BA #13 - Get Divorced!

Alira looked at the door with a sharp gaze, she waited for Ryan's arrival impatiently, as if Alira wanted to vent something on him.

While outside, Ryan was about to leave the hospital, he felt Alira was not his business. But Ryan's steps stopped when Daniel called him. "What's wrong?" Ask Ryan then.

"Can you see him?" Daniel asked in a soft voice. "And please explain to him, I'm really sorry." he continued expectantly.

Ryan was silent for a moment before he finally nodded because he was concerned about Daniel, especially Ryan never saw this fragile Daniel.

Ryan went into Alira's nursery, he approached Alira with a smile, in his head he had arranged sweet words to melt Alira's heart, as he used to do with other women.

However, when he was already beside Alira, suddenly...

PLAKKKK

One not-so-hard slap landed perfectly on Ryan's cheek, Ryan was stunned, after saving the brother-in-law, is this what he got?

"Who told you to save me, huh?" Alira's hiss was sharp, while Ryan was still speechless gawking, bewildered by Alira's behavior. "You should have let me drown there! Goddamnit!" Alira growled with a trembling voice and her two eyes glazed over.

"You should.... Hiks" Alira could no longer hold back her crying. "Everything is broken, my marriage, my life" he said amid sobs he tried to endure.

Ryan's heart was like pinched hearing Alira's sobs, and without a second thought he immediately hugged Alira, no matter Alira who tried to push Ryan while continuing to cry. Ryan continued to hold her tightly, stroking Alira's head gently.

"Cry if it can ease your burden a little bit, Al" Ryan said.

Alira cried so much in the arms of her sister-in-law, venting all the pain and burden she felt.

Alira had given up, she wanted to leave everything that made her sick but Ryan had come to save her.

For a while Ryan was still hugging Alira, as this was all he could do for the fragile woman.

Slowly Alira's crying subsided, although occasionally he still sobbed. Ryan continued to rub Alira's head, until Alira slowly pushed Ryan's body away from him.

Alira shook her head. "Nothing will be okay after this, Ryan. It's all over" she said, and along with it, the door opened, Daniel coming with a sad look, feeling guilty for what happened to Alira.

Of course seeing Daniel made Alira's emotions re-peak, her jaw hardened and her gaze fiery.

Daniel approaches his wife, while Ryan breezes away, knowing it's their personal business.

After Ryan left, Daniel immediately clasped Alira's hand but Alira immediately shook her husband's hand coldly, making Daniel's heart ditch.

"Al, please! Trust me, honey. I'm not cheating on you," said Daniel, who made Alira laugh.

"Not cheated you said? After that solid evidence, you're still evasive, huh?" It's the cynicism that makes Daniel even more frustrated.

"No, Honey. It's not like you think, last night I was just. I was just drunk, honey. I don't realize, I don't remember what happened." she's the one who, of course, made Alira grow furious. Her forehead wrinkled deeply and her stare was unsettling at this husband.

"This is the unforgivable nature of men, Daniel!" Sizzle Alira with a roaring chest.

"You have a tremendous defense for your sins against your wife. No cheating, just drunk, don't remember. Then, how about I get drunk, hm? Then sleep with another man, can you take it?" Daniel's heart was as in crumb as he heard Alira's words and he shook his head firmly.

Seeing Alira close to other men she could not afford, how could she imagine Alira sleeping with another man?

"Dear, don't say that. I know I was wrong, but please, give me a chance to fix it. I'm sorry, Al." Daniel said desperately, he even began to shed tears, and Alira, who was already very emotional, finally came back crying, she covered her face with both hands, until tears washed her.

"I can forgive your slap, I can face your over-possessive attitude, but not your affair, Daniel." Alira said in a hoarse voice and so softly.

"I can't take it anymore, let's get divorced!"
