BA #65 - The Truth

The accidental explosion at the Calista family's oil storage building took a heavy toll, 4 of whom died on the spot, Daniel, Ryan, and two other police officers.

Calista, Alira and one police officer who were guarding them outside the building were seriously injured and hospitalized.

At the same time, Ms. Linda woke up from her coma, and now she is taking turns to keep Alira in a coma for several days.

When Alira regains consciousness, she is hysterical, especially after receiving news that Daniel and Ryan are dead. In fact, several times the doctor had to give a sedative to Alira.

Alira is stunned, she has a hard time believing all that, even when Viona shows evidence from the Doctor that Ryan is barren, and that was known two years ago.

"You must be kidding me" Alira told Viona.

"I know Ryan, inside and out, I've been with him for years, Alira" Viona said.

Alira looked into Viona's puffy eyes, looking like she was always crying. "I hope, it's not true, but it's a fact" said Viona. "I couldn't stop crying over her disappearance, she left with everything and left nothing for me."

Alira breathed a heavy sigh, she rubbed her flat stomach, there was a fetus in her womb, the child she had been dreaming of, and also Daniel dreamed of.

Alira again shed her tears, if Daniel were still alive, maybe her pregnancy could be the atonement for Daniel.

"Now, you have to live well for your children, Alira," continued Linda's mother who always accompanied Alira.

"And since Mr. Daniel is gone, automatically, the rights to Mr. Ryan's entire estate will go to Mr. Daniel's son" Ryan's lawyer said.

"Mama, why are we here?" Leon asked as he looked around, they were outside the prison, and this was the first time Alira had brought her two children to a place like this.

"Yes, Mama. What is this place?" Ask Leo curiously.

Alira walked into the place with a rumbling chest, then she spoke to the prison warden and soon a woman with a very apprehensive appearance came.

Alira approached the woman, pulled out the hair covering the woman's face and Alira grimaced to see her broken face, a burn scar.

"Calista.." muttered Alira in disbelief.

"Your satisfaction? Why don't you just kill me, huh?" it was Calista's growl that made Alira smile cynically.

"No," Alira replied calmly. "I'll be more satisfied if you die slowly in this place" Alira sighed sharply.

"Do you want to come to this place?" Ask Calista later.

"Just to make sure, whether you're alive or dead," Alira replied casually then she immediately left, not caring about Calista's cry that was so angry at Alira.

Especially after the great accident, Alira's body is now fine, of course, because Alira gets the best care, unlike the case with Calista who after realizing I was in a coma, was immediately herded to prison.

Alira walked gracefully towards the car, wearing her sunglasses and smiling at the prison guards before she got into the car.

"Mom, what's the name of this prison place?" Ask Leo plainly.

"Yes, honey."

"Why did you go to jail?" Leon asked.

"There's a little business" replied Alira.

"He paid for everything...." Alira turned her head and looked at Daniel who was now sitting next to her. "You don't have to see her anymore, focus on your own life, honey."

"I missed you...." Alira stroked Daniel's cheek.

While the children were back only able to shake their heads.

"Come, Ma. It's noon, she said Mama had a meeting today."
