Beautiful Affair

Beautiful Affair
BA #68 - Starting From scratch (TAMAT)

Arriving at home, Leon and Leo are very excited to see what items are sent from Paris, let alone the goods belong to their deceased Uncle, which they have never even seen.

Ryan sent me some of his stuff, including a collection of watches, shoes, bags and so on, as well as some paintings that Alira had seen in Ryan's apartment before.

"Well, um Ryan is like Leo, Ma. Love painting" Leo said enthusiastically.

"That's right, too" muttered Alira.

"Nephew who used to be...." Alira immediately turned her head when she heard Ryan's voice, she saw the man who was leaning his back against the wall and he blinked his eyes at Alira. Alira only chuckled then she opened a painting that was quite large.

"Wow.." muttered Alira as she looked at the painting.

"Well, it's Aunt Viona.." cried Leon and Leo together. "Ma, is Aunt Viona his wife Om Ryan?" Ask Leon curious.

Alira glanced at Ryan and Ryan just pressed his shoulder. "It should be so," Alira replied later.

"It looks like tonight we go to Aunt Viona's house and give her this gift, she must be very happy" Alira later said.

"Well, Mama.." replied Leo with a smile.

"You're always happy to see Aunt Viona, weirdo," sneaky Leon.

"Say you are envious, because Aunt Viona loves me more" Leo sneered.

"Hey, it can't be like that" Alira interrupted quickly. "Same Aunt Viona loves you very much, there is nothing more important, either in love or attention. And as brothers, I hope you love each other too, should not be envious of each other. Gotta take care of each other...." Alira looked up and she saw Daniel and Ryan's shadow in her hallucinations.

"Like your Papa and Om, they're not siblings let alone twins like you. But they love each other, respect each other, support each other."

Leon and Leo turned their heads, following Mama's gaze but they saw nothing, unlike Alira who saw Daniel and Ryan smiling at her.

"Well, Mama." The pair of twins answered at once.

"Now you should take a shower and we'll go to Aunt Viona's house after that."

.........

Viona welcomes the arrival of Alira and the twins warmly, and she frowns in confusion upon seeing the twins carrying something that seems quite heavy.

"Maksa hell will bring its own," said Alira.

"What is that?" Viona asked curiously.

"Gift from Ryan," Alira replied with a smile.

Viona was stunned to see this painting of Ryan because she had never seen it before.

In the painting, Viona is asleep on the sofa wearing Ryan's shirt with a book in her hand.

"He painted me silently" muttered Viona full of joy.

"You're so beautiful here" said Alira.

"His portrayal is beautiful" said Viona, chuckling.

"Honey, you play there, Mama wants to talk to Aunt Viona," said Alira and the children immediately ran to the living room, where there are already their toys.

"Viona, are you sure Ryan can't have kids?" Alira asked with a serious face.

"Why?" Viona asked back confusedly.

"Because Leo's attitude is very similar to Ryan's, even he is down to Ryan's talent, he can paint and likes to paint" said Alira.

"Your son and Daniel look like Ryan maybe because you and Daniel both love Ryan, as sisters, of course," Viona said, chuckling. "And if Ryan could have a child, I would've been pregnant with him."

Alira was silent for a moment, until she felt a touch on her shoulder.

"He's the fruit of our love, honey. Don't doubt it" Daniel and Alira nodded with a smile.

"If you're still in doubt, just do a DNA test" Viona said.

"No, I'm sure Leon and Leo are my children and Daniel," Alira replied confidently.

"Alright, now you better accompany me to cook for dinner." invite Viona and Alira just want to.

Viona and Alira cook together, of course with the twins who do not stop feeding them.

In fact, now the twins take all the items out of Viona's refrigerator which makes Alira have to grumble angrily.

However, the four seemed very happy, even though a very important part of their lives had been lost.

But, this is life. No one is perfect, never perfect. And all the decisions that have been taken, there is a price that must be paid as appropriate.

Now, both Alira and Viona have to start all over again. Organizing a better and more meaningful life, taking lessons from the past that are so bitter and sad, lessons that are very valuable and expensive.
