Chapter 23: Reunion Event

“Alvaro ..” call Olvee gently.

“Alvaro, stop. Maybe he's not ready to let you go in front of his parents. Your relationship also seems to have only been running for a few months.” Olvee again persuaded Alvaro that since they departed earlier, his mood has not improved.

“I have not heard anything about the problem,” said Zara who did not hear any stories from Olvee about the relationship between Jihan and Alvaro. He only heard last time that Alvaro used his relationship with Jihan to make Olvee jealous.

“Already, don't talk about the woman again in this car!” Alvaro spoke up in a voice that was still upset when Olvee was about to reply.

“Ok, it's quite common not to snap. If jealous don't vent it on others!” ketus Zara's.

“I'm not jealous, that woman who pisses me off because instead of breaking up the relationship, she came instead as if she was still my fiancee.” Alvaro's answer this time invited Zara's laughter.

“The woman obviously likes you, where maybe she wants to break up with you just like that after having so much trouble. You are such a fool! Does she also know about your relationship?” ask Zara later.

“He knew it too knowing that he was used by Alvaro to get me. I feel so guilty for her, Zara,”, Olvee said.

“Obviously it will happen, or he will definitely take advantage of your weakness to get Alvaro. I think if he loves Alvaro so much or is obsessed with him, he will. Vee, if you've decided to accept Alvaro, you should have known this would happen. And if you didn't want Alvaro to choose him from the beginning, you'd have to be evil like this.” Both Alvaro and Olvee silently listened to Jihan's words.

“Don't tell me if you're not ready to take that risk?” zara asked after a long time of not getting a response from the two.

“I think this is the place,” replied Alvaro and brought his car to join the other cars in the parking lot.

Zara and Alvaro got out of the car first. While Olvee now felt a little slow and uninspired. Olvee feels that she has guilt for Jihan because she was too kind to him and to Alvaro. While she becomes an evil woman who has already snatched a man from a woman. Not only that, he became very guilty of being selfish and hypocritical at the same time. If only Jihan could have been a little more mean to him, maybe Olvee wouldn't have felt so guilty about her.

Olvee turned his attention to the young man in front of him. He faintly remembered, this man was a man who was no less popular with Alvaro when on campus first. What Olvee knows, he and Alvaro lack a good relationship. Even until now they still threw sharp glances at each other.

“Come, Alvaro. Where is Zara speaking of which?” Olvee immediately broke up by pulling Alvaro away from there and changing the subject. It just so happened that he also did not see Zara after getting off the car.

“Can't you join the party together with me, Vee?” Alvaro began to be gentle in order to persuade him.

“We can meet in the evening or tomorrow morning when we go home,” Olvee said without looking at Alvaro.

“But I want to spend my time with you,” timpal Alvaro with a contrived voice.

“It doesn't work for me, Alvaro.” Olvee let go of their grasp and started walking away from Alvaro.

“Vee ..” call Alvaro.

“You also take your time to let go of longing with your old friends!” olvee said after they were a considerable distance away.

"This is a reunion!" call Olvee back.

"Vee!" call Alvaro again.

"Hey, Alvaro. Comehere!" As he was about to catch up with Olvee, someone called out to him.
