GIRL IN RED

GIRL IN RED
CHAPTERS 164. LIKE A THICK BOOK

There are currently about ten men in their generation and the Emir's impressive achievements need not be mentioned as it is already very obvious. Others are also extraordinary young people who are talented in various fields they are in.

“Arimbi! Emir is like a thick book and interesting to read. And if you take the time to read the book slowly it will be like a treasure hunt. There will be many surprises waiting for you to find her.” Elisha said again.

There is a hidden meaning behind the words Elisha and Arimbi even more blushed. Even so Arimbi replied gently, “I will definitely be on the Emir's side and open every page until the last page of the book. I won't miss anything.”

“Good then! You have a bright future in the future! Keep it up and I'm sure you can survive and reach a happy ending.” said Elisha cheering his sister-in-law.

Arimbi looked at Elisha and the eyes of the two were intertwined, Both of them could see sincerity in each other's eyes. Arimbi also realized that Elisha who was smart enough had realized many things after seeing everything.

Arimbi smiled and reminded Elisha, “His chicken feet will burn.”

Just then Elisha hurriedly glanced at the foot of the roasted chicken he had prepared.

Kringgg...kringgg..kringgg. He pulled out his phone to see who was contacting him before answering the call.

“Hai Joana!”

“Arimbi, do you still live in the residence of Serkan?”

“Iya. Why?”

“May I come to Serkan's residence to meet you? Doesn't it matter?” ask Joana.

Arimbi smiled and replied, “Yes, it doesn't matter if you want to see me.Do you have free time to come and see me? Didn't your mother prepare a blind date for you? Last night, there were many handsome men present. Do you get someone you like?”

Joana sounds pretty resigned to the phone, “The excited one is my mom. I don't want to get married just yet. Everyone in our social environment knows my hobbies. No one is interested in marrying me. Anyway I am not ready to get married so there is a reason for me to continue living in freedom and enjoying my life.”

Joana likes to collect photos of handsome men who are pleasing to the eye. The sight of the handsome man was similar to a beautiful sight. And he doesn't really have a perverted mind. But in everyone's eyes she was just a naughty girl living free.

“Are you free to exit? I'll wait for you at the cafe where we used to meet.”

Arimbi glanced at the man who was engrossed in fishing and he replied Joana, “Wait a minute. I'll try to ask permission and I'll call you back later.”

Joana realized at the time that her friend was currently serving the Emir as her nanny for free. Joana understands Arimbi's difficulties so she says attentively, “Arimbi, if you feel uncomfortable, we can talk next time.”

“It's okay Joana! I just need to ask permission first.” reply Arimbi.

Arimbi hung up the phone and sat down next to the Emir.

“Did Joana call you just now?” ask Emir.

Meanwhile the Emir turned his head and his eyes were quite dark as he spoke in a harsh tone, “Stop licking and just say what you want to say.”

“Joana took me out. Do you think I should go out to see him? Or did I ask him to come here?”

There are many handsome men in the residence Serkan, if Joana comes there it is certain that he will not be able to resist himself from taking their photos.

Arimbi is somewhat worried that Joana will offend one of the men in Serkan's family with her actions. The Emir looked at his wife closely for a few seconds.

In a calm voice he said, “You told me that you will spend the afternoon with me.”

“Ah, how about I ask Joana to come here?”

“Do you have to meet him today?” ask the Emir back.

Arimbi stopped talking for a moment, after he considered and thought carefully, he sent a text message to Joana. Joana replies to her message as soon as she receives it and actually she has no big problem. He was just bored at home so he thought about taking Arimbi out to chat and shop.

After Joana realizes that Arimbi is not comfortable to go out, Joana asks Arimbi to continue his activities. Arimbi does not accept Joana's invitation because he knows that his best friend can easily entertain himself.

“Emir, I have spoken with Joana and I did not come out.” said Arimbi turned towards the Emir.

“He didn't take me out because he had something important to talk about. He just feels bored and wants to go shopping.” he added.

But the Emir remained silent as if unaffected by the words of his wife. He focused on staring at the river in front of him while holding the fishing line. Since Arimbi realized there was no response from the Emir so he thought that the Emir would not answer, then Arimbi got up to leave.

“I don't try to limit your freedom but I don't like it when someone doesn't keep a promise to me. If you can't keep promises, jnagan easily makes promises.”

Arimbi again sat next to the Emir after hearing his words. Then he reached out to hold the other Emir's hand.

But the man raised his hand, unwilling to be touched by Arimbi. The woman remained patient and reached out again to hold her husband's hand once more. After doing so repeatedly, the Emir finally relented and stopped ignoring him.

“Emir.”

Arimbi put her head on the Emir's lap and in a sorry tone of voice she looked up at the handsome face of her husband and said, “I am wrong. I shouldn't have tried to get out after promising you that I'd spend the afternoon with you. From now on I will keep my promise to you. No matter who calls to ask me out, I won't change my mind.”

The Emir lowered his head and his eyes met the eyes of his wife who was large and dazzling. The Emir noticed the expression in his eyes that emitted regret and an apologetic expression on his face that made the man give in. He calmly said, “Today is too hot. Stop sticking to me.”

Arimbi laughed happily and insisted on gently touching her thighs and pinched softly before she sat back down with a smile, “Alright. I'll stop sticking to you. I'll make some food. I don't think we need to cook for dinner tonight.”

The Emir seemed to want to say something when he saw Arimbi walking away with a big smile on his face. But after that he pursed his lips and the man just kept silent without saying a word.
