Evan's Feelings

Evan held onto the steering wheel of the Car firmly with a burst of fury. He just got out of the courthouse. This afternoon's agenda was an attempt at mediation between him and Anggita. The attempt failed because Anggita was absent.

Evan's angry. Evan felt disrespected by Anggita because the woman did not appear before him today. Many words he compiled last night to express to Anggita but the word must be stored in his heart because of the absence of Anggita.

After his anger subsides, Evan takes his car to Martin's grandfather's house. He could not wait to arrive at the house to reward a hurtful word for Anggita.

"Angita, Anggita," called out Evan shouting after his feet were in front of the main door of Martin's grandfather's house.

Evan walked in with a mouth that kept calling for his wife. On his face was clearly a look of anger that had to be vented as soon as possible. He made a quick walk to the room Anggita had occupied while staying at Martin's grandfather's house.

Evan exits the room and searches for Rieta's grandmother.

"Where's grandma?" evan asked one of the servants in the house.

"In the treatment room, Lord, sir," the servant replied. Evan stepped quickly towards the treatment room mentioned by the maid.

"Where is the woman?" evan asked after joining the extended family of Martin's grandfather who had gathered in the room.

"The woman has the name Evan. As long as you're married. I can remember that if you say her name can be counted on the fingers" Rieta's grandmother said without looking at her granddaughter's face. That's right Grandma Rieta said. Evan can count fingers mentioning his wife's name.

"That doesn't matter, grandma. I asked where he was."

"He's gone. He's capitulating. She can no longer be your wife because of your attitude. Happy grandson. Enjoy the status of the widower that is soon attached to you." Rieta's grandmother deliberately insinuated her granddaughter.

Slowly Evan opened the top sheet by sheet of files. The file is a certificate of home and cafe over Anggita.

"He gave it back before he left. And here's a name transfer letter on both files that belongs to you. Let us also give thanks to you. Thanks to your marriage. Anggita is detached from her stepfather who nearly raped her during her stay with her mother" said Aunt Tiara as she handed her a piece of paper she took in her purse.

"And your judgment and your mama's are wrong. Aggita is not a treasure-mad woman. He only wanted to save his pride from his depraved stepfather. Evan falls to the floor but Indra catches Evan's collar. He gripped firmly on the collar so Evan felt suffocated. Evan is now threatened and helpless.

"Look yeah. I will finish you off if you still dare to act disrespectfully to me. Just so you know. I hate you so much. Because of you I failed to get the virgin Anggita. And because you hurt Anggita makes me lose her mother too" Indra said angrily. He then hits Evan venting his anger at the loss of two women who became his prey.

Evan repulsed Indra by pushing Indra with his foot. Evan's fight succeeded now Indra who fell. Not wanting to give up that opportunity. Now Evan is on Indra's body with a hand that continues to punch Indra's body parts.

The duel between Evan and Indra was ultimately inevitable. They hit each other and rolled on the floor and sometimes crushed each other.
