Chapter 92. I'm Worried about you

At the market, Hakuren and Kuroto were still watching Reda walking while holding the hand of her sweet little fox.

They visited some meat and vegetable merchants to buy groceries.

“Reda-sama, this one looks good. Ryuunosuke wants to eat this meat.”

“Good. Sir, how much is this?”

Hakuren and Kuroto heard the girl ask and bid the price.

“From a fairly close distance like this, I think we should be able to feel something. Did you see anything strange, Kuroto?” ask Hakuren by staying focused on each side

The two men approached back.

Reda who had finished buying her meat then asked her little fox.

“Ryuunosuke, we're done shopping for seasonings and groceries. Now, Ryuunosuke wants something to do? I'll accompany you.”

“Tahu fried yes. Oh, at the sweet place we've been there's a delicious tofu called aburage. I think Ryuunosuke will like it. How about we go there and buy it.”

The little fox looked so adorable. Like a child who had just been allowed to snack by his parents, he immediately grabbed his favorite girl's hand and went to pull her towards that place.

In an unknown place, the figure who noticed Reda and Ryuunosuke was still not lost.

They met on one of the roofs of the building at the site.

“For that Aragaki-sama ordered us. We both have to keep an eye on Reda-sama.”

Nagi told me what happened to both of them. He also explained the reason why he decided to follow both.

Nagi nodded then looked towards the crowd from above the roof. He asked the two nearby tengu, “Now, where are Reda-sama and the little fox?”

“They went into the sweet food store Tenko-san and Nakuru-san.”

Nagi jumped down and immediately ran towards where Reda and Ryuunosuke were. He didn't want to miss something like that. “I hope the foreign figure does not exist. I will report this to Aragaki-sama.”

Meanwhile, two men watched by Aragaki's waitresses came out of the store carrying several boxes of food.

“Huwaaa~aburage, aburage! It smells so good, Reda-sama!” said the little fox happily

“Thank God Ryuunosuke likes it. We also buy a lot for others. Lunch this time, we will put it in the menu yes.”

“Horeee~this one is for Ryuunosuke himself yes. Can yes, can ya~”

Reda smiled hearing the small and greedy request from her sweet fox. The tail that swayed quickly and his cute face made Reda only able to answer yes.

“Iya, no one will ask for it.” Reda said with a happy smile

“But, Reda-sama can request. Ryuunosuke will split Reda-sama that much!” he said with great spirit

The two immediately walked back to the Aragaki residence after being finished shopping.

Along the way, the two talked pleasant things.

The little fox also continued to sing her own songs. Reda just listened and smiled because of the lyrics of the song.

Behind the two, Nagi watched very carefully while looking at the surroundings.

As soon as he opened the door, Reda and the little fox were greeted by Aragaki and Ginko who were already standing in front of the door.

Without asking much, the little fox immediately ran towards the kitchen. Ginko walked up to Reda and brought her all her groceries.

Now, only the ruler stayed with the girl who caught his attention. Both Tengu and Nagi were hiding.

“You're home. How was the purchase?” ask Aragaki softly

“We...We really helped with the money. Thank you very much, Nushi-sama.” Although her face was red, Reda answered the ruler with a smile. Aragaki was relieved to hear that.

Maybe he was too worried. Unexpectedly by Reda but done with full awareness by Aragaki, the ruler hugs the girl.

“I'm worried about you. Thank goodness you're okay.”

Reda could not answer. He just couldn't stop his heartbeat. However, how warm was the embrace of the man she loved so much that Reda was washed away in that embrace.

Reda closed her eyes. He was so happy in that moment. And there was a look of dismay from the ruler's face without being noticed by the girl he was hugging.

After that, Aragaki and Reda went inside together. Reda went straight to the kitchen leaving Aragaki who did not stop to see her shadow pass.

When the girl was no longer seen by him, the ruler called Nagi and the two tengu who were behind him.
