"Support payment. What do you mean?" evan asked completely not understanding.
"See your phone. Aunt Ani's already sending their conversation to your phone."
Evan immediately felt his pants pocket. The phone is not in that pocket. Evan immediately looked for his phone on the desk. Justright. The phone is on the table with a video message that has entered the phone.
Evan opened the video. He stiffened his jaw on hearing the conversation. The person who is said to be demanding the payment is looking for Adelia to Evan's house. The man threatens Ani's aunt whom she suspects is hiding Adelia. Evan concluded that the man's intended charges were related to an accident that almost took his life a few years ago.
After hearing the video conversation. Evan looks like he's making a call.
"Auntie, is that guy still at home?" ask Evan to Aunt Ani by phone.
"Hold him home" Evan said.
"Rico, we're home now" Evan told Rico. The man immediately nodded his head and followed Evan. Evan and Rico don't realize they've ignored Danny in the room.
Danny finally got out of the room. Hearing for yourself how someone is demanding payment because of past deeds makes Danny decide to follow the car that brought Evan and Rico.
"Where is he?" evan asked impatiently after getting out of the car. Aunt Ani had already welcomed her master's arrival.
"That's sir," pointed Aunt Ani to someone sitting at the security guard post.
"Make him come in" Evan said. The man breezed into the house along with Danny's car which had also stopped in the yard of the house.
"We still have business?" evan asked who saw Danny sitting with him in the living room.
"No. I'm just worried about you. You left me in the room because of someone you didn't know. I'm afraid he's a bad guy. As a sister I just want to protect my own brother."
"There are many reasons for you."
Danny smiled. He casually sat down with his legs hitting each other. His eyes went around looking at the wall which turned out to have many picture frames hanging on the wall.
After seeing the photos one by one. Danny looked up at his brother. It seems Evan really regretted his actions until the wedding photos that were not on the wall were now photos of Anggita and Evan became a decoration on the wall.
"Bro, do you really regret all your actions to Anggita?.
Danny couldn't help but ask that question. Earlier he did not want to discuss Anggita at all but looked at the photo. Danny couldn't help but ask.
"Not only sorry. I sometimes curse myself for the past's deeds." Evan still looks sad when it comes to his past being discussed.
"When you feel that regret. After Anggita leaves or after the sack of divorce's hammer."
"Actually I'm very sorry after knowing all the truth about Angita."
"Are you the one who sued?"
"No. In our agreement, I'm actually gonna sue him. But maybe because she couldn't stand it, Angita ended up suing me."
Danny was surprised. Anggita and Evan actually ex-husband wife never registered their divorce. Who registered the divorce.
"Do you have a lawyer during the divorce process."
"Not at all. I don't have the help of the law enforcement."
Danny immediately concluded that the one who registered the divorce was Adelia. No one else wants Anggita and Evan divorced other than the woman. After all, Adelia once lived in the house, making Danny very sure of his conclusion.
Danny and Evan looked at the door. Rico and the stranger have entered the house.
"Sit on the couch alone" Evan told the stranger. The stranger was almost on the floor. Perhaps due to looking at the luxurious sofa, the foreign man was too hesitant to sit opposite Evan and the others.
"Tell me what you mean and what your purpose is to find Adelia."
Evan is acting normally to make the stranger not afraid to say his purpose and purpose in finding Adelia. The stranger looked down his head.
"There's something important I need to take away from Miss Adelia. He must take responsibility for my mother's current state."
"Then, why are you looking for that woman in this house. This isn't her house. He just hitchhiked here."
"Three months ago. We met in this house. He sent me here."
"Wait, what do you mean to demand payment for past deeds." Rico asked now.
"Ten years ago, Miss Adelia asked my mother for help to donate blood to her fainting friend. But after my mother donated her blood, Miss Adelia told my mother to leave the hospital immediately. He promised to help our family. One year ago my mother was sentenced to have cancer of the uterus. This week is scheduled for surgery. Three months ago he promised to help with my mother's surgery costs."
Danny and Rico look at each other after hearing the story of the stranger. Ten years ago Evan and Rico had the most severe accident and Evan. The same time the mother of the stranger donated her blood to Adelia's friend. Could it be the mother of the man who donated her blood to Evan but Anggita claimed to be his donor.
"Do you know the name of Adelia's friend who was helped by your mother?" asked Evan gently.
"I didn't know it. But maybe my mom knows his name."
"Is there any evidence that your mother donated her blood to her friend Adelia?"
"Not really. But my mother once told me that Adelia's friend who she helped was badly injured in the right thigh."
Evan clenched his teeth because it was red. The description of the stranger was enough to prove that he was the one he helped by his mother. He still remembered how his right thigh was so badly injured that the flesh on his thigh was detached from the bone. If now his right thigh is almost perfect it is because after the accident it grows new flesh.
"Go home, Adelia's not in this house. If you want to see Adelia. He's in jail now. I can only give you money to go home," Evan said as he handed over a few hundred bills to the man.
The stranger looked sluggish. He took the money out of Evan's hands and left the house after saying thank you.
"I don't think he's lying" Danny said after the three of them stayed in the living room.
"Rico, call the police and tell Adelia to get information about who donated blood to me. I need that information immediately."
Evan said with a look of Eyes that were overpowered with anger. Not himself refused to believe the description of the stranger. He just wants the heart to act considering the many fraudsters today. Given that Adelia who he considered a good woman turned out to be a bad woman. Makes Evan not easy to believe what he said the stranger.
Two hours later, Rico and Evan get information from the police if the person who donated blood to Evan is not Adelia. Evan increasingly looks angry knowing the rotten nature of Adelia who turns out not only trying to harm Anggita. It turns out that the woman had been lying for years to become Evan's lover. Suppose Adelia was in that place forever the woman could have been battered by Evan's anger.
"There's no other way Evan. We have to get to that town. You owe your life to that mother anyway" Rico said. Realize if the stranger has gone far and must be difficult to find. Evan looks sorry for not directly trusting the stranger.
Evan seemed to be thinking. The accident ten years ago still lingers in his memory. Given how tragic the accident made Evan reluctant to remember the name of the City let alone have to return to visit the City.
"Convinced you are. If we go back there we won't have another accident. Pity the mother if it does not become an operation because it is constrained by costs" said Rico.
"Well, it's appropriate now that I repay this favor. Rico, please set our schedule. Empty a special day to meet the mother. If possible tomorrow or the day after," said Evan.
Danny raised his head to hear Evan's willingness to go to the City. The same city that is now the residence of Anggita.
"Women, Evan's going to that town. If you guys meet. Not because I told you where you were" Danny said in his heart. He made no attempt to forbid Evan to go to that City.
