By nightfall, Lara came home from the library on foot. The distance from the library to the apartment is not too far away. Only 1 km. Lara took the time to buy a roadside hotdog to fill her hungry stomach.
Lara saw a homeless man sitting across the street. He looked towards that tramp who looked cold holding back the cold air tonight. His shabby jacket seemed unable to warm his body in this cold weather.
After paying for her hotdog, Lara approached the skinny homeless man and put the hotdog she bought in front of the homeless man sitting down. Lara took off her warm coat and covered the body of the bum who was shaking in the cold.
The old man looked to raise his head towards Lara and smiled.
"Thank you, Sweetie" said the old and skinny man in a soft voice. Lara smiled faintly and went back to buying another hotdog for herself.
A pair of eyes looked at Lara from behind the glass of her car. Her dark blue eyes looked at Lara who looked cold because she had given her coat to the bum earlier.
"Come on Phoenix" said a person who had just entered the Phoenix car, the man who had been looking at Lara ever since.
"Have you? Is there nothing else you want to buy, Sister Thea?" phoenix asked the brother.
"No, let's just go home. Jared's been calling me all the time" Thea said.
Then Phoenix turned on her car and slowed down a bit as she passed Lara who was walking alone by folding her hands in front of her chest.
Phoenix stopped the car and opened the windshield and called Lara.
"Hey, take this" Phoenix said and gave Lara her jacket. Because Lara never picked it up, Phoenix threw it at Lara and left.
"Who is he, Phoenix?" thea asked her handsome youngest sister.
"I don't know. He was cold and I gave him my jacket" Phoenix replied.
"I thought it was your favorite jacket. Isn't that a gift from mommy?" ask Thea.
"You are so sweet as Brother Dillon. Oh yeah, I think she's a pretty girl, you should meet her first. Do we need to turn around?" tanya Thea seduces Phoenix.
Phoenix did not resist the temptation of his brother and remained focused on driving his car.
Lara finally took the jacket given by the stranger. Lara observed the jacket which she thought was an expensive jacket.
Because her body was cold, Lara finally put on the jacket and immediately made her body warm because there was still heat from the body of the man who owned the jacket.
Lara arrives at her apartment and she changes her clothes and eats the hotdog she bought earlier. He said it was already quite a delicious meal for his dinner today.

The next day, Lara comes to a fast food restaurant because she is going to do a job interview. Only 2 people applied and he hoped to be accepted to work there.
Until finally the restaurant owner received Lara working there as a cleaning service. And Lara was already quite happy about it. Lara is no stranger to this job because of the time on the streets she often does odd jobs to just buy food.
Lara worked that day. He took the time to study in his lunch break because the schedule for the university entrance exam with a special track will be held in a few days.
"Hi, are you still in school?" ask Lara's colleague who also started working today just that she's in the kitchen.
"Yes," Lara replied briefly and smiled faintly as she sought to establish a good working relationship in this place of work.
"Learn the diligent, so you don't get stuck in this place forever" said the woman, who is around her mid-20s.
"Thank you" Lara replied.
