The Part 134

Irma reached Cindy's house. Even though Cindy forbids him to bring anything, Irma still brings her hands to Cindy's children.

"What's Auntie bringing?" Ask the enthusiastic Cello.

Irma squatting. "Aunty brought a toy for you" he replied, commenting on a friendly smile.

Cello is very enthusiastic about taking the toy bought by Irma. "I love this lego toy."

Cindy walked over. "Look in Ir," Cindy ordered. Irma walked to the living room.

"What do you want to drink?" Cindy offers a drink.

"What the hell," answered Irma briefly.

"Wait a minute." Cindy stepped into the kitchen to make a drink. It did not take long Cindy brought a tray containing 2 glasses of fresh drinks for her guests.

"Cello is getting bigger. I envy you and even you want two kids" Irma murmured bitterly at Cindy.

"You can have children too. Maybe it's not time yet. You're patient," Cindy's deed tried to comfort Irma.

"If only that time I according to my husband's words to be at home, surely I would not have an accident to make my son die" said Irma regretfully.

"Don't say that. Although regret comes at the end but it's not your fault. Don't always blame yourself for your child's death. God loves him more." Again, Cindy said wisely.

"If you think I'm doing a lot of sins. I used to work as a comfort woman, I even feel disgusted when I remember my old job. Luckily, God gave me a chance to repent. What was the death of my son as a rebuke for what I used to do?"

Cindy shakes her shoulders. "Of course, we don't know God's plan. Everyone has a different test. How we deal with it. It is clear that only positive thinking. Do not be sad because you have no children. Pray a lot after trying." Cindy's words are allusions to Irma.

"You're right. Although I often do it with my husband but in fact trying is not enough," Irma replied.

"So how often do you do it with Mr Bayu? I was wondering how he was working on you in bed" Cindy teased with a small laugh.

Irma was embarrassed to hear it. "Why with me? It used to be a normal conversation in my ears. But different now, hearing Cindy ask me something that I think only husband and wife who know it makes me feel uncomfortable," Irma's inner self while choking annoyed.

Cindy observes Irma only speechless as she teases her. "I'm sorry, I'm overdoing it" Cindy said a little unkindly to Irma.

"Yes, maybe because I've changed to hear the talk that leads to privacy makes me a bit sensitive" Irma explained.

"From now on, be diligent in praying that your desire to have children will soon be realized." Cindy gave me advice. Irma nodded in agreement.

...***...

Elsewhere, precisely in a village that was experiencing a flood disaster made Devon, Bayu and Tommy unable to go home due to unfriendly weather.

"Sir, I think tonight we have to spend the night here because it is outside heavy rain so it makes the view blurred. Danger in forcing yourself to go home. The terrain is also difficult to pass when it is raining" explained a driver carrying a car that Devon was riding.

"Sir, how about you stay at the place we have provided" said the head of the local hamlet.

Devon, Bayu and Tommy seem to think. "Alright sir we'll stay here last night. Tomorrow early in the morning you will go back to the city," replied Tommy who was adopted by Devon and Bayu.

Bayu told his wife earlier than Devon and Tommy.

"Hallo, Mommy. When did you get here?" Ask Irma by phone.

"What's? Blessing your boss will also be staying there?" Ask Irma.

"Yes. It's raining heavily here. We can't go home today" Bayu replied.

"I'm at Cindy's house now can I stay at her place. I'm afraid I'm home alone?" Irma sounded begging.

"Oh, it's fine if Mr. Devon's wife allows it no problem."

Irma covered the big smile on her face. "Thank you, tell me you're going home." Irma told her beloved husband.

"Yes" replied Bayu briefly

After hanging up a phone call from her husband, Irma conveys her wish to Cindy to stay overnight at her house. "I'm afraid to be home alone, can I stay overnight until my husband comes home from out of town?" Irma asked Cindy for permission.

"Of course I can. There are many empty rooms in this house you can choose as you like" Cindy replied with a smile.

"Emm if I could just sleep with Cello. Does he sleep three nights with your husband? Or in a separate room?" Irma asked hesitantly. He was a bit bad for the owner.

"Cello usually sleeps with her nanny. But tonight you can accompany him to sleep. She likes it best when she reads fairy tales before going to bed" Cindy's answer makes Irma happy.

"Thank you." Irma was so happy to hold Cindy's hands.

"Let's show you the cello's room." Irma followed the steps of the mother of two children.

...***...

"This is the place." The head of the hamlet showed Devon and the others the place they were going to stay tonight.

There was only a mat held in a tent. But the place is separate from other refugees.

"Are we going to sleep here?" Whisper Devon into Bayu's ear.

Tommy who accidentally heard Devon's talk to Bayu then replied. "Make it that you are learning to understand the commoners," Tommy chanted with a mocking laugh.

Devon clenched his hand. "You think I've never lived the life of a commoner? Just ask Bayu, I even lived in a boarding house in a short time," Devon told Tommy about his past.

A shadow of her past memories while pretending to be poor to get close to Cindy swirled back in her brain.

Tommy is stunned to hear Devon's confession. "Alright then prove you can sleep tonight in this mat-only place with no pillows to sleep on" Tommy challenged.

"Well, do we need a bet to make it more exciting?" Devon asked his colleague for an opinion.

"What are you going to bet? I think seeing who wins is enough for me" Tommy said confidently.

"Well, I won't lose to you. Without a pillow I can use my hands as my headboard." Devon answered Tommy's challenge.

Tommy held out his hand. "Okay deal, you see who here deserves the nickname of a real man" Tommy whispered into Devon's ear.

"Don't be so confident."

While Bayu can only stroke the chest watching two CEOs whose attitude is childish.
