Part 23 | What's wrong if I want to protect you?

Aisha POV.

I just got permission from Lee to go home early, and now it's time for me to pack my clothes and stuff, but when I'm done and get ready to get out of the hotel room, Avila.

"Are you sure you're not going home alone?" avila asked with a worried face, because she knew that I often get dizzy when I get on a plane.

"Related, Vi. Don't worry, I'll be fine" I replied with a smiling reassuring smile.

"Well, I've been anthering you to the airport?" bargain Avila while taking over the suitcase I have in my hand.

"Hm, okay," I said.

Then we both went to the airport by taxi and when we arrived at the airport, I hugged Avila tightly.

"Hopefully this decision never ends up hurting me again, Vi?" I whispered with a witty.

"God willing, as long as you want to recap whatever has happened in the past" said Avila while rubbing my back attentively.

"That's how I'm going, yes" said my saying as I unraveled our embrace.

"Yes, and don't forget that you're getting dizzy, rubbing this wind oil on your head, huh?" order Avila while tucking a bottle of wind oil in my jacket pocket.

"Bye, Avi," I said, waving my hand and walking away as I pulled my suitcase.

"Bye, Aisha's heart, my prayers are always with you!" avila replied with a smile and waved her hand.

It seems that this time I was unlucky because my seat was on the edge of the toilet and the aircraft kitchen which is famous as the most avoidable place if there is turbulence.

But how else, I can't possibly cancel a flight just because of a seating problem. I sat there and put my seatbelt on earlier than the other passengers.

After that I close my eyes and try to sleep because the plane will soon take off and it will make my stomach nauseous if I am still awake.

But after a few seconds of closing my eyes, I felt like someone was occupying the seat next to me. And sure enough when I opened my eyes, I was surprised to find Lee sitting next to me.

"Lee?" call me to make sure that what I see now is really Lee.

"Shock yeah?" lee looked at her face and looked at me.

I also nodded in agreement with his assumption.

"You..ngapain here? Isn't it in Bali you still have a lot of work to do?" my many are still astonished.

Lee did not take his eyes off me.

"I want to nemenin you, work problems let Robbie handle," replied Lee who even makes me more astonished.

"Lee, I can go home by myself, I'm an adult, not a teenager labil kayak just yet, you're not perl---"

"Shuut.for me, the same Ayesha who used to be the same now is the same, just as drunk when boarding a plane. So I, as your friend and boss, am willing to take the time to accompany you during this flight" Lee said, looking at me meaningfully.

"Thank you Lee,"

"No need to say thank you, like anyone," Lee replied with a sweet smile to me.

After that silence occurred between me and Lee, we began to get busy with each other's thoughts. Until there was a flight attendant who accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on my jacket, probably because he did not pay attention to the road because I noticed from earlier he continued to look at Lee with his enchanted face.

"Mom! Can the heart not be anyway!" Lee snapped which made the flight attendant immediately lowered his face in fear of it.

"Sorry, I didn't mean it...."

"If you can't work well, I can just report to your boss so you can be fired from this job," Threaten Lee who makes me surprised because this time I saw Lee this angry just because of a trivial problem.

"Can't Aisyah, a flight attendant whose work is not focused and careless like she should be warned so that next time she can be more careful," lee said that made me frown because I did not understand his current attitude.

"Lee, this is just a matter of accident you know, you shouldn't be this angry, I don't know what, anyway," I reprimanded the pity of seeing the look of fear on the flight attendant's face.

"Okay, because my friend is a patient and understanding woman, therefore I will not make you lose this job, but I remind you that next time you have to be careful,"

"Well, thank you, ma'am, I promise I won't make mistakes like this again, I'm sorry," sahut Ma'am Stewardess was with a face of relief that was so visible before she finally went to the back.

After that I looked at Lee who was now opening his jacket,

"What's wrong with you, Lee?" I wonder because Lee who is usually always calm and relaxed, can now be provoked only because of a small accident that sacrificed my jacket.

"I don't know, Shah. Obviously it was out of my control, I was always angry when someone bullied you, let alone hurt you," Lee replied, which instantly made me speechless.

'Did Lee like me?' I asked in my heart.

"Dad, you must be cold, put on my jacket well," Lee said as he draped the jacket over my shoulder.

While I looked at him with a confused look at once in wonder. Indeed, Lee often paid attention to me, but this time his gaze was very different to mine. What's really wrong with him?

"Aisyah, you..start to get dizzy?" reprimand Lee who saw me daydreaming.

"E..eh, no way," I replied nervously.

"You want wind oil?" it was the bargain I nodded immediately.

Then Lee gave me aromatherapy wind oil.

"Thank you, Lee Oppa" I said with a smile on his face.

Lee POVs.

"Are you sure you want to look at him?" tanyaku while observing Aisyah's facial expression that tends to worry.

"Sure, although I know the risk is a little painful, but calm down Lee, I'm getting used to it" replied Aisyah who then walked into the hospital where her ex-husband was in a coma.

I followed Aisyah from behind with a feeling of worry, fearing that she would get hurt again if she had to go back to meet the man who once ruined her life.

And when Aisyah entered Devano's ICU room, I faithfully waited for her in one of the seats in front of the ICU room.

But suddenly there was a loud noise coming from the ICU room that made me panic.

Seriate....
