“Emir! Are you seriously going to give me a hamster?” ask Arimbi. He doesn't like hamsters. She likes her Ragdoll cat, but if she's not allowed to keep a cat then she won't mind keeping a few Maltese dogs. He just loves dogs and cats.
“Why? You don't like it?” the Emir asked furrowed his forehead while looking at Arimbi.
“I don't like hamsters. I love cats and dogs.”
“I don't let dogs and cats into my house. They have too many feathers.” the Emir said.
“Hamster is also hairy.” reply Arimbi does not want to lose.
“But they're in the cage.”
‘Huh! He's really crazy cleanliness! Does he not know that keeping pets is very fun and can relieve stress!’ whispered heart.
When the Emir heard Arimbi's reply he turned and looked at him, “I've been much more generous than you.”
All Arimbi gave her was a pair of handmade little mice that were worthless to them. Aimbi did not know what to say. ‘And he can refuse my gift if he does not like and is worthless to him! Huh!’ the weakness in the heart.
While the Emir's car was waiting at the entrance and the door was also open. The bodyguards immediately marched in front of him like two rows of soldiers. They picked up the Emir and moved him into the car while the other bodyguards immediately put his wheelchair into the trunk.
Arimbi stood aside and watched how the bodyguards skillfully and deftly helped the Emir get into the car before pulling his wheelchair.
“Arimbi,” call Emir.
“Ya Emir?” Arimbi approached and smiled sweetly.
A huge hand stretched out at him, Arimbi's eyes swept over that hand and looked at the owner with a puzzled look. After a while he stretched out his hand and shook the Emir's hand. At that time also the look of the Emir's face turned grim. Did he misunderstand?
Arimbi hurriedly pulled his hand back and smiled sweetly, “Emir, I am a bit insensitive, can you tell me what you wanted to do earlier?”
‘Indeed what does it mean to extend a hand? He must want me to shake his hand, right?’ whispered Arimbi in his heart because he did not understand the Emir's intentions. ‘She has a mouth but why can't she use her mouth to explain to me?’
“My gift! Where?” exclaim the Emir with his deep voice.
“Don't I give it to you this morning huh?” Arimbi blinked his eyes.
“And I told you that you should give me one gift every time I go home.”
“Hah?” Arimbi. He started to check his pockets but he did not find anything he could use as a gift.
Finally he took off his hairpin and handed it to the Emir reluctantly. “I have no preparation. So if you really want a gift I can only give you this.”
The Emir glanced at Arimbi's hair along his waist and hairpin in his hand. It was an ordinary hairpin that cost less than fifty thousand.
Although Arimbi has returned to his wealthy biological family, he has not changed his lifestyle or habits. The Emir took the hairpin and closed the window of his car.
A motorcade slowly walked out of the complex.
Arimbi was still standing at the entrance and watching until the motorcade completely disappeared from his sight before he re-entered the house. Mike stood watching them and when Arimbi turned around, he looked at the woman seriously.
“What's wrong Mr Michael?”
“No. There's nothing wrong. I have to go now, Miss Arimbi.”
He had already done the Emir's order and the Emir had already left so he should not linger there. “Do you want a cup of tea before leaving Mr Michael?” ask Arimbi.
“Not necessary. Thanks though. Maybe next time Miss Arimbi.” she replied.
Since Mike insists on leaving, Arimbi does not hold him back. Just as he wants to drive her away, Mike rejects her once again.
After Mike left and the atmosphere of the house back quiet and calm, Arimbi relax for a moment but he again remembered his car and felt disappointed thinking about his BMW without tires.
“Young Miss Arimbi.” call Beni with respect.
Arimbi turned around and said softly, “There is no need to call me that. Just call me Arimbi. The Emir and I, married in secret. Old Madam Serkan and the other families do not know about our relationship.”
Arimbi also would not say a word if the Emir did not announce their relationship. Because he doesn't want to be played around like a fool.
“Should I call you Young Madame Arimbi when in front of Mr Emir and call you Miss Arimbi when there is an outsider?”
Beni's attitude towards Arimbi is very polite and respectful. Beni could see that Emur was behaving somewhat differently to him because of Arimbi. For a stubborn and domineering man like the Emir, if he breaks his own rules it means that he is doing it for someone who has an important place in his heart. Beni also views Arimbi as a good woman.
“Good. You can call me that.” replied Arimbi smiling. He doesn't bother with calls.
“Mistress, will you take a nap?”
“Is there anything else I should do?”
“Young Master Emir has asked me to give Madam a tour of Villa Serkan and do ten rounds until you get used to the environment around here. He said it does not matter if you do not remember the other way but you have to remember the way in and out of this house.” said Beni with a smile giving an explanation and Emir's message.
“All roads are lined with greenery and cross in all directions. Like walking in the labyrinth alone.” said Arimbi annoyed. It is rather challenging to remember the way in and the way out.
“You are right Madam. The path near the entrance is indeed designed as a labyrinth so that outsiders get lost and have trouble finding their way to the area of the house where they live This is a design to protect the privacy and security of the house.”
Many scouts kept watch over the Serkan family residence and any news that came out about them would spread like embers all over the country. The outside world had always been interested in the mysterious Villa Serkan but they could only rely on the scouts to dig up information once in a while. That's why the scouts are always interested in taking photos of the family's personal life.
Even many of them sneaked into the compound when the security guards were busy. Hence the entrance was made like a labyrinth to block them. There are also more than a dozen fierce dogs kept deep within the complex. Arimbi pursed his lips and grumbled softly, but he was forced to follow Beni around Serkan Villa.
