The Romance of Earth and Blue
PART 29 – Blue, World, and Its Seasons

I don't know what dreams suddenly took hold of Blue last night. Saturday afternoon he was suddenly in front of my house. Whereas previously Blue said that today he had to attend a family event.

“Come to the beach,” he said without further ado.

“Hah?”

Blue showed her an anxious smile as she got off the bike and walked up to me who was just standing in front of the gate of my house. “Ke beach, baby,” he said repeating while scrambling the top of my hair.

I immediately entered my room and took a shower very quickly. I also did not want to think too long about the outfit and immediately took a knee-length floral blue dress and braided my hair into two parts.

Mom and Dad were going to Grandma's house, so I had to ask permission by calling. Thank goodness I just came from college. I took my shoes to the terrace and passed by him.

“I want to go out first,” I said to him who seemed to be sitting with Blue in the living room.

But my tiredness paid off when I saw the beach so clean. The waves aren't too strong.

“Iya. Little do you know, let's get down.” Blue took my hand and led me down from the top of the hill slowly.

The beach is not too crowded. There were only a few people who seemed to be walking to the dock for fishing.

I always loved the beach. So I immediately took off my shoes and ran around on the beach while enjoying a little pounding from the sea that touched my bare feet.

“Blue, here,” call me a fun one myself.

I saw Blue just sitting watching me running around. He got up and approached me.

“I love the beach. Exciting, siniaan deh let hit the waves,” I said while pulling his hand to get closer.

I chuckle. “Will not play?”

He shook his head as he walked back to where he was. I was busy with my own world. It feels good when small fish approach out of curiosity.

After playing, I feel tired. I looked over and found Blue still in its original place. His sight never escaped me.

“Stenns?” ask her as I sit right next to her.

“Banget. Thanks for coming here.”

He nodded. “You pack my gift?”

I immediately held the necklace I was wearing and nodded. This is the year's gift from Blue. I really like its simple shape but looks graceful.

“Suitable you use,” he said with a smile.

“Emang yes?”

“You don't believe me?”

I can't answer. I don't know why my self-confidence is so big.

“I'm not pretty,” I mumbled slowly."

Blue held both of my shoulders and I immediately raised my face to turn myself back to drown in those clear eyes.

I'm shaking. “Don't know.”

“Earth, I'm physically stuck. You are beautiful, so I like.”

I was really surprised by that answer. “But guys always say they don't look physical? Why are you the opposite?” many wonder.

Blue looked at me seriously. A small burst of waves reflected from his brownish eyes.

After that we talked about school friends until it did not feel dusk had arrived. The wind did not blow as hard as before. The sky became reddish in color. It looks so beautiful. We were completely silent to enjoy the sight before us.

I looked over and saw Blue which looked very beautiful. Even from the side, he looks handsome.

“Can I not take your photo?” my question made him look.

Blue seemed confused by my question. “Tumben.”

“It feels like you match dusk. I want to take a picture of you, I keep making wallpaper, can I?” I tried to give him permission.

I really didn't think he would agree to it. Blue is very difficult to take pictures. I sometimes wonder why handsome men rarely show their faces on social media. That's something to be proud of.

He stood up and followed all my directions without complaining. There are a dozen photos I took. Blue looks perfect.

Blue smile. “Tadi. You're beautiful, aren't you? I became a wallpaper too deh,” he said then took over his phone from my grasp. He really made my picture his wallpaper.

His face was red because of it. Blue knows how to treat women very well.
