Love for Him Exists
His hand grabbed me and led me towards the dining room, not far from there. Desi had prepared breakfast in the clean kitchen.
"Have you had breakfast, Ay?" tanyakanya.
"Not yet" I replied, shaking my head and sitting in the stool on the island table in his kitchen, next to him.
"Before breakfast is ready Madam, sir," Desi said as she looked at us in turn.
"Desi, you can call me Kanaya" I said feeling she shouldn't always call me Madam.
But Desi just smiled while putting a plate of delicious-looking pancakes in front of us, then some choices of sauce, eggs and fruit.
"What does the lady want to drink?" ask Desi.
"Corrus juice?" ask her again before I can answer her question and I nod.
Desi got me a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee for Kak Elvano, then he resigned himself and let me and Kak Elvano enjoy our breakfast.
"Desi is still like before" I said as he left us both.
It hasn't changed much. Even though he was 50 years old, he was still as deft and kind as when I lived in Kak Elvano's house in D.
"Yes, I fit him" said Elvano, taking a few pancakes for me and for himself.
Elvano chose to eat it with eggs as well as butter, while I prefer to use the finished strobery and banana fruit.
"What's up Ay? What made you come here so early?" elvano finally asked. It seemed like he had been holding back that question ever since he saw me.
"I thought of what you said, Brother El," I replied with a glance as I glanced at him.
"About?" tanyakanya.
I think he knew what I meant, but he asked. Does he want to be sure?
"Opens a new leaf." I replied repeating his request more than a week ago, as I turned to him.
He put down his cutlery, and turned my body to face him.
"Sister Elvano... Do you love me?" I asked him to look back at his eyeballs.
"Always Ay. I always loved you" he replied. The answer was short, but I knew he honestly said it and my chest was rumbling strongly because of it.
"Although...if I cannot repay your love equally?" ask her. I want to see how he reacts. Honestly, I don't know how much I have for her. If he loved me long ago and always loved me, would it be fair if I just returned with a little bit of love?
She smiles.
"If you had a little bit of love in your heart for me, I would be very happy. I'm sure your love will grow over time, and you'll be able to love me as much as I love you" she said, looking at me. His two clear eyeballs looked at me, and the words touched all the way to the bottom of my innermost recess, opening up something that had been there for a long time, buried and locked for a long time.
In silence, the warmth began to spread, revealing its existence, making me hold my breath for a split second, realizing that love for her existed.
"Kanaya, do you want to give me a chance, a chance once again to let me win your heart? happy for you and the kids?" tanyakanya.
How can I say no, when my heart cheers saying yes? Yes, I want you to love me, I want you to make me happy, and I want you to show me your love so that I can love you as much as you love me, Brother El. Everything in my mind came out in the form of a nod to him.
"Is Ay really?" he asked with glassy eyes, as if he could not believe what he saw.
"Yes, Brother El." I replied while nodding and smiling at him though, my eyes began to glaze over, and finally the warm droplets fell onto my cheeks as he hugged me with joy, showering my head with his kiss.
"Thank you Kanaya, you make me so happy. I will not waste it! I promise you, I'll make you happy, Alvaro and Clara!" His words in front of me then kissed my forehead very deeply, before holding me back in his arms.
Though my tears were flowing, I smiled in his arms. I also felt happiness in myself, seeing it happy.
I'm not going to think anything of the sort and just go through my time with Kak Elvano, Alvaro and Clara.
