Chapter 30: Ending a Relationship

“Alvaro-”

“Have you done what I told you yesterday?” alvaro asked first to cut off the words of Evan who had just entered his study.

Alvaro, who was walking back and forth in front of the big window of his room, looked very agitated. He turned his head quickly when he heard the sound of the door opening and his guess was on target. As soon as he saw Evan, he was eager to hear and ascertain whether his revenge had succeeded or not.

“I was just about to say it,” replied Evan with his flat smile.

“Quickly tell me how it happened to that family?” insist Alvaro again do not want to hear more words of Evan's stale.

“As you wish, they've been destroyed overnight.” Evan placed the documents he had brought on Alvaro's desk.

Hearing the gist of Evan's report made Alvaro's smile expand. He was so satisfied to hear that Jihan Handreson's family had been crushed in his hands. Given that he also had immense strength, even greater than a family it made Alvaro proud. Once thought through, he turned out to be more than able to do so, showing just how much power he had.

“But do you think you're not being too cruel to them? You are so devoid of conscience by oppressing a power smaller than you,” Evan commented.

“It wasn't an atrocity, they had to know the consequences if it touched me and Vee. This could also be an example for other families who want to annoy me or Vee.” Alvaro chimed in casually as he walked towards his desk and sat down on his throne again.

“Only you and Brother Vee?” ask Evan.

Alvaro did not reply to what Evan said that insinuated him about his parents. His feelings after destroying the Handreson family did not improve much when he remembered his parents. They still do not consider themselves to be adults like them, considering themselves as children to them. After everything that happened was clear that Olvee was indeed not their biological daughter, they still kept it covered. I don't even want to admit this relationship.

“The positive side of this is that you know for sure something that you only assumed,”, Evan said lightly without changing the position where he stood.

“What's your next plan?” evan asked then while staring at Avaro who was back busy with his work.

“If the words Oma and Opa do not work for them, then I just have to make the evidence real. If that doesn't matter either, I just need to bring Vee to stay by my side forever.” Alvaro shrugged both of his shoulders indifferently as he replied.

“Basic crazy, it's an obsession the name is not love!” evan exclaimed with furrowed brows not really liking the way Alvaro loved Olvee.

“Do you think Kak Vee will be happy by keeping him locked up with you?” continued.

“Evan, you asked so many questions! Don't you have another job? Is your job less?” Alvaro who was starting to feel annoyed, asked coldly and glared at Evan who was still standing not far from his desk.

“You just gave me a hard and troublesome job. If you're human, you'll give me a day off or at least a bonus for my work! Oh, I forgot. You are not a human being, but a demon!” evan snapped half-screaming because he was upset.

“Your question is disturbing my conscience. Our conversation is over here, I don't care what you want after this. I can do it myself!” alvaro's reply lowered his tone, showing guilt to Evan who was already working for him.

“Being arrogant! Just look when I have a new job, I will throw you a resignation letter and will enjoy your suffering afterwards!” Evan left while closing the door to Alvaro's room violently to cause a loud enough sound.

Alvaro sighed after Evan's departure. Thinking about what Evan said did indeed feel very spicy, but that was probably the reality. His feelings for Olvee have indeed surpassed the sense of love between humans. He strongly disagrees that loving means letting the person go if he is happy with someone else. Obviously Olvee also loved him, where maybe he just let go of Olvee just because of the selfishness of his parents.

Even though Olvee was unhappy at his side? Alvaro is not sure Olvee will not be happy by his side despite being without their parents. The only ones who should give up are his parents.

“Jihan, no, don't log in!”

“Please, Alvaro won't like it.”

“Jihan, Jihan, Jihan!”

It was Evan's voices that he heard from the outside, before he finally heard the door of his room open violently, and found the face of the woman he hated the most in front of him. Alvaro says he doesn't like to look at Evan who just let Jihan into his room. However, he stood up from his seat and walked towards the sofa to prepare to serve this woman.

“What do you mean do this to my family, Alvaro?!” His breathing was still breathless yet stable to even speak to himself.

“Finally you showed me your true color, Jihan.” Alvaro stared flatly at Jihan.

“Oh, the. You still don't know that? That's the pay for everything you've done to Vee,” said Alvaro haughty impressed not to care about Jihan.

“You're outrageous!” jihan snapped back without lowering his tone.

Alvaro smiled and laughed then mocked Jihan's misery. “Unfortunately I don't care.”

“Didn't what I did was the right thing? I'm stopping your madness, you should be thanking me, Alvaro. Until now, you will only be a brother and sister, not as a lover. Even your two parents support what I've done, I'm completely innocent!” Evan is worried about what Jihan is saying that provokes Alvaro so much. He was still in this room to keep Alvaro from doing other things because Jihan was the woman he hated.

“After all what do you see from Olvee, Alvaro? You guys living together should have known very well how bad and hypocritical the woman is -”

“Alvaro, don't act crazy! This is your office!” Evan immediately approached and blocked Alvaro who had just stood up and was definitely about to do something to Jihan.

“Let go of me!” alvaro shouted as he thrashed from Evan who was holding his body.

“Soide Evan, Bastard!” snapped Alvaro once more while staring intently at Evan. In the end, the energy he had was greater than Evan so he could easily break away.

“Alvaro!” exclaims Evan and immediately Alvaro raises his one free hand to calm Evan that he will not do the thing that Evan is worried about.

“Who do you think you are, Jihan?” alvaro asked as he gripped Jihan's chin between his five fingers.

Jihan looked in great pain as she was forced to look up by Alvaro's hand clutching her chin. He even clawed at Alvaro's hand hoping he would let go.

“Dare once ********like you insult Vee. You can't compare to him at all, you know? You already know how my power can destroy your entire family in an instant without a remnant, so stop acting in front of me and get out of front of me!” Alvaro violently let go of Jihan's chin making the woman fall back a few steps.

“Alvaro! Please don't make my family like this.” Jihan pleads under Alvaro's feet.

“Go, *******!” snapped Alvaro while shaking his legs with a single blow to make Jihan slip from his legs.

Evan immediately approached Jihan with pity. He helped her stand up while looking at her with a ring on her head.

“If you still love your life, don't help her, Evan.” Alvaro spoke before finally passing back to his desk.

“I'll just take him out,” replied Evan.
