Rianti slowly stepped out of the nursing room he visited this morning to his room on the fifth floor, the highest floor in the hospital.

"Who is Rin's guest?" rianti asked Rina, the woman who had been his assistant for several months, to be the director of the hospital.

"Sulis didn't say her name was Ma'am, just said she was a man" replied Rina while twitching the elevator button and helping Rianti when she was about to enter the elevator.

"Alright, then prepare a meeting room and accompany me" said Rianti,

The two entered the internal meeting room which was still on the same floor as Rianti's room to receive male guests, she never received any male guests in her room. Rianti takes great care of himself, avoiding things that are not expected by keeping a distance with the opposite sex. The existence of people around him who are all women really help him freely in carrying out various activities.

"Assalamu'alaikum" Rianti said as he entered the internal meeting room where he had been waiting for someone who was his guest.

"Wa'alaikumsalam" the guest who was facing the glass window turned his body, turning,

"Mas Arga?" Rianti smiled to see who the guest who had come, it had been a long time that the man who was now standing in front of him had not come to visit him. Usually Arga will come regularly every two weeks to visit him for various reasons, but almost a month more Arga did not come even send him a message.

"How are you, Ri?" asked Arga with her friendly smile, a look of longing was clearly visible on her face.

"Alhamdulillah Mas, I am good. How's Mas doing?" rianti replied, he invited Arga to sit on the sofa in the meeting room.

"This is how." answered Arga while dropping his body on the sofa.

"Well...did that lemes?" rianti asked in wonder,

"I just came home from abroad Ri, still jet lag" replied Arga lethargic,

"Why not rest? Even here? There's a state assignment too?" rianti asked worriedly, he looked at Arga's face which did look tired.

"Yes, even the duty of the afterlife" replied Arga casually, he sipped the warm tea that the office girl officer had just presented before him.

"Raniya, how are you?" after a long conversation with Rianti Arga only realized the existence of Rianti's assistant who was also in the room, he did choose a little away from his boss even though he was still in the same room, after knowing if the guest who came was Arga.

During Rianti in Garut Arga fairly often come to visit Rianti. All the doctors and hospital staff knew that Arga was a confidant of the hospital owner. But the more here they conclude that the arrival of Arga is not only about work but there are other things related to Rianti.

"About the last message I sent a few weeks ago" Arga reminded Rianti, he was not out of his mind as he was agitated to think about all about the woman and what she had revealed, Rianti forgot about it.

Rianti also reached into the phone that he kept in his blazer pocket, scrolling looking for his chat with Arga.

Deg Rianti was a little jolted when he reread Arga's last message and apparently he had not had time to reply.

'Ri, I hope this time you can open your heart for me. I have an important job in the next few days, I hope that on my return you've got the right answer'

Arga's message that had made his body feel frozen because of shock made him feel it again when he read it again. Rianti really did not expect Arga still harbored feelings for him.

"Rina please help Rianti, she seems to be in pain" Arga cried in panic,

"Mom, why's mom?" asked Rina who was defeated in panic, she immediately approached Rianti to make sure of the situation.

"Mom, it looks like mom is going to give birth" said Rina made Arga more panicked,

"What's? Be born? So how's this?" Arga is confused what to do, though,

"We go to Rin's delivery room, please call Anggi's doctor." Rianti said as he tried to get up from his seat.

"Astaghfirullah" cried Rianti, he felt a contraction again,

"Mom, the water has broken, you should sit here first I'll call another nurse. Mr. Arga, please keep Bu Rianti here" Pinta Rina who immediately ran left the room while calling the delivery.

"Ri, you must endure, strong yes" unknowingly Arga shed her tears seeing the state of Rianti, she also rubbed the top of Rianti's head that was leaning on the sopa while closing her eyes to endure the pain,

"Bag.."

"Here, let's hurry!" Lina came in a hurry with the two male nurses who were carrying wheelchairs.

