don't want kak angga to leave me...” shriek Kezia with teary eyes.

Hendra was silent at Kezia's reply. It turned out to be very difficult to guess the content of the innocent girl's feelings behind him.

Kezia closed both of his eyes. Angga's shadow danced in his imaginary space. It is very painful to imagine the face of Angga who now looks pale like no blood flowing through his veins. The crying that had been in his seat, now overflowed just like that. Kezia cried without a sound, only his two wet eyes represented his sadness.

All the theories about cancer he had understood but when he faced with Angga who became his patient, somehow appeared his own fear that he could not control. He was afraid that everything he did would hurt Angga and of course his greatest weakness was seeing Angga in pain.

In the living room Kezia and Mahesa's family gathered. They were talking about the terms proposed by Cellina. Mahesa undertakes to help the Mayyer family company but to force Angga to marry Cellina, it seems like something difficult. Mahesa was well aware of the greedy thought that was in Cellina's head. He could not imagine if his son was married but did not feel happiness.

“After all, we have to wait for the snitch. We cannot decide everything unilaterally.” Mahesa said as she looked at her family.

Kezia nodded in agreement. After all, marriage is sacred and they will live a lifetime.

“Key, do you think angga will accept this cellina terms?” ask Indira seriously.

“I don't know brother. I was just thinking about how to always be in our midst. Can see him living well, healthy and happy.” watered down Kezia with a blank look.

Indira looked at Anna and Mahesa alternately.

“Yes, actually how do you feel key?” inner Indira with a questionable look at Kezia.

Mahesa's phone rang loudly. Mahesa answered immediately.

“What, is everyone awake?” said Mahesa who reflex stood. “Good , we're going to the hospital right away!” he continued immediately.

“Where is pah?” ask Anna.

“Baby siuman. Go to the hospital first. Key you coming?” mahesa.

"Yes." said Kezia soon.

At 10pm Kezia and Mahesa arrived at the hospital. They went in turns to see the condition of Angga.

“This must be my schnucki..” terka Angga on Kezia who was then using a mask and patient clothes.

“I'm fine.” Angga's dry lips murmured softly while smiling. “Schnucki, I want to go home. What can?”

“Kakak must be checked by a doctor first. If you already have a doctor's permission, you can go home.”.

“I want you to be my doctor.”.

Kezia smiled small, “Okey, I want. But brother should follow all my advice.” Angga nodded with passion. “Alright, first suggestion, brother wait here first. I want her to be with Dr. Albert. Can you move to an ordinary room or not. The second suggestion, the new brother can go home if albert's doctor allows the brother to go home. Sister ready?”

“Hem, it's the same with doctor albert remains my doctor and you are his assistant.” cetus Angga while turning his face away.

“Sister, doctor albert is the best doctor here. I'm sure he'll give you the best treatment for you. You know that we really hope for the recovery of brother?”

Kezia's words made Angga turn his head. He could feel great care from Kezia. “Yes already, but I want to be treated in a regular room. Gag pa-pa mounted this tool that too. As long as you keep me..” whine Angga.

Kezia nodded in agreement. Not long after, Albert's doctor came with his assistant.

“Goodnight... It looks like mister ryan is fine.” said doctor Albert when he saw Angga who can already smile.

“Good night doc.” say Kezia and Angga together.

“I check for a moment yes..” doctor Albert's permission. Angga nodded in favor. Doctor Albert began to examine Angga closely. “Some tools can be removed. But mr. ryan should remain in bed until the infusion runs out.” explained Dr. Albert.

“Can I move to the usual treatment room doc? I don't want to be alone here..”.

“Bby... “ says doctor Albert. Kezia scrunched his forehead. Doctor Albert's eyes looked at Kezia as if he knew Kezia's thoughts. “Then, excuse me. Happy rest.” said doctor Albert.

The goose only nods in response. It was so clear that his face was radiant as Albert's doctor fulfilled his request.

