Viona returns to Alira's house and as usual, is greeted warmly by the twins whose good looks go down Daniel Agra.

But Viona's current arrival is not to play as she comes with Doctor Amberley, a very famous Psychiatrist.

Doctor Amberley's arrival was warmly welcomed by Alira, especially during this time Doctor Amberley often met him to help Alira out of her past trauma.

"How are you, Alira?" Doctor Amberley asked with a warm smile.

"Very good, Doctor," replied Alira.

"Do you still take your medicine regularly?" Asked Doctor Amberley who immediately made the look of Alira's face change, his gaze was straight to the back of Doctor Amberley and immediately Alira again smiled warmly.

Seeing Daniel and Ryan sitting with Leon and Leo, Alira threw a smile at her husband who was also smiling at her.

"Alira.." call Viona who makes Alira a little jerk. Viona and Doctor Amberley follow Alira's point of view and all they see is Leon and Leo playing.

"Alira, are you still taking your medicine regularly?" Ask Dr. Amberley again.

"I'm healthy, Doctor. I don't need any more medicine" Alira replied with a smile.

"Iira...." Viona gripped Alira's hand gently. "You must take your medicine regularly so that .. lest you hallucinate again, Ryan and Daniel are gone." Viona said as she let out her tears and immediately Alira threw her hand violently.

Alira's eyes were already teary, her lips were shaking and she looked back at her children but there was no Daniel or Ryan.

" Please, Alira.." please Viona gently. "Do it for Leon and Leo, they need you. And please! Do this for Ryan and Daniel's peace."

"What are you talking about?" Alira asked with a trembling voice. "I'm still with them, Viona. Daniel's always by my side, and Ryan's, too, this morning he helped me cook."

Alira looked confused, she held her head which suddenly hurt, her chest felt tight and she recalled what happened this morning.

Alira wakes up early in the morning, she opens the curtains of her room, but because she is still sleepy, Alira goes back to sleep. And when the sun is high, the sunlight enters between the curtains of his room and makes Alira wake up after he dreams about his past.

"No... No!" Alira looked very anxious, even her forehead was sweaty, but Amberley's doctor immediately calmed the patient down.

"Look at Leon and Leo." - Dr. Amberley. "Now you live only for them and they live for you, Alira. They need you so much, rise from your slump. It's been 6 years, Alira."

Alira could no longer hold back her tears, she refused to believe what Doctor Amberley said was Viona. Every night he sleeps in Daniel's arms, every day he also sees Ryan in his house.

"Why don't you guys trust me? I live with Daniel, Ryan, Leon and Leo. The four of them were happy and always together."

Viona and Doctor Amberley were throwing gazes at each other, they were both trying their best to awaken Alira from her hallucinations for these few years, but it only worked for a while. After that, Alira will return to her imaginary world that she made herself. That she lived with her husband, sister-in-law and two children happily.

The extraordinary accident and the guilt so great makes Alira reluctant to separate from the shadow of Daniel and Ryan.

"Well, we believe in you." said Doctor Amberley, hugging Alira. "But keep this a secret from anyone, okay? Now, do you want to come with us?"

"Where?" ask Alira.

"Somewhere, with your kids."
