The Cause of Kanaya's Nightmare

Devan put Kanaya's bag on the bed and sat down next to Kanaya.

"Don't think like that, Ay. Just rest for the night. You are safe here" Devan said, calming Kanaya down.

"Thank you, Van. If there were no you, maybe Brother Elvano would have found me" Kanaya said, hugging Devan.

"Don't worry, as long as you're here, I'll protect you, Ay. Elvano won't hurt you. I promise," Devan said as he hugged Kanaya tightly and patted Kanaya on the shoulder.

After that, Devan took off his embrace.

"Now you rest first, tomorrow morning we speak again," Devan said as he gently rubbed Kanaya's head, and put Kanaya's hair that fell on her face behind her ears. Kanaya smiled and nodded.He felt calm because Devan was by his side. Devan moved out of Kanaya's room, allowing Kanaya to rest, while he himself walked into her room and to rest.

"You think you can just walk away, huh?" elvano shouted as he gripped Kanaya's wrist and threw her on the bed.

"No, Brother El, please don't hurt me!"Shouted Kanaya trying to get up and away from Elvano who was walking towards her.

"You're mine, Kanaya! No one else can have you! Not even with Devan!" Shouted Elvano while grabbing Kanaya's ankle and pulling her until Kanaya was in Elvano's cage again.

"You're mine, Kanaya!" Shouted Elvano in front of his face then*******Canaya's lips violently, not caring about the rebellious Kanaya.

"No, Brother Elvanooo! Please let go of meuuu!" Kanaya shouted with a gasp and her hand hit someone's body.

"Ay woke up Ay," a voice sounded Devan in his ear as a pair of hands flicked his hands from rebelling.

"It's me Devan, you're safe here" Devan said as Kanaya opened her eyes.

"I'm scared, Van. I'm really scared, '" cried Kanaya in Devan's chest.

"Sssssst. I'm here, there's me, no one's going to hurt you" Devan calmed Kanaya down while hugging her tightly.

Alika and Bella who woke up from Kanaya's screams could only look at Kanaya with pity.

The morning had not yet come, and they had just fallen asleep for a few hours, but Kanaya had already woken up from her nightmare.

Bella immediately went to get a glass of water for Kanaya.

"Madamma, drink this" Bella told Kanaya, giving her a glass of water.

Devan grabbed the glass, and drank the water on Kanaya, then he gave the glass back to Bella.

"Yes, you're just dreaming. You better go back to sleep, it's already night," Devan said as he rubbed Kanaya's sweaty forehead.

It was only 1 p.m., and Devan had not slept as he heard Kanaya screaming in his sleep.

Kanaya shakes.

"No Van, I don't want to sleep anymore! I don't want to dream like that anymore!" Jerit Kanaya with fear.

"I'll be with you, Ay. I will accompany you to sleep" Devan said, looking at Kanaya worriedly.

Kanaya nodded and Devan immediately put Kanaya on the bed, and let Kanaya sleep on her chest.

Alika invites Bella out of the room to let Devan and Kanaya rest.

"I'll take care of you, Ay. Now go to sleep," said Devan.

Kanaya tries to close her eyes while listening to Devan's heartbeat in her ear which beats like a music that makes her feel safe and calm.

"Tell me, does Kanaya often have nightmares like that?" alika asked Bella.

"Yes Mother, Madam every day always has nightmares, therefore Madam is very afraid if she has to sleep at night" said Bella sadly.

Alika's suspicions upon seeing the dark circles under Kanaya's eyes turned out to be true. Kanaya is indeed lacking rest because of her nightmares.

"What actually happened? What makes him like that?" alika asked to know.

Bella remained silent. He hesitated to tell her what had happened to Kanaya all this time.

"It's okay Bella, you can tell me. Your mistress I've looked like my own child, and no one will hurt you anyway" Alika said, trying to persuade Bella to tell her what happened.

"Mistress has been getting bad treatment from Mr. Elvano" Bella said.

"Not good as what? Did he hit her?" alika asked to know.

Bella was silent again and hesitated to answer.

"Bella, you know that we're all here to love your Lady very much. And my son will protect her from anyone who tries to hurt her" Alika said, trying to convince Bella in her good faith and Devan helped Kanaya.

"Mr Elvano whipped Madam whenever Mr. jealous or when Madam talked to other men" Bella said slowly.

"Yes God! Is he really doing that?" alika almost couldn't believe it. Because they seem to be compatible with each other.

"Yes Mother, all of that is true. Because I myself help treat the wounds of the Madam," said Bella.

"Don't anyone know that?" ask Alika wonder.

"No Madam, no one knows, other than us servants in the house," replied Bella.

"What about her mother, does she know?" ask Alika curiously. How could none of his relatives know.

"Mrs Ratna and Ms. Luna no one knows, because you always treat Mrs Kanaya well in front of them" Bella said.

"And Kanaya was silent to be treated like that?" alika asked furiously. He who did not experience himself felt furious and angry at Elvano.

"Mrs couldn't do anything because Mr. Elvano threatened to do something to her parents" Bella said.

"Oh my God, so sorry for you Kanaya, if I had known for a long time, I would have taken you with me" Alika said with tears. He could feel Kanaya's sadness and pain all this time.

"But what traumatized her the most was the incident that night" Bella said. And the look on Bella's face turned completely devastated by what happened to her Nyonya.

"What happened to Bella? What happened that night? What's Elvano been doing to Kanaya all this time?" tanya Alika bertubi - tubes.

"For all this time Master never touched Madam. I don't know why, but you never treat the Lady like her real wife" Bella said.

Alika shook her head.

"That night no one saw what the Master did to the Madam, but the Madam had changed greatly since the events of that night. And according to the story I heard from Ms. Desi, Mr. Elvano was very jealous of a Man that Madam had met before, and he forced his will on the Madam that night," bella said while shedding tears. Alika gasped and covered her mouth with both hands.

"Oh my God, how cruel Elvano is to her! Barbarians!" Let Alika be to him.
