There was no chat between the two during the walk as usual. Arriving at the apartment, Lara got out of the car first as Phoenix drove her car in front of the apartment lobby.
Lara didn't say thank you or anything to Phoenix. Lara walked towards the lobby and suddenly a motorcycle headed towards her by grazing Lara until Lara fell down due to stepping back and her body was unbalanced due to wearing high heels.
Phoenix immediately approached Lara and helped her up.
"Are you okay?" ask Phoenix.
"Hmm," Lara answered briefly and opened her shoes and took them up and walked back leisurely.
"Do you know who he is?" phoenix asked following Lara beside him.
"Yes" Lara replied as if nothing had happened.
"You kidding? You didn't report this?" asked Phoenix who was astonished to see Lara's attitude.
Lara does not respond and makes Phoenix hold Lara's hand until Lara stops her steps.
Lara looked into the grayish-blue eyes of the Phoenix. And Phoenix still looked at it in wonder.
"Who is he?" ask Phoenix.
"Someone who doesn't matter," Lara replied looking up at Phoenix's face as she had removed her high heels and automatically her height was far below Phoenix's.
"I still don't understand you, Lara" Phoenix said.
"Nobody told you to understand me," Lara replied and tried to remove Phoenix's hand from her wrist.
"I'm used to this. And there's no Gonza beside me right now, so there's no one to take care of me" Lara continued.
Then Lara walked back into the lobby and headed for the elevator. Phoenix followed Lara from behind. Then get into the elevator.
Lara is still barefoot and appears inline wound on her calf. Lara just looked at him and played with her feet while leaning against the cold elevator wall.
Phoenix also saw the small wound.
TING ...
Lara walks in front and Phoenix stays behind her until Lara reaches her apartment doorstep.
"You got a medicine box?" phoenix asked before Lara opened the door.
Lara just kept quiet and followed the Phoenix's steps. He walked towards the living room and sat leaning on the sofa.
Shortly after, Phoenix walked out from the direction of his room while carrying a medicine box. Phoenix knelt down and treated the wound that was on Lara's calf.
"It was just a small wound" Lara said.
"But the wound is quite long" Phoenix replied.
After treating Lara's wounds, Phoenix passed the medicine box to Lara.
"Take it for you" said Phoenix.
"I can buy it myself later," Lara replied.
"I want a drink, you don't mind getting me a drink, do you?" said Lara.
Phoenix did not answer and went straight to his kitchen to pick up 2 cans of soda in his refrigerator.
Lara smiled faintly as Phoenix brought 2 cans of drink. That means Phoenix will also drink with him.
"Thanks" said Lara, taking the drink from Phoenix.
"You don't usually say that sacred word" said Phoenix, who was sitting next to Lara.
"I'm in the mood to say it. Be thankful that you heard that sacred word from me" Lara replied as she drank her soda.
Lara then picks up the phone in her bag and appears to be texting someone.
"I'll finish this first and then leave if you don't mind" Lara said without looking at Phoenix.
"You're suspicious" Phoenix replied.
Lara laughed softly.
"Don't you want us to get closer because we're in business? All right, I'll just go home" said Lara.
The Phoenix laughed softly and then the doorbell sounded. Phoenix moved from his sofa and immediately headed towards the door.
