The day feels empty now. No one wakes him up in the morning with a phone call. There was nothing more he could ask through videocall every time he would cook. And no one else sent him a message just to ask me something trivial. But that little thing made him smile. And now there is no more smile when he read the messages that came on his phone.
Baskara is completely gone. Even Dusk had contacted the young man dozens of times and none of them were answered. And not infrequently his call was immediately rejected. Likewise with the message he sent that only changed the tick to blue. The message was read but there was never a reply.
It all upset Dusk a little. Namu feels more empty without the presence of his best friend.
Though a few weeks ago Dusk was upset with the presence of Baskara and all the rules. But now he just wanted to see the young man appear in his apartment suddenly.
"AKHHH FUCKING BABAS!" maki Dusk as she enjoys lunch in the campus cafeteria. His shout attracted the attention of some people who were spelled not far from him.
Luckily Dusk shouted in his mother tongue. So that no one knows what he's saying.
"Hey. You look like you're moody this week?" Maureen in front of him was also confused by the crazy behavior of his best friend. "Like someone who is fighting with his girlfriend. Even though you are single." clumsily Maureen complete with kekehannya.
Dusk stared intently at his best friend. "I'm not single! but I'm single by my own choice." protested twilight in an annoyed tone. Although he was not really upset with Maureen.
"Yes yes.. Then why is your face always tangled like an un-ironed stitch?"
I heard a long breath of twilight. "Eitherway. I don't know." I admit.
"Do you want to come with us to party tomorrow night. Tomorrow night Sunday, we can party and you can eliminate something that's bothering you."
Dusk shook his head, though Baskara ignored him this week. Not that he also ignored the young man's message to avoid his nightclub and booze. "No. You know I'm no longer allowed to go to the club or my parents will take me back to Jakarta. Anyway you know I don't drink alcohol, so it doesn't make any difference whether or not to party."
Maureen still won't lose. He felt his time with Dusk was decreasing. They only met on campus. I never saw each other again outside of college or on weekends. Unless they come to Fashionweek together.
"How about the party at your apartment?" maureen asked enthusiastically with an idea she thought was brilliant. "You don't have to go to a nightclub, do you?"
Eyelids Twilight squeaking. "You mean you're gonna bring booze into my apartment?" and immediately reciprocated a nod of spirit by his best friend.
"No. No." reject Dusk instantly. "I can hang my mom if she knows someone's drinking in the apartment."
"Come on, your mother's far away in Jakarta. He couldn't have known that we were partying in your apartment" Maureen said. Hope Dusk passes his request this time.
"Have you forgotten about Baskara? he always comes on Saturday and goes home Sunday afternoon." he said made Maureen immediately disappointed when he remembered it. "I may have been hanged by him before my parents."
Dusk shuddered in horror at Baskara's anger if he brought his drunken friends into the apartment.
Dusk chuckled at the lackluster face of his best friend. "We can still play together. Play anywhere except nightclubs and anything to do with booze."
But in the end, Dusk felt lonely. Early in the morning Dusk had woken up and cooked to welcome the arrival of Baskara. Apologizing whatever mistakes he did not realize to make the young man angry. But, that young man didn't even show up until lunch. His call was also not raised.
The corner of his heart was sad. Sad that his friend was really angry with him. And there was a slight annoyance at Baskara's childish attitude that would not lift his call. Not wanting to solve the problem with a cold head and talk about everything well.
Baskara instead chose to disappear and gave him no news at all. Struck it for days. According to Dusk it was too childish.
Until Dusk decides to contact Maureen. "I changed my mind. Come and party at my apartment. Don't forget to bring me cola."

His intention was to calm down. Stay away from Dusk to forget what upset her heart. But instead of forgetting, the shadow of Dusk with Robert actually increasingly dancing in his shadow.
Dozens of calls and messages from Dusk he ignored. He just didn't want to get carried away with emotions like the time in the girl's apartment. He still needed time to calm his heart.
He himself was a dude, why did he get this sorry. Is he jealous if Dusk is close to another man?
Is he starting to feel with his best friend?
Ah no. He did not want to destroy their friendship that had just improved. He wanted to feel something like this for longer. Seeing Dusk laugh at him. Saw the girl whining at him. And saw the girl needed it.
Almost a week he cut off communication with Dusk. He did not hear the girl's voice for a week. Didn't see an adorable face when he was upset when he teased her.
There was a sense of emptiness in his heart. Empty feeling and stifling longing. His decision not to come on Saturday was wrong. Because he could not bear to endure the longing. He wanted to see the smile directly. Wanted to see the girl pout when she commented while cooking.
And when the clock strikes nine o'clock at night. He immediately grabbed the car keys without thinking about his appearance. He really wanted to meet his best friend. If he could, he wanted to hug her.
The long journey he went through with uncertain feelings. There is impatience, there is also worry. Worried this time it was Dusk who was angry because he continued to ignore.
Dusk contacted him last time was this afternoon. The girl even sent a photo of the food that had already been cooked for the two of them. But with certainty he did not come. And after that, no more incoming calls or messages from Dusk. Though usually the girl was incessantly flocking him with messages that were random even though there was nothing he replied to. From the story about the lecture, about the increasingly delicious cuisine, or Sisi who looks adorable when the girl is doing a videocall with her brother.
And when he impatiently entered the passcode and opened the door of his best friend's apartment at twelve p.m., all he found was...
"WHAT THE FUCK.. GODDAMN SHIT!"
