"How's it going, Doc?" devan asked as he sat on the bed beside Kanaya and held Kanaya's hand back.

Alika and Ratna seemed very tense, they looked at each other mundah - hopefully their assumptions were wrong.

The doctor smiled and thought Devan was impatient to hear the test results.

"Congratulations, sir, Mom. Mother is not sick, but is pregnant and her gestational age has reached 10 weeks" said the doctor with a big smile.

Devan and Kanaya were very surprised to hear that. For both of them, it was never in their minds.

'A.....what?! Kanaya's pregnant.' Inner Devan. While looking towards Kanaya who was still gawking at what the Doctor said. Kanaya's expression turned erratic.

'Aaaaaa... Whahuh? l'm pregnant? It was impossible.it was impossible.' Inner Kanaya with well-studded eyes. His tongue could not say anything. All sorts of feelings raged on him.

Kanaya tries to deny her and she refuses to be declared pregnant. She really cannot accept the fact that she is pregnant!

"No Doctor, I'm not pregnant!" Kanaya Shouts.

Devan who was still syock with the news was silent. He was trying to accept what the doctor had just said. 'Will be pregnant. 10 weeks, Elvano's child?' devan said in his heart.

"Doctor, you should go out first," said Alika trying to back up the Doctor with the situation. Only then did the Doctor realize that Kanaya did not want the pregnancy. He had misinterpreted the couple before him.

The doctor thought Kanaya and Devan were a couple of Husband Wives, because he saw how attentive Devan was to Kanaya.

The doctor immediately called the nurse to help her calm Kanaya who looked very hysterical.

"Devan... Devan!" call Alika while shaking Devan's shoulder, and Devan awakens from his own banquet. He turned his head and saw a hysterical kanaya held by two nurses. Reflectively Devan approached Kanaya and immediately hugged her.

"Ay already. No pa-pa" he said, stroking and hugging Kanaya's head trying to calm her down.

"No! I don't want to!" Kanaya said, shaking Devan's hand. He can't take Devan's words for granted.

At that time Kanaya could not accept anyone to approach her. He was very disappointed and angry at what happened. The news of her pregnancy was a real blow to her. He has just released and closed the book from his marriage to Elvano and is about to start a new story with Devan. And now she doesn't claim to have conceived Elvano's child?

The nurse had to give a sedative to Kanaya who was still hysterical until she could calm down and the nurse put her in bed.

Devan came out of the room and leaned against the glass wall of the hospital, he was honestly very confused and did not know what to do. On the other hand he loved Kanaya very much, but the child in Kanaya's birth was not his child. Devan looked up and looked at the sky - the sky above him.

He walked to the park next to the hospital and sat there.

He plans to marry Kanaya even though he knows Kanaya is no longer a girl. With a definite move Devan returns to Kanaya's treatment room. He opened the door slowly and walked in. As he entered Kanaya was sitting on the hospital bed facing the other direction, while Alika and Ratna were trying to strengthen him.

Alika and Ratna looked at each other before they left the room, giving Devan and Kanaya time to speak.

Kanaya is not emotional anymore, but she is still crying.

"Kanaya.." said Devan as he reached for Kanaya's hand. However, Kanaya immediately pulled him.

Devan did not give up, he sat on the edge of the bed and revealed Kanaya's hair covering her face.

Kanaya looked very sad and desperate. Her eyes swelled up because of her cries from earlier.

"I know, you were very surprised. We are all equally surprised. But, you can't be like this, Ay." said Devan.

"I don't want it, Van. I really don't want this kid!" Sergey Kanaya hitting his stomach.

"Kanaya's... Kanaya!" Devan immediately pulled Kanaya's hand from her stomach and hugged her. He hugged her in his arms.

"Remember Kanaya the boy is innocent, never hurt him," Devan said trying to let go of his embrace. He did not want Kanaya to hurt the child in her womb or hurt her herself.

"Why is this, Van? Why should I be pregnant with Elvano's child?" Kanaya.

"I want to be free, Van? I don't want to be with Elvano anymore! But why is there Elvano's son in my stomach now? Why?" kanaya asked with tears.

Devan released his embrace and cupped Kanaya's sad face.

"Ay.., listen to me. You and Elvano are separated. If you don't want to be with him anymore, no one will force you to come back with him" Devan said as he stared at Kanaya's bead without blinking and so did Kanaya.

"Whoever is His Father. You are his mother. And this kid is a part of you, Ay. He's counting on you don't hurt him." Devan said as if hypnotizing Kanaya who looked at him unblinkingly.

"And I promise, Ay. Will always accompany you through this. I won't leave you alone" Devan promised.

Kanaya listened to Devan and closed her eyes. Even when he was very sad, Devan was always there for him.

"You're gonna be okay, Ay. I promise, I won't let anything bad happen to you" Devan said as he hugged Kanaya back and gently rubbed her hair.
