The Woman Who Was Hurt

The Woman Who Was Hurt
Part 35 | Move on

The sound of the samsak being hit sounded very loudly from the karate training room where Avila vented her heartache by beating up the samsak. The 22-year-old tomboy girl no longer cares if her energy will be drained though, because the important thing is that she can forget the pain in her heart even for a few moments.

"Kye... Ky...." Avila continued to beat the samsak in front of her until it drifted irregularly to and fro.

Avila did the activity with great focus, until the girl who had been pouring sweat was not aware that from earlier there was someone who was watching him from a distance, precisely in front of the window of the karate room.

"Yatt... Ky...." Avila hit the samsak as if imagining that the one he was beating at the moment was Lee, the man who had made him know how sweet it was to fall in love and also the pain of heartbreak in consecutive times.

"Stupid! Why did I fall in love with a man who never looked at me as a woman?!" Avila scolded herself before dropping her body to the floor from exhaustion.

"Why am I in love with a man who loves my best friend. Why?" Avila rubbed the rough clear liquid that came out from the end of her eyes. At a new age this time she became a whiny woman and Avila was fully aware that this was not her. But how else, her love for Lee has turned her into a crying girl.

"Gurgh!" With emotion Avila punched the floor until her hand was blistered because the floor she was punching just now had a rough surface. But, Avila was not in pain at all because the pain in her heart was much greater.

"Capek huh? Just drink it." Someone held out a bottle of cold mineral water to Avila.

"Thank you, since when are you here?" avila asked after receiving mineral water from the hands of someone who was none other than Robbie.

"Just now."

Robbie sits on the floor next to Avila. Then with a gentle Robbie opened the lid of the bottle of mineral water before returning it again to the hands of Avila.

"Well, why are you here? Want to practice karate too?" avila asked with a slanted smile.

"Yes I want to practice" Robbie replied hesitantly.

"Good, you finally changed your mind and want to practice karate too" Avila chimpanzeeed with a smirk smile on her lips.

"I. yes, after thinking that I think there is no harm in learning martial arts," said Robbie stuttered because he was forced to pretend he wanted to learn karate. His original patahal he just wanted to keep an eye on Avila and make sure that the girl he loved was okay.

"If you really want to practice karate, now is the right time, you can learn with me."

Avila stood up after she finished a bottle of cold mineral water Robbie had given her. "By a quick wake up," he orders later.

"What to do now?" robbie protested with a pias face, he was already horrified to imagine what would happen if he learned karate with Avila who fiercely never played it.

"Wake Robbie!" snapped Avila who apparently impatiently wanted to immediately vent her heartache by making Robbie as the target of her blow.

"Yes yes Vi, but I'm just learning martial arts for the first time, so don't hit me really huh? Okay?"

"Baggle lo, here's a spit!" avila orders with a creepy face according to Robbie.

"I.ltya, Vi." Robbie stood up and approached Avila while putting on a strange looking horse in Avila's eyes.

"Lo scared huh?" avila's taunts with a face that belittles Robbie's self-esteem as a man.

"Heh, as long as you know yes, against Japanese soldiers I am brave, let alone just volunteer lo," concluded Robbie who immediately did not accept if underestimated.

"Ooh, okay, we're proving yes."

Avila then slammed a few punches into Robbie's stomach until the man complained of pain.

"Argh, oh my Vi, actually lo this heartache what a mental pain anyway? You mukulin I'm like a doormat knows no! Fortunately I am of Ironman descent, otherwise I might have died at your hands," Robbie cerocos with a face of annoyance and pain.

"Next time you don't have to fuck me when I'm heartbroken,"

"Because I don't need your presence, mending you unplug there!" continued Avila who was clearly evicted Robbie, but the man did not want to move from his place.

"Gue will unplug if you come with me" interrupted Robbie while looking at Avila seriously.

"If I still want to be here how?"

"Yes, I will also stay here until you are tired and want to come home with me" replied Robbie as he approached Avila.

"Huh, mending you don't have to be pretentious to care for me, I'm tired and I want to be alone." Avila retreated away from Robbie because the man was getting closer to her.

"Sok care lo said? Haha, as long as you know yes, all this time I was actually care the same lo, I was always worried lo, lo, I'm willing to spend money to buy gasoline to be able to follow you anywhere because I want to take care of you, but now casually you say that I'm a pretentious care, my heartache Vi," said Robbie who made Avila look at him with a look of disbelief.

"Why can you still ride that bike like me?" ask Avila feeling guilty.

"Because I still love you, I still love you, Vi." Robbie's confession made Avila stunned and unable to say anything for a while.

"How is it possible? You must be ngaco, right? You realize that all this time you hate me, you like to make me emotional and...." Not done yet Avila spoke, Robbie cut it off.

"Sorry, sorry I, now I just know how sick love clapping one hand, again sorry I bie, you must often understand the pain that I feel now," avila was full of regrets.

Robbie moved forward and hugged Avila's body tightly. "Gue I'm sorry you're so far away, Vi. I've realized that love can't be forced" Robbie said, patting Avila's back attentively.

"But why do you still choose to hang on when you realize that you can't force me to love you?" avila asked as she removed Robbie's embrace from her body.

"That is strangely the love of Vi, I am sure anyone is willing to hurt as long as he can see his loved ones happy," Robbie replied as he looked at Avila with longing in his eyes.

While inside the Military Dormitory Devano is looking for a diary belonging to Dasha, his daughter. Devano still remembers before the accident he accidentally left the diary in his dorm room. But Devano had repeatedly checked his room, the book he never found.

Until finally someone in army uniform came to his room.

"Excuse me captain, is the captain looking for this book?" ask the person who is none other than Tubagus, a friend of Devano who works as a soldier as well.

"How can the book be in your hands?" Devano quickly snatched his daughter's diary from Tubagus.

"Sorry captain, I found it lying on the doorstep of this room, because I think the book is very important for the captain, he said, so I decided to keep it and return it to the captain when the captain had returned to the Dormitory" Tubagus explained.

"Thank you very much, now you can get out of my room." Devano was cold as usual.

"But if I may know, how is the current captain?" tanya Tubagus who ventured to ask the situation of the captain.

"Alhamdulillah, I've been better, even though my leg is still not functioning" Devano replied while focusing on checking his daughter's diary.

"Please, captain."

"Hm."

"You didn't read this book, did you?" search Devano while looking at Tubagus suspiciously.

"No captain, I don't dare to be so presumptuous" Tubagus replied firmly.

"Good, then leave me alone" ordered Devano.

"Any captain" said Tubagus before finally exiting Devano's room.

After that, Devano limped towards the window of his room while holding a diary belonging to Dasha, his daughter. Then the handsome man sat down on the chair and reread his daughter's random writing on the diary paper while holding back his regretful tears.

"Princess, tell Abi you it's not too late to realize your biggest dream written in your diary" Devano mumbled.