"Mom, you can still stand, right?" Rina made sure of her superior state, she shifted the wheelchair closer to Rianti.

"Yes." replied Rianti weakly, he opened his eyes slowly and prepared to stand up, the pain in his stomach still felt visible from his face more and more paled,

"Ri, I'm worried, yes, permission to carry you." without waiting for Arga's answer, he immediately carried Rianti and moved her into a wheelchair.

The nurse pushed the wheelchair, while Rina clasped Rianti's hand tightly as if to give her superior the strength to survive. Arga followed them from behind.

"Mas, your clothes are wet" while in the elevator Rianti still had time to worry about Arga, his condition began to calm as the contractions in his stomach subsided.

"It's okay that I can change my clothes, the important thing is that you immediately handle" replied Arga to calm Rianti, the woman again grimaced when she felt the contractions in her stomach.

"Ri, hang on" Arga grew more panicked, there was pain she felt when she saw the pain Rianti felt.

A VIP maternity room was set up by the team at the hospital. The doctor who served as an obstetrician was also prepared after getting a call directly from Rina if the possibility of Rianti will soon give birth.

"Please everyone wait outside, it looks like Bu Rianti has completed the opening and will soon give birth" said Dr. Anggo who is a doctor subscribed to Rianti every routine checked.

"Ri, you're strong huh? I'll wait outside" Arga said before leaving the room where Rianti was due to give birth.

"Yes, thank you" said Rianti weak because it looks like the baby is increasingly eager to get out.

"It turns out my prediction is correct, that Mother will give birth sooner than expected" said Anggi doctor smiling at Rianti who was ready with his special clothes. She was already lying on the bed with her face turning pale withstanding the pain that was becoming more and more due to the contractions in her abdominal area.

"Yes doc, fortunately I have prepared everything early on according to the direction of the doctor" Rianti replied with a grimacing face,

"It looks like everything is ready, then we start ya ma'am. Please follow my directions." Anggi doctor prepared in his position to guide Rianti to enjoy her childbirth calmly and relaxed.

While outside the room, Arga was pacing back and forth with his anxious face, thirty minutes had passed but there were no signs that Rianti had given birth.

The shadow of Rianti's face that held back pain again made her hair stand up, tears were back in her eyes. He could not imagine what Rianti was going through at the moment.

Fortunately he immediately slid to Garut overnight, even though it was only the afternoon he arrived in Indonesia after several weeks abroad replacing Arzan.

Apparently his instinct can not be lied to, that his longing for the figure of the woman made him a person who accompanied Rianti through the struggle of childbirth which is certainly not easy.

Arga's daydreams collapsed instantly when she heard the sound of a baby crying that sounded so loud from the room where Rianti was.

"Alhamdulillah" without realizing Arga was crying, she was happy and moved to hear the sound of baby crying.

The shadow of Arzan when she gave birth to Tiara also flashed through her mind, now she understood why Arzan was so sweet when Tiara gave birth. He alone waited outside so worried, especially Arzan who immediately joined Tiara in the maternity room. More horror than he imagined.

"Suster, can I come in?" Arga hunts down the nurse who came out of Rianti's maternity room,

"No sir, Mrs Rianti and the baby will be cleaned first and will be transferred to the treatment room. After that, you can just meet him." replied the nurse was friendly, he was also pleased to continue his activities.

In less than an hour, Rianti had already been transferred to the treatment room. A nurse held a baby that had been cleaned to be handed over to his mother.

"Doctor, can I come in?" Arga approached the doctor who had just come out of Rianti's room and was answered with a nod of the head by a doctor who knew that Arga was a confidant of the owner of the hospital where he worked.

"Of course, please Sir!" the doctor replied politely and kindly,

Arga immediately entered the room, he nailed to find a beautiful scene in front of him where Rianti was sitting on his bed holding his son and smiling at him.

With the approval of Rianti Arga, he also tried the newborn baby Rianti who was female. Very beautiful and clearly visible if the good looks of Nathan is very dominating there.