“I'll take doctor albert for a minute, sis..” pamit Kezia. Angga just smiled as he looked at Kezia's back that was getting away.

“Dok...” call Kezia after being outdoors.

Doctor Albert's steps stopped. He asked his room to discuss.

“What do you think?” ask Albert's doctor, smiling.

Kezia just glued. He was bowed by a circle of tears that gathered at the corner of his eye and could break at any time. "How long can it last?" asked Kezia heavily.

Doctor Albert just exhaled his coarse breath. He handed Angga's medical records to Kezia. With trembling hands Kezia grabbed it. He looked at all of Angga's health records and only a circle of tears was the answer.

Kezia looked up at her face while wiping away the tears that kept dripping without asking.

"I realized that even a doctor is only human. And you know your own condition. I still prescribe the same medication and of course no one can help his recovery. The test is heavy for you from now on. Between professionalism and care. Do the best you can as you write in the article. I'm sure, that's all we can do." said Dr. Albert.

Silently, that was all Kezia could do. Yes, in the end he is only a human being who must accept what is outlined without being able to resist.

The atmosphere of the hospital was very quiet, only the sound of wind blowing heavy snow at the end of December. He rethinks the writing in his article. Apparently, making patients and families accept the patient's condition is not something easy and he experienced it. Kezia was strangled in place, all the memories of Angga spinning around in his head.

It was almost midnight and Kezia was walking alone towards the pharmacy. He hugged his own body that was cold despite using thick coats. In his place now there are only 2 people who are both waiting for the drug to be provided.

Kezia sat in one of the waiting chairs after handing over the prescription sheet to the pharmacy clerk. He played his phone and before long the pharmacist again called the name Angga. Kezia approached him and took the prepared medicine.

He walked back to Angga's treatment room which had been moved. He grasped firmly the medicine in his hand with a tiny bit of thought that was hard to pin down.  Arriving at Angga's treatment room, Kezia sees Angga still not asleep. Beside him was Mahesa who had her head on the edge of Angga's bed, perhaps she had fallen asleep from exhaustion.

“You've come?” sapa Angga saw Kezia coming.

His face was still deathly pale with a line of smiles painted on his face. That smile really tormented Kezia. He wanted to say, "Remain if you are in pain and cry if you cannot bear the pain. Don't always look fine because it's so excruciating." but unfortunately all those words just churn in Kezia's thoughts and feelings.

“Papah overslept, I think he is tired.” continued Angga while looking at Mahesa.

Kezia walked over to Angga and sat on the edge of the bed beside Angga's body. “What sister has done?”

“Hem...” Angga nodded while smiling. He rubbed Mahesa's shoulder repeatedly. Mahesa soon woke up. “Pah, go home. Here is the mango in temeni kezia. Papah rest at home.” said angga slowly. Mahesa looked at Kezia who was beside her.

“Iya om, om rest. I'm keeping my brother's name here.”.

“Alright, go home first. Tomorrow morning come here again..” Mahesa said.

Mahesa immediately called Hendra and asked him to drive her home. Stay Kezia and Angga in the treatment room is quite spacious.

Kezia goes to the bathroom of Angga's treatment room. He planned to clean up for a while. Kezia looked at his sad face as he wanted to wash it repeatedly to make it look fresher. He did not want Angga to see his eyes and the rest of his tears.

“Strong key, sis angga needs you who are strong.” muttered Kezia encouraged himself.

Kezia dried his face slowly and then tried to smile at himself. Inhaled breath with roughness, throw out all negative feelings that come to his heart while hoping that everything will be fine.

When Kezia came out of the bathroom, Angga was already asleep. His face was completely pale. Kezia touched Angga's forehead with the back of his hand. The temperature is normal. He also checked the infusion which is still half, making sure it drips smoothly. His breath sounded irregular with a smooth snoring interspersed. He rubbed the remaining cold sweat on Angga's forehead.

"Sleep, tomorrow everything will be fine." - Kezia.
